Hotel Boutique At Grand Central

I stay in NYC often for work. The room was a bit bigger than the average rooms in Manhattan and had a desk for working and room for me to have a walkway without bumping into the bed constantly. Although this property is a bit older, I was super impressed with the front desk staff, especially Liam and Manny!!!! I was greeted by a warm smile and welcome especially from them every day, and they were super accommodating to get me a cab and even provided a late checkout to work around my meetings, which I was extremely grateful for. The only real issue I had was no fridge, but when I requested one they got me one right away. Rooms were clean and there were even snacks in the room that can be purchased. The only other suggestion I would make is shower doors to be added rather than having a curtain. Location was super conveniently located close to Grand Central. I highly recommend this hotel.

Was in NY for 3 nights for a concert. As a solo traveller, this hotel was absolutely perfect. Huge bonus points that the room had a mini fridge and microwave. Loved the rooftop terrace and lounge area. The service was so great, the front desk staff!! Would highly recommend!

I had an excellent stay here. The property is clean, comfortable, and clearly well cared for. The bed was great, the room felt fresh, and everything worked exactly as it should. The staff really stood out—warm, welcoming, and consistently attentive. Manny was especially memorable, but everyone I interacted with made the experience feel personal. Being greeted each time I walked in added a thoughtful touch that made the stay feel elevated. The guest lounge is a highlight. The indoor space is beautiful, and the outdoor terrace offers a boutique-style atmosphere that makes the hotel feel special. Small details also impressed me, like having a proper full-size iron and ironing board available. It’s surprising how rare that is, and it made my stay much more convenient. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would happily return.

I’ve stayed at this hotel quite a few times, and every stay has been a great experience. The hotel is always clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the staff are consistently friendly and helpful. I especially want to give a shoutout to Yoselyn. She’s always been incredibly kind and has a way of making guests feel genuinely welcome. Every interaction with her is pleasant, and she always goes above and beyond to help when she can. That said, the entire team deserves credit. Everyone I’ve encountered has been warm, professional, and accommodating, which is a big reason I keep coming back. It’s not often you find a hotel that’s this consistent, and that’s why I continue choosing to stay here whenever I’m in the area.
