Innside By Melia New York Nomad

First time staying in New York and I loved this hotel, the location is great, close to MSG, Empire State building and close to the train stations. We walked to a lot of places nearby too, it's very close to Chelsea, nice cafes and places to eat. The hotel staff is very friendly and delivered excellent customer service, the rooms were clean and spacious for New York, the gym at the hotel has great views. The hotel restaurant is great, good food, great service and on the weekend the hotel offered complimentary wine and pretzels to guests. In rooms you can find complimentary water and jueces. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in the hotel and we will definitely come back and recommend it to friends.

Excellent location, close to Manhattan’s main attractions, with very comfortable beds and outstanding service from start to finish! Everyone was courteous and welcoming. the atmosphere was really nice and the rooms were well decorated, love the interior style! staff were superstars, shoutout to kimberly and deliana. thank y'all for everything, sending gratitude from australia! hope to stay again one day. the hotel was decorated really nicely and i love the interior style. the room was super cozy with the most comfortable beds i've ever found in a hotel. perfect pillows and sheets, super cozy and comfortable, and warm. the lobby is also a really nice environment. it would be great if the mini fridge had more options however, something like a bottled or sparkling water. the room service menu was smaller than i'm used to, but ultimately we did find something we enjoyed! the staff were absolutely incredible, i didn't get everyone's names but shoutout to deliana and kimberly. when we needed medical assistance, the staff were extremely supportive and emailed us to check we were doing alright, and also ensured we have everything we need. i was in a rush and didn't catch the name of the gentleman who called me a taxi, but special thanks to him. also special thanks to kimberly for printing some documents for us. the staff here are all superstars. i really hope to visit again one day, maybe even bring my cat with me next time. sending thanks from sydney!

Overall, I had a very good stay at INNSiDE by Meliá New York. The highlight of my experience was Kimberly at the front desk. She gave us the warmest welcome and provided outstanding customer service from the moment we arrived. She was incredibly kind, attentive, professional, and made us feel truly welcome. Kimberly deserves a 10/10, and I want to thank her again for making our stay so enjoyable. The entire hotel staff was also excellent—friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and in a great location. My only complaint is about the housekeeping. The bed sheets had an unpleasant smell, almost as if they hadn't been changed properly. We called housekeeping several times, but the sheets still smelled unusual afterward. The bathroom also could have been cleaner upon arrival. Aside from those housekeeping issues, I really enjoyed my stay. I truly appreciate Kimberly and the wonderful front desk team, and I hope the hotel improves its cleaning standards because everything else was excellent.
