Stayed in suite 313. HVAC was VERY NOISY. The bathroom had no fan it was like a sauna when you got out of the shower. One of the two sinks drained very slow. The room safe did not work. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The phone in the room was not working. The door between the sitting room and the bedroom would not close. To top things off in was talked into upgrading to the sweet. The room was horrible and the hotel was all booked up. I really doubt i will be compensated for the poor quality of the room. Save your self alot of money and grief, book your room at a name brand hotel. The one bright light on the whole trip was Daniel the concierge he was a 10 out of 10. He made all of our arrangements outside of the hotel very enjoyable. Would not recommend hotel. Horrible quality rooms. They put lipstick on a pig

We had a wonderful stay at The Muse New York! The boutique hotel is in a fantastic Midtown location, just steps away from Times Square and Broadway, yet our room felt like a calm and quiet retreat. The staff was incredibly warm and helpful, the rooms were spacious and very clean, and the cozy beds made it easy to rest after a busy day in the city. We loved the welcoming vibe and can't wait to come back!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The extra lighting around the hotel made me feel more comfortable arriving and leaving, especially in the evening. The lobby was absolutely spectacular and made a great first impression. I stayed on the 11th floor, and the view from my room overlooking Times Square was AMAZING! 🌆✨ The hotel also has a restaurant on-site, which was very convenient, and I really appreciated the complimentary water. Housekeeping did a great job as well. My room was cleaned every day, which made the stay even more enjoyable. My only suggestion would be to improve the lighting in the bathroom. For us ladies, the lighting wasn't quite bright enough for applying makeup. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. The location, cleanliness, beautiful lobby, amazing Times Square view, and excellent service made for a great experience! ❤️
Everyone at the front desk has been so nice. The location is super convenient and right off Times Square. All the train lines are all really close which makes getting around the city a breeze. There are a ton of shops nearby and it's easy to walk from here to MoMA and central park. Super close to all the broadway theaters too. I saw Buena Vista Social club and it was only a 5 minute walk away! There's a jazz club downstairs called the Pocket with live music and really good food. The wings and chess pie were amazing!! I would honestly go back just for the wings. They make a great old fashioned too. Mingus Big Band was performing when I went and the music was incredible! It was a great place to spend the evening and hear some world class music after a day walking around the city. Overall I highly recommend it!!
My husband and I recently stayed at The Muse Hotel for a short getaway near Times Square. The location was excellent, and the view was truly beautiful. Daniel at the front desk provided outstanding service. We were initially not satisfied with our assigned room, but he handled the situation professionally and ensured we were moved to a more comfortable room. He also went above and beyond by offering my husband and me complimentary drinks in celebration of our birthdays, which we truly appreciated. Eduardo at the bar was also exceptional—very kind, welcoming, and attentive. I would rate his service 10/10. He prepared excellent drinks and contributed to a very pleasant experience. Overall, the staff throughout the hotel were friendly, accommodating, and professional, which made a positive impression on us. However, the room itself did not fully meet expectations. The room we paid for did not match what we received initially, and one of the bathroom lights was not functioning. Additionally, basic amenities such as bottled water were not provided in the room, which was disappointing for the price point. The door key also had issues and gave us trouble almost every time we stepped out, which became a bit annoying during our stay. While the service and location were strong highlights, the room experience did not fully reflect the value we expected.
