The Michelangelo Hotel

The Michelangelo is a real gem. The location is very convenient and the age of the building makes the rooms very quiet despite being in a busy area. They have true longevity among the staff which makes for a great guest experience. The rooms are very spacious for NYC and quite comfortable. Highly recommend!

Staying at Michaelangelo was great fun. The majority of the staff were friendly and inviting. One night there was live music in the lobby by Najah Moeser who was FANTASTIC. Such a talented woman. The doormen were always on point. The bellmen were warm, inviting, friendly, helpful and kind. The room was nice and clean. Although the breakfast was good and the staff were nice and accomodating, service felt really frantic when I took the opportunity to just observe. The only snag was the inconsistent information the front desk shared regarding inclusive charges. I would stay here again.

Great hotel on the north end of Times Square and 3 minutes from centre. The rooms are large for NY standard. Clean and comfortable. Breakfasts are quite good and the staff friendly. We stayed on the 4th floor facing 51st Street and was pleasantly quiet. Highly recommended.

A truly outstanding hotel and one of the best places to stay in New York City. From the moment we booked until we checked out, everything was handled perfectly. A special thank you to Gloria, who made the entire booking process effortless before our arrival. The whole team was incredibly professional, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making our stay exceptional. The rooms are among the most comfortable and spacious you'll find in NYC, the location is fantastic, and the service is simply flawless. If you're visiting the Big Apple, I can't recommend The Michelangelo Hotel enough. Great location, amazing rooms, outstanding hospitality - what more could you ask for? We will definitely be back!
