Our first stay at The Manhattan Club was outstanding! What stood out to me the most was how friendly and professional every single staff member was. We interacted with the reception team, management, the door staff and bellhops, maintenance (for a minor issue), housekeeping, and the lounge staff. Every single person, during every interaction, greeted us with a smile and asked if there was anything we needed. That level of service really made an impression on us. Many of the staff members took the time to engage us in personal conversation, making us feel genuinely welcome. We also received some great food recommendations. A special thank-you to Adam and Jimmy! Our suite was nice, modern, and very clean. When our flight home was canceled and delayed, we decided to stay an extra night. Extending our stay was really easy! The location of The Manhattan Club is fantastic. We saw four shows and enjoyed a set at a jazz club during our visit, and everything was within easy walking distance. The subway station right around the corner also made it easy to get to Lower Manhattan to visit the 9/11 Memorial and Museum. Between the excellent staff, comfortable accommodations, and unbeatable location, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The Manhattan Club made our first visit a memorable one, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Great location, spacious and comfortable suite, especially by Manhattan standards. The kitchenette was very useful, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely return. BTW, there are more elevators near the reception area
Friendly & courteous staff welcome you to this mid town hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. Small kitchenette provided in room. My hotel stay was pleasant. Helpful staff will help you navigate your NYC stay from providing transportation to your airport, selecting a restaurant to eat or sights to see. 5 Stars.
This is such a nice hotel. The lobby is lovely with lots of really comfortable leather armchairs while you wait for your room. I know how hard it must be for the staff to get people checked in as the check-in time is 4 PM and so many people take redeye flights to get to New York, I saw so many people try to get early check-in, including myself. And I booked through a third-party app, which told me I had a 3 PM check-in time. But James at the front desk totally accommodated me and got me in to my room at 2 PM and I cannot thank him enough. James is the man! And this hotel is a delight. I’m in a junior executive suite and it is one of the nicer hotel rooms I’ve ever gotten in New York. Powerful cold AC in the lobby and in my room. As hot water as you need in the shower/tub combination. Plant-based soap, shampoo and conditioner/amenities. And very affordable for Midtown Manhattan. I highly recommend!
A great hotel in the middle of everywhere. This our second visit to New York. I booked this hotel because is walking distance to many attractions (central park, broadway theatres, Square, etc) or you can take the sub/metro (2-3 minutes walking distance) if you are planning to go further. Hotel is a little old, but clean and big rooms (i really appreciate space above design). Bed are comfortable and all the staff is extremely helpful (don’t forget to tip). I’ll definitely visit again. To improve: TV is extremely prehistoric 🦖 Kudos to all the people working there FOH, BOH
