Hotel Hendricks

I thought I had found the best hotel in NYC, but my experience was extremely disappointing. I accidentally left my emerald ring on the nightstand and knew exactly where I had placed it. When I contacted the hotel, they told me nothing had been found, including other items I had left behind. Their response relied entirely on what the cleaning staff reported, which I found insufficient to verify what happened to my belongings. I expected a more thorough response regarding such a valuable item. This experience completely changed my impression of the hotel. I won’t be returning. Please be careful with your valuables.

The service was exceptionally attentive! Mr. Anthony Damiano made sure that our stay exceeded all our expectations. For my birthday, I was pleasantly surprised with a beautifully decorated room! We stayed in a room with a view to the Empire State Building, and we could also see the One World Observatory. The hotel's location is excellent - it's only about a 500 meter-walk to the Empire State Building. Times Square, Bryant Park, Fifth Avenue and many other attractions are all within easy walking distance and can be reached in just a few minutes. This is a hotel we can wholeheartedly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Hendricks. The entire experience was easy and comfortable from start to finish, with a quick check-in and a friendly, helpful staff. The hotel has a really unique character and design, and our room was both stylish and spotless. We had a beautiful view of the Empire State Building, and despite the hotel’s central location, the room was surprisingly quiet at night. The location is one of the biggest highlights—you can easily walk to Bryant Park, Times Square, Grand Central Station, and many other attractions, so we barely needed transportation during our stay. The hotel also has a great café and bar downstairs, as well as a beautiful rooftop with incredible views of the skyline. It was especially beautiful in the evening. For the location, quality, and overall experience, we felt the hotel offered great value. Hotel Hendricks is a great choice for anyone looking for a stylish, convenient, and comfortable place to stay in New York City. We would definitely come back!

We had the best stay at Hotel Hendricks in New York City! From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was quick and seamless, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We came during the FIFA World Cup final, and it was a breeze and enjoyable despite the busy city atmosphere. The room was beautiful and had such a unique, stylish design that we absolutely loved. We also had an amazing view of the Empire State Building, which made the experience even more special. The location is truly perfect if you want to explore New York City without needing a car or relying on Ubers. It’s within walking distance of Times Square, Bryant Park, Central Park, and Grand Central Station, making it a perfect central spot to explore so much of the city. The hotel itself also has so much to offer, including a lovely café and bar downstairs and a gorgeous rooftop with incredible views of the city. Seeing the NYC skyline at night from the rooftop was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Overall, Hotel Hendricks was the perfect base for our time in New York. We loved the atmosphere, the design, the location, and the hospitality, and would absolutely stay here again!
