This hotel is in a fabulous location for anyone wanting to see theater shows. It is walking distance to restaurants, theaters, shopping, and several different subway stops. The morning complementary continental breakfast was better than most that I have had. Rooms are clean and mine was spacious.

The hotel is very well located, which is definitely one of its main advantages. The room was spacious and the staff were generally friendly and welcoming. However, there are several points that need improvement. The hotel feels quite outdated and would benefit from renovation. The bed was too small for two people and unfortunately not very comfortable. Housekeeping was also disappointing, as there was dust in the room throughout our stay. The soundproofing was average, so we could hear noise from outside. Breakfast was available, which was convenient, but it was very basic with limited and repetitive options. What was particularly disappointing was the lack of flexibility regarding the check-out. Considering we paid $5,400 for a one-week stay, we were disappointed that the hotel was unwilling to offer a complimentary two-hour late check-out. Overall, while the location, spacious room and friendly staff were positive aspects, the level of comfort, cleanliness, outdated condition and lack of flexibility did not justify the price. The value for money was disappointing.
My family and I have already been to this hotel three times, and we will come back again. The rooms are clean, big, and comfortable to stay in. There is enough space for a lot of luggage, and big families can stay in just one room. The service is AMAZING! I called the front desk and asked for another blanket, and within 2 minutes, it was at my door. The food is good and yummy. I really recommend this hotel. Our stay was absolutely amazing!
10/10 Exceptionally comfortable and spacious rooms that are kept spotless. The beds guarantee a great night's sleep, and the hotel ambiance is calm and quiet. On top of that, the staff is wonderfully friendly and highly efficient. The location is unbeatable—Times Square and major subway lines are right around the corner (less than a minute's walk). Absolutely worth every penny! A quick note on breakfast: Options are fairly limited and there are no hot items. While this certainly didn't spoil our experience, it is an area that could definitely be improved.
We randomly found this hotel through our credit card company’s benefits, and I’m so glad we did! We got a Deluxe Suite, which turned out to be perfect for our family of four. It’s honestly very roomy, especially for a NYC hotel room. The entire hotel was clean and comfortable, and all staff were friendly and helpful. Be advised that rooms on lower floors get a lot of city noise at night, so you might want to bring earplugs. The included continental breakfast was a huge bonus, and I thought it was great that they labeled kosher and gluten-free food for people for whom that’s relevant. The location of The Pearl Hotel couldn’t be beat. You are in the heart of the theater district and very near Times Square. We got around very easily by the subway station on the next block, and via bus lines two blocks away. Of course, there’s tons of shopping and dining immediately around the hotel. We travel to NYC regularly, and this was our favorite hotel. Our stay at The Pearl has made us loyal— we will definitely be back on our next visit to the city.
