This hotel is perfect for family trips. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The decor is a little old-fashioned rather than modern and trendy, but all the facilities are very well maintained. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming, and we had a wonderful stay. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to New York!

The atmosphere is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking skyscraper views, gorgeous surroundings, and delicious food that make the entire experience unforgettable. What truly makes this place special is Johely! Her warm, caring personality, genuine hospitality, and beautiful smile bring an extra touch of magic to the evening. I will start by saying, I consider myself a bit of a hotel snob, but this has been my favorite hotel I have stayed at in the city. We had the most incredible stay at The Kimberly Hotel these past four days. The staff went above and beyond for us and were so personable asking us about our plans for the day every morning and evening when we returned to the hotel. I wanted to give a special shout out to MD at the front desk and Ralph in the lobby. They made our stay extra special as we were in NY celebrating an upcoming wedding and 60th birthday! They were both so helpful and you can tell they take passion in and really enjoy their job at The Kimberly! 10/10 experience, 10/10 service, 10/10 cleanliness, 10/10 location, 10/10 staff, 10/10 charm I will be back myself and I recommend this hotel to anyone on their upcoming trip to NYC!
Great location in Midtown. Room rate (suite) is an outstanding value. Great views from the rooftop bar, Upstairs. Rooms are clean, nicely furnished (slightly dated Empire style, but furniture is in very good shape), and the bed is super comfortable. My room had a balcony as well. Overall, excellent. Highly recommend.
We had a lovely one night stay at The Kimberly. Traveling with our 11 year old son, we truly appreciated the charm, location and ambiance of the hotel. Staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and happy to go above and beyond. Room was well appointed, roomy for NY and was perfect for our quick overnight getaway to introduce our son to the city. The top floor restaurant was beautiful and I loved the vibe. Cozy, intimate and attentive service. We went up for a couple night nibbles and enjoyed the breakfast the next morning. Great à la carte options as well as a buffet that was a hit for the boys. Would definitely recommend this hotel and we would absolutely stay again. Thanks for making our quick family getaway memorable!
