Andaz 5th Avenue

I recently stayed at the Andaz, and it was the absolute perfect choice for attending the US Open. From the moment I arrived, the excellent staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Every team member I encountered was incredibly friendly, attentive, and highly accommodating with any request I had throughout my trip. The accommodations themselves were fantastic. The rooms are incredibly spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax and unwind after long, exciting days at the tennis tournament. Of course, you cannot beat the perfect location if you are in town for the US Open. Commuting to and from the matches was completely seamless and stress-free. Between the top-tier service, great rooms, and prime location, I will definitely be staying here again for my next US Open trip. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and Sasha truly made our experience exceptional! She was absolutely amazing from the moment we checked in. She helped us with everything we needed, offered us cool water, and made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Our room was incredible — spacious, comfortable, and even better than we expected. We were lucky enough to have a beautiful view of the New York Public Library, which made the stay even more special. Sasha also went above and beyond by helping us with directions and making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. She was so welcoming, kind, and attentive, and genuinely made us feel valued as guests. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again. A huge thank you to Sasha for making our stay so memorable!

This was my favourite hotel in NYC by far. I have stayed in 10+ hotels in NYC over the years, but Andaz topped them all. The location is amazing and central, quick access to Bryant Park and Grand Central Station. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, we got in at 12pm and they already had our room ready for us. The gym is a highlight as its not your run of the mill low tech, cramped space, but instead has great equipments and space. The room was spacious, well thought out and extremely comfortable. I wanted to take the bed home with me. I can't recommend this hotel enough and will definitely be back every time I'm in NYC from now on.

We really loved our stay at Andaz 5th Avenue. You couldn’t ask for a better location — right on Fifth Avenue, opposite the New York Public Library and Bryant Park. Our suite was on the 12th floor, and the view from the window was beautiful: the library, the park, the Manhattan skyline, and that great New York City atmosphere. The suite was spacious and extremely clean. What surprised us most was how quiet it was, even though we were staying right in the middle of Manhattan. We also really liked the hotel’s relaxed style. There’s no traditional reception desk when you walk in, which makes the whole experience feel more personal and less formal. Most importantly, the staff were excellent — warm, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we asked for. For us, Andaz 5th Avenue had everything we wanted: a perfect location, a great view, a large and comfortable room, and outstanding service. We would happily stay here again on our next trip to New York. Highly recommended!
