Hotel Riu Plaza Manhattan Times Square

We had a lovely stay at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our experience from start to finish. The hotel was welcoming, comfortable and well presented, providing a great base for our trip. The room was clean, cosy and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, helpful and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. The location was also convenient, making it easy to get around and enjoy everything the area had to offer. Overall, we had a really enjoyable experience and would happily recommend this hotel to others. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit! ✨🏨

This hotel is outstanding, especially their staff.Located in Times Square off a quieter side street its in a prime position to explore the city and has everything you need. Our room was on the top floor and had far reaching views of Manhattan and afar. Room good size, modern and spotlessly clean as was the rest of the hotel. Breakfast excellent with so much choice and although quite chaotic the staff have a great system in place to deal with this.Highly recommend 10/10 and would definitely stay again if returning to NY, really sad to leave.

The location is excellent. Although the hotel is close to the lively city center, it is surprisingly quiet. The breakfast is good, although it can get quite busy during peak hours, and there may be a wait for a table. The gym is large and well-equipped. I was given a room on the 42nd floor, and the view was amazing. There isn’t enough storage space for clothes in the room, so I had to leave some of my clothes in my suitcase. Other than that, the reception staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. Highly recommended.

Had an exceptional stay at Riu Plaza Hotel Manhattan with my kids last week. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was warm, friendly, and genuinely caring. The reception team were fantastic, and the lady at the Riu World check‑in desk made a real impact on our stay — kind, attentive, and always happy to help. The hotel was spotless throughout, and our room attendant greeted us daily with a smile and maintained an impeccable standard of cleanliness. Breakfast was another highlight: even at peak times, the team managed everything seamlessly. Great variety, thoughtful daily changes, and a lovely moment when the team sang Happy Birthday to a guest — the whole room joined in. Those small touches really elevate the experience. A special mention to Christophe by the lifts — his energy, humour, and connection with guests was amazing to see. Overall, a brilliant hotel in a perfect location. Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday truly memorable.
