Wonderful Stay at Moxy Chelsea! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I've now stayed at Moxy Chelsea twice, and both experiences have been fantastic! On my second visit, I was traveling with my brother, and we were celebrating both his birthday and graduation. The team went above and beyond to make the occasion special, decorating our room with balloons, a thoughtful message, and other lovely touches. It was such a sweet surprise and made our stay even more memorable! A special shoutout to Liz, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. It's little things like this that really make a hotel stand out. Beyond the amazing hospitality, the rooms are clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and the beds are super comfortable. The location is also fantastic, with so many great restaurants, coffee shops, and attractions within walking distance. It's the perfect home base for exploring NYC. I've genuinely enjoyed both of my stays here and really appreciate the team's attention to detail and hospitality. I'll absolutely be back and would highly recommend Moxy Chelsea to anyone visiting New York!

The location is good, located by 6th ave. The hotel looks newer, however the room is small, smaller than a studio for the price. Good for overnight, more than that go somewhere. There’s a tiny desk that you can pull from the wall. The sink is outside of the bathroom. No lotion provided. Staff are nice.

I just wanted to say what a wonderful stay! I was here with my best friend and we used to work in the city together many years ago and we come back every year for a girls trip. The staff here is simply amazing and so welcoming! What a nice treat to have everyone at the ready smiling and always so helpful! I am probably going to spell her name wrong but Janeese checked us in and was amazing even offered a high floor view we were so surprised when we stepped into our room and there it was all of the city below us! We want to thank you for that so much! Hennessy also told us of the perks of the tickets to the New York City Museum and the Statue of Liberty and set us up and sent the tickets to us with no issue at all. The hotel is in such a terrific area having the Flower District right at your doorstep every morning we were greeted by beautiful flowers as we were on our way to get coffee and breakfast. The location is perfect you were out of the rush of Midtown and you are in a more Charming location where you can access all areas of Chelsea and the Beautiful Waterfront and the Flat Iron District and you can just walk everywhere! I also should mention the bar and Club at the Rooftop I'm almost afraid to mention it because I feel like it's a well-kept secret when we walked in there our mouths just dropped the most beautiful evening View of the city was just right there before us .We have stayed in a lot of hotels but this one we definitely will have a repeat visit. Whatever management is doing is working the staff you are hiring is excellent and really makes your stay enjoyable. Thank you Moxy for a most excellent visit!

We throughly enjoyed our stay. We were in a bunk room for our family of four (two teenagers) and it was super comfortable for everyone! The room was very clean, serviced daily with fresh towels and nice staff. They did a great job making great use of the small space. The second floor space was perfect for my husband to retreat to for work calls and computer work. We loved the location; close walk to so much, easy access to the subways and wonderful neighborhood markets and places to eat. I would highly recommend it.
