Park Hyatt New York

This review is long overdue, but our experience at Park Hyatt New York has stayed with us so vividly that I couldn't let it go unrecognized. We visited last November to celebrate our little boy's birthday, and from the moment we arrived, the hotel made us feel genuinely cared for. Our room was beautiful, but what touched us most were the thoughtful details waiting for our son: a little teepee, his own bathrobe, and an adorable squirrel plush toy that immediately became his most treasured companion. A big thank you to the amazing Director of Guest Experience, whose warmth, generosity, and attention to detail made our visit exceptional. We experienced impeccable hospitality, making our family feel truly special. She and her team managed both effortlessly. Nearly a year later, our son still talks about that stay! To me, that's the loveliest measure of a memorable hotel experience. Beautiful accommodations, wonderful service, and, above all, people who clearly care about what they do. We can't wait to return.

I returned to Park Hyatt New York shortly after a wonderful stay with my husband, this time bringing additional family members for a ladies trip. We were in New York to see a play, but I also wanted my family to experience a special stay at the hotel. Once again, the Park Hyatt team exceeded my expectations. Lilian Esquival was exceptional. She stayed in touch by email and phone before our arrival, and when we arrived, she welcomed us with open arms, literally! She anticipated our needs and made the entire stay feel very personal. An extra sleeper was arranged in our room, a special treat was waiting for us, and our in-room breakfast the next morning was a lovely touch. Most importantly, she made our family feel truly special. I also want to recognize William Pempeh for his wonderful service and warm smile. He arranged a car for our ride to the play and made sure we stayed dry in the rain. Akhtar made our departure equally memorable. I recognized him from my previous stay with my husband, and he remembered us as well. He took great care of us as we were leaving and even ran over as I was driving away to hand us extra bottles of water. Such a small gesture, but it perfectly reflects the thoughtful service we experienced throughout our stay. There were many other wonderful members of the housekeeping, front desk, and bell teams whose names I unfortunately did not catch. Everyone we encountered was warm, attentive, and made us feel like VIPs. Thank you, Park Hyatt New York, for another memorable stay and for making this trip with my family so special. We had a comfortable, relaxing stay and cannot wait to return.

We had a wonderful stay! We came to celebrate a birthday, and the hotel made the occasion feel extra special with a thoughtful welcome of chocolate cake, Evian water, and fresh apples. We truly appreciated all the little touches. From the moment we arrived, everyone was warm, welcoming, and attentive, and the check-in experience was excellent. Our room was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and relaxing. Overall, we had such a great experience and would absolutely stay here again if we have the chance. Our stay at the Park Hyatt New York was exceptional and absolutely lived up to its five star reputation. The room was beautiful, luxurious, spacious, and impeccably maintained. Every detail reflected the quality you would expect from a world class hotel. While one of the front desk employees came across as a little snooty, every other staff member we encountered was phenomenal. The security team, in particular, went out of their way to interact with my children. They were warm, personable, and genuinely kind, which made a lasting impression on our family. From the outstanding accommodations to the exceptional service we received throughout the rest of our stay, the Park Hyatt truly earned its five star ranking. We would gladly stay here again.
