We absolutely loved our stay! This is such a special hotel and customer service was excellent from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful. Rooms are stunning. The beds are comfy. They stock the room With delicious snacks and drinks at no extra charge. And the martini ritual was so fun. We've stayed at some of the best hotels around the world and I highly recommend this one.

We had an amazing stay at The Fifth Avenue Hotel! The rooms are absolutely beautiful, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Jake, our butler, was incredibly helpful and even surprised us with the sweetest gift for our baby on the way—a thoughtful touch that made our stay feel extra special. The concierge team was also wonderful and helped us secure reservations throughout our stay. I had seen another review mention issues with the water pressure, but our experience was the complete opposite. We loved the shower! The water pressure was fantastic—the kind of shower that makes you not want to get out. Beautiful hotel, exceptional service, and so many thoughtful details. We would absolutely stay here again!

From the moment we arrived, he greeted us with a warm smile, quickly remembered our names, and took a sincere interest in our adventures around the city. His recommendations were excellent, his conversations engaging, and his attention to detail was exceptional. On our final morning, he went out of his way to wish us a safe journey home—a simple but meaningful gesture that perfectly reflected the care he showed throughout our stay. We would also like to recognize Edward at Café Carmellini, whose warmth, charisma, and impeccable service made every breakfast even more enjoyable.
