A wonderful hotel in a great location, conveniently close to many of the city’s main attractions. The subway is just a one-minute walk away, making it very easy to get around. The hotel is modern with comfortable rooms. The cleanliness is exceptional and the staff are kind and attentive. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!
From the moment of our late check-in, Eric was extremely helpful and accommodating. His positive energy was just what we needed after traveling from Boston during a nor'easter. We did experience some trouble with our key as they changed the whole hotels key card system the next day. BUT everyone that we encountered, Eric, Stephanie, James and Louie were beyond helpful. The bar and terrace restaurant was adorable and the staff was again very nice. Food and drinks were A+. And the beds...can not say enough about the beds. So comfortable! The hotel is about a 12min walk to Time Square so that is a nice perk as well. Would 100% stay again
My stay at Hotel Park Ave NYC in July 2025 was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the experience felt polished, welcoming, and effortlessly comfortable. The location is truly outstanding — perfectly situated for enjoying the best of New York City, with convenient access to dining, shopping, entertainment, and some of the city’s most iconic attractions. After spending the day exploring Manhattan, it was wonderful to return to a hotel that felt comfortable and inviting. The property itself has a refined yet approachable atmosphere, and my room was beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean, and comfortable. Every detail contributed to a relaxing stay, which is especially appreciated after long days navigating the energy of NYC. What really stood out to me, however, was the overall experience. The service was warm, professional, and attentive without ever feeling overbearing. It’s clear that the guest experience is taken seriously here. I travel often enough to know that finding a hotel you genuinely look forward to returning to is special. I enjoyed my July stay so much that I’ve already booked Hotel Park Ave NYC again for February 2027. I think that speaks louder than any rating I could give.
We had an absolutely exceptional stay at the Park Avenue Hotel in New York. Our suite on the 20th floor was beyond impressive. We have visited New York many times, and this was by far the most beautiful room we have ever stayed in. Floor-to-ceiling windows, two balconies, and a spacious, perfectly designed layout made it truly outstanding. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and welcoming, which made us feel very well taken care of throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent with a great selection and high quality. One evening we had dinner and cocktails at the bar on the 16th floor, and everything was of a very high standard. The cocktails were fantastic. Unfortunately, we didn’t manage to visit the cocktail bar „seed library“, which looked amazing as well — but that just gives us something to look forward to on our next visit. We also appreciated the option to rent bicycles directly through the hotel, which was very convenient and easy to organize. Room service was another highlight: having dinner on our balcony with a view over New York was unforgettable. One thing is certain — this will not be our last stay at this hotel.
