I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, and I especially want to recognize Carolina at the front desk. She was incredibly welcoming, professional, patient, and helpful throughout my stay. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. Her kindness and excellent customer service really stood out and made my stay even better. Carolina is a true asset to the hotel, and I would definitely stay here again!

I would only recommend staying here if you’re with a group of friends looking to party within walking distance of nearby bars, or you have no standards. I stayed here for one night after a long day of flight delays after a business trip, and options for booking at 9pm that night were scarce. The service upon check in was pretty poor as others noted. I politely requested a quiet room if possible and she didn’t even respond. Then she gave me a room around the corner from the lobby/restaurant, across from a public restroom. The room was not well soundproofed, and I was kept up for hours from the bar/restaurant noise.. well past their supposed closing time at 10pm. I called the front desk and asked if she could request the restaurant keep it down, and she acknowledged they were being obnoxious and that it was annoying her too, so she could go ask them to keep it down. It didn’t seem like she had any training in hospitality. Then there were what seemed like teenage girls yelling in the hallway. Then, they store luggage carts and extra linens outside the room so you have the noise of people grabbing them early in the morning. The best part about the stay was that the room was very spacious, and would’ve been comfortable for 2 people easily, and 3 would’ve also worked. It was full of fruit flies though.
The hotel has a very good location, the room was spacious, clean and well organized, with good facilities and everything needed for a comfortable stay. The rest of the staff were polite and professional, including the housekeeping team. The hotel also offers excellent coffee, comfortable beds, and everything was very clean throughout the stay. Unfortunately, the overall experience was negatively affected by the attitude of one of the employees during check-in. From the very beginning, the communication felt cold and unwelcoming, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. The staff member was not communicative and at moments came across as rude, which left a disappointing first impression.
My family urgently needed a place to stay after an unexpected situation at home. We checked in exhausted, carrying luggage, a stroller, and a baby. The morning front desk employee saw the situation and made no effort to help with the stairs. Two elderly guests ended up helping instead. Things became even more stressful due to poor communication about how to access the room. The interaction upset my partner so much that she no longer wanted to stay at the hotel at all, which is something I have never seen in all our years together. When I later asked the employee for their name, I was given a false name, which only made the situation feel more unprofessional and uncomfortable. Beyond that, the overall experience did not match the price point whatsoever. The evening front desk staff came across as cold and unfriendly, the in room coffee was genuinely terrible, and the small outdoor area attached to the room was much smaller and less usable than expected. The only positive interaction we had was with one helpful night shift employee. What made the entire experience even more frustrating was that there appears to be no manager physically present at the hotel. I emailed management directly regarding the situation and never received any response. After this experience, we would never choose to stay here again.
Extremely expensive and extremely bad experience This was one of the most expensive hotels I have stayed at and, unfortunately, the worst hotel experience of my life. From the first night (Dec 28), the bed frame was broken and made extremely loud cracking noises, waking up my wife and our 18-month-old baby. Despite reporting it multiple times over several days and even showing a video proving the bed frame was broken, nothing was done. We were forced to sleep with the mattress on the floor, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel at this price point. The night of Dec 31 was awful. Guests above us were aggressively stomping and hitting the floor, waking our baby, and I had to go up to the front desk in the middle of the night to complain. After checkout, I emailed the manager twice requesting a reasonable refund of two nights and received no response. When I called, the receptionist told me the manager decides which emails to answer and which to ignore, and that he likely chose to ignore mine. Poor maintenance, terrible noise control, and zero accountability. I strongly recommend staying elsewhere, especially if you are traveling with a baby.
