This is my go to hotel when in NY. Excellent location, quiet rooms, comfortable beds, nice bedding, excellent shower products. This time the housekeeping was somewhat off. Every day brought a new little surprise: unreplenished coffee pods, a taken but unreplaced bathrobe, or a dirty bedsheet left on the floor in the corner. Just minor things, but definitely surprising for a good 4-star property.
This hotel is phenomenal! We have stayed in so many hotels across Manhattan and we will always stay at this hotel if it's available going forward. This trip was about relocating my only child for college. GM Florencio and his staff made sure our transition was flawless. They were over accommodating about everything from Amazon packages to booking transportation. This could have otherwise been a very stressful experience and they removed any hiccups from their end out of the equation. Every staff member was not only wonderful and accommodating but followed up with us over the 8 days of our stay just to check in on our emotional state. We absolutely would recommend the location, affordability, cleanliness and overall experience of this amazing hotel to everyone we know! The location is very accessible for the entire city. They are very close to the Subway and walkable to so many attractions. Thank you Florencio, you're a lifesaver!
Will definitely return for my frequent business travel to the area. This was a great and comfortable 5 day stay. Room: I had the executive queen suite and it was extremely comfortable with lots of counter space in the bathroom and a great shower. Quiet: I was traveling on business and often sleep poorly in hotels due to noise, so I requested a quiet room. To my initial dismay, I was given 606 which is right near the elevator. I expected this would result in poor sleep but somehow my room was like a silent tomb. I heard nothing from anyone upstairs, outside, or in the hallway the entire trip. It was quieter than my own home. 10/10 Staff: all of the staff was delightful
This hotel is good and met our needs. The one thing I would note for others is the elevator wait. On a crowded summer weekend every elevator coming down was full. After waiting 10 or 15 minutes, I took the stairs. Fine for me but not fine for everyone. Also note the stairwell is not air-conditioned. The lobby is very nice. The staff was kind and helpful. The rooms are OK, in need of minor repairs but nothing problematic.

A special shout-out to General Manager Florencio Ferraro for going above and beyond. It was a pleasure meeting him personally during our stay, and we were especially impressed that he took the time to meet with us again after checkout to ensure our experience had been exceptional. That level of care and hospitality is rare and truly sets this hotel apart. Executive Hotel Le Soleil has earned our loyalty, and we will absolutely stay here again on our next visit to New York.
