We arrived around 11 p.m. as a party of two and received an unwelcoming reception. Despite plenty of empty seating, including seats marked “Reserved” that remained unoccupied during our visit, staff insisted the poorly located table offered was our only option. The $70 minimum spend per person was communicated bluntly, without mentioning that we would soon be asked to leave. The burger was poor, the soup was good, and the cheesecake was average. Staff also watched our table so closely that it felt uncomfortable. At 11:30 p.m., we were told to leave by midnight. Around 11:40 p.m., the lights were turned up harshly, and an employee walked between the chairs saying, “Out, out, out.” Closing times should be explained before seating guests and handled politely. This was rude, uncomfortable, and far below the standard expected from Baccarat.

Visited with my girlfriend, and was kinda wowed by the place's beauty when we walked in. The people were all so esquisitely dressed, and the rooms were just beautiful. The bar staff probably saw I was star studded by how pretty the place was (it was a dress up in NYC weekend with the lady), and seemed like they were taking car of us the whole time. Drinks were great. Whiskey had some banana in it. Better lobster roll than I've had in Boston. Wonderful visit. Bought some glasses, one for my place - one for the girlfriend.

Such a great stay, definitely 5 stars! Everything was always so clean, the staff and security were super friendly and helpful. The facilities are amazing and the spa was so good. The location is also perfect, right in Midtown with everything nearby. Would definitely stay again!

My experience was great at this hotel! Amazing service and amenities such as a beautiful indoor pool, a relaxing spa, and so much more. The housekeeping team made sure our room was always left spotless, especially Natasha, who was very amazing with her service, very friendly, and helpful!
