The bed, bedding etc was top notch. I rarely sleep well in a hotel. This was a great experience. The breakfast that was included with the room was amazing. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The entire place was spotless. It was a great experience.

My boyfriend and I had a fantastic stay at the Marlton. What an absolute Gem of a boutique hotel in the heart of Greenwich Village! We were greeted by a friendly staff from the time we arrived to the time of our departure. The rooms were eloquently decorated, clean and spacious for New York standards. We upgraded to a queen which was perfect for our three nights stay. The complementary sitdown breakfast each morning was absolutely fantastic. The hotels location is within blocks of two different subway stops, a block away from Washington Square, Park and a plethora of restaurants, coffee, shops, and nightlife!
My new favorite hotel in Manhattan. The Marlton is perfectly situated for anyone looking to spend time in USQ or WSQ, and is the best launching point for the Village, SoHo, and the FiDi. If you want to get to Uptown or see a show you are spitting distance from the ACE123, as well as the Path on 14th, and the NQRW and L. The staff is fabulous. They are kind and helpful. I like drinking tea at night and both nights I was made a pot and given a cup to bring up to my room. I am a regular to NYC so I didn’t need much help but I got the impression that the staff would do everything they could to help you enjoy and access the city. Check-in was a breeze. I was allowed to enter my room two hours early but they would have held my luggage if I had not been able. There bed is the most comfortable I’ve had in years of traveling. The amenities are wonderful, especially the toiletries which are C Bigelow. They also allow dogs under 30#. My only advice for the best stay is to consider ear plugs if facing south as the street is very noisy, it being in a wonderful area for restaurants meaning early morning trucks delivering food. There are also occasional noises from crowds, mostly from NYU or stores. This did not bother me, just a head up. For an amazing stay, book the Marlton.
I loved staying here! The overall experience was amazing, and I would definitely stay here again. The staff was friendly, and the location was excellent. As someone who needed an accessible entrance, I was disappointed to learn there wasn’t an ADA-accessible entrance or exit. I also think room service would have been a nice addition. Despite those two things, I had a wonderful stay and would happily return.
I loved the Marlton Hotel. The staff was extremely nice and my room was precious. Very old school Parisian style room and bath. I didn't have a tub or a shower, it was a wet room with a shower curtain, but I was only there one night, so it wored. This room would have been perfect for elderly or handicap for that reason. I wish I had asked for a room with a tub but that was my fault. The staff was very accommodating. I ate in the restaurant and had great service. Highly recommend.
