Fantastic service at check in. Easy in and out. Someone at the desk every time we passed by, always a nice greeting. Fantastic location, like superb access to subway and tons of amenities. The room was ideal. Great bed. Bathroom was spotless. And didn't hear a thing from the hallway or adjacent rooms. We'd definitely recommend.
Very cute boutique hotel! My first time in NYC and I was pleasantly impressed. We were easily able to walk to many places to eat and see. Our rooms were cleaned while we were out and we were given fresh towels and toiletries as appropriate. It also had a yummy omakase restaurant downstairs. I'd definitely stay here again.
Currently on my last night here and felt like I should write a review. I booked this through Hotwire and at first, I was super nervous after looking at the reviews. Youre expectations have to be along with the cost they are charging. I looked at several hotels around the area and they were all about 25% more expensive. Boy am I glad we stayed here. We walked in and we're a little confused because it didn't look like the pictures but it wasn't the end of the world. Andres at the front desk was INSANLEY nice and greatly appreciated the help and tips. Everyone we met at the front desk were super nice. We booked a king with the futon bed. The futon bed is perfect for our 9 year old. The room is spacious considering you're in a downtown NY building. No it's not super fancy but we were only looking for a place with Cold A/C, comfy bed and a shower because we were going to be out and about all day long. If you are reading some of the reviews and are nervous, please don't be. I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend this place to anyone asking. Thank you for making this trip memorable! P.S. I saw lots of reviews about no thermostat and there is if you walk over to the unit and flip up the cover ( it blends in but it's there)
I had an absolutely incredible stay here over the weekend. The room was completely beautiful, clean, and made me feel entirely comfortable from the moment I checked in. It really gave apartment vibes rather than a hotel. It was very chic and private. As an artist prepping a live rollout campaign, the layout provided the perfect setup with more than enough physical space for staging wardrobe and equipment gear. The balcony experience was breathtaking, having the fresh air really protected my energy. What truly sets this property apart is the phenomenal staff. They were very nice and provided a level of hospitality that is hard to find in New York. They went completely above and beyond by allowing me to do a tour and view the property two days before I even checked in to ensure the staging layout was right. I will absolutely be using this venue as my official staging launchpad for future projects. 10/10 service, comfort, and staff!
Only good thing about this place was the convenient location. Less than a block from the entrance to the 6 and very close to Koreatown and Flatiron. Lots of good thing near by. However, the room was really not up to par. Beds were okay butt he rest of the room were quite outdated. We got the kitchen suite as well and we might as well not have, every single plate and utensil was dirty. Service was also terrible. The lady working the North Tower seemed bothered that she had to do her job and check us in. Never even said "Hello" or "Welcome". The first thing said when she saw our group with luggage in tow was "Yes?". We had to explain to her we had a reservation and would like to check-in. Other workers I encountered were friendly but we got the same lady when checking out and it was the same deal. Again, we're leaving the hotel with all our luggage and she just looks at us as if she's never seen a guest check out - again had to explain what we're trying to do. If you're looking for a stay without any frills or are in an emergency this place is probably fine, but if you're looking for something nice -this is not it. I
