First time staying here and I will be back! Staff were great, room was very clean, elevators were fast, beds were very comfy, and it’s in a great location. Couldn’t ask for better. And there’s a nice sized mini fridge in the room which seems to be hard to find in NYC!

Staying here now, seprember 2026 Love this place. Amaizing location, Exceptional service, unbelievably clean and shiny everywhere. Rooms are not big, but so cozy, especially cozy and well designed bathrooms and showers. Beds are very comfortable, all linens and towels are exceptionally clean and fresh. My kid loved an amaizing experience of the room deliveries, done by robots. We got the call to the room and the robot is calling, saying waiting at the door. Everyrhing is just neat at this hotel, leaving the warm memories of our New York stay!
Our Family has stayed 4 nights in two rooms and have wonderful experience. Staff were wonderful right from front desk to room service. Half block from Bryant Park, Block from Time Square and broad way. Whole food right across road. Complimentary gym near by. Rooms are spacious enough for Ny with lot of connectivity USB A, USB C charging ports at bed side and table. We took room with Breakfast option which is decent. It's a small boutique hotel 29 floors with four rooms per floor. Modern and very clean. We have room serviced all four days.
Unprofessional Front Desk Service by Zack Every time I come to New York, I stay at this hotel because I’ve always had a good experience here. My friend Luma booked a room and stayed here for three nights. I had to leave during that time, but today I returned to pick him up. I told the front desk employee, Zack, the room number and explained that we were registered guests staying at the hotel. Despite that, he refused to let me use the restroom. We spent over $3,000 to stay at this hotel, so this level of customer service is completely unacceptable. Hospitality is about treating guests with respect, but Zack’s attitude was dismissive, unprofessional, and lacking basic courtesy. As the first person guests interact with, a front desk employee should represent the hotel with professionalism and good judgment. Based on my experience, Zack failed to meet those expectations. I hope management takes this complaint seriously because loyal guests who spend thousands of dollars deserve to be treated with respect.
We booked Luma NYC for our family vacation and the reviews lived up to the expectations. It can be tough to find a spot in the city that actually feels comfortable for everyone, but this nailed it. The staff was wonderful and the location was perfect for getting around, but the best part was that our room was actually quiet, which is a total win when you're traveling with the family and need some actual sleep. We were able to get two queen beds and they were way more comfortable than the tiny beds you usually get in NYC. The whole place felt fresh and well-kept. We’ll definitely be booking here again the next time we're in town!
