The Agra city tour with Shyam Bir Singh with Hari Babu was excellent! Shyam was a very professional and knowledgeable guide. Just spent the last 3 days on a wonderful tour in Delhi and Agra with Bharat at +918447151480. Our tour guide was Sam. What an awesome tour! Everything was arranged perfectly from picking us up from our cruise ship, transporting us to the the airport in Cochin and then meeting us in the airport in Agra with beautiful marigold garlands. We all felt very special. Our hotels were all first class. Sam was very knowledgeable and provided us with so much valuable information that we will always remember India. He even told us the best place to stand to take the perfect picture. It was great to have front door service everywhere we went. Our driver managed the traffic so well that we always felt safe. We were provided with everything we needed in route. Sam even directed us to some very good restaurants where we could have a choice between ethic food and our “American” food. He also negotiated souvenirs prices for us and dealt with the “sellers” for us. They took care of everything for us - even boarding passes! A wonderful, carefree way to see and learn about India. We had an amazing tour of both Delhi and Agra. Praveen was our guide for Delhi, and Rajeev was our guide for Agra. Both Praveen and Rajeev were very patient, accommodating, knowledgeable and professional. They made our tours run smoothly and seamlessly by facilitating all of the details for us. They gave us historical background info and cultural context that truly enriched our experience. Barat did an excellent job of providing all of our travel arrangements and coordinating the efforts of the whole team. The hotels and restaurants they selected were a perfect mix of local and “tourist” cuisine so we didn’t miss anything and didn’t experience any issues. Overall, I would highly recommend this team and would travel with them again in the future.

I booked in a very last minute, the service was great, received by a friendly driver at Delhi airport, and greeted by Sunny at the hotel. Provided with an excellent tour guide who took us to the Agra fort and Taj Mahal at sun rise. Then we were dropped at delhi airport on time to our flight. Even thought it was a last minute booking, we were provided with a decent hotel as requested within a reasonable price. I would highly recommend SAM travels.

I am so happy I booked this tour. I originally began in rishikesh and my driver was kind and courteous. We stopped at good quality restaurants along the way to Agra & I checked into a nice comfortable hotel in Agra. My tour guide Bobby is very knowledgeable and takes the best photos. He speaks amazing English & I felt lucky to have him to learn more about Agra, Agra Forte and the Taj Mahal. I had dinner and breakfast at the hotel which was delicious & good quality food. The tour includes airport drop off afterwards in Delhi (or hotel drop off), which meant that I could sightsee on my final day in India without worrying about my luggage and with comfortable transportation. I would definitely recommend the tour to anyone wanting to see the Taj Mahal from an experienced local guide.

It was a quickly arranged trip but Bharat was helpful in providing the proper information and help us plan properly. He was quick to reply on all our questions and was always following up. Our driver Prem was kind, friendly and very accomodative and drove us safely and timely back to the airport. Our guide Pavan was knowledgeable and friendly and provided great info on all sites and helped us negotiating price with local sellers. Also took us to a gift shop to buy some Authentic Marble memorabilia, which was great. Overall it was a nice experience, highly recommend Sam's tours and would use them again.

Amazing experience in Agra thanks to the A-Team of Samindiatours. We had a great journey from the airport. Visite of Agra Fort, Baby Taj, and of course the TAJ MAHAL. Our guide Shiam Shyam Bir was awesome, one of the best guide i've Seen, he knew all the history and have a unique way to share it, very easy to understand and make your visite so peaceful and meaningful. Shiam also show us all the specialities of Agra tapissery, marble, etc. We had the chance thanks to Shiam to see the artist/artisan working and exchange with them. Places not accessible if you don't know Agra as Shiam. Also Shiam some spécial skills in photography, he knows the best places and help you take the perfect photo 😍. Last but not least he is a great help on negotiating with local seller and know so many great places. Great thank to Shiam. Tl;dr: fun 2-day tour of Agra and Delhi with knowledgeable Agra tour guide and flexible driver Long version: We only had 2 days in Delhi and decided to book this tour with help from our Indian friend. Sunny put together a good itinerary for us and modified it to fit our requests. We decided to book hotels for our stay separately but the option to book with them was also available. Our driver Sanjeev met us at Delhi airport with a printed sign of our names and led us to where the car was parked. The car was clean and comfortable, and the A/C was much appreciated in the 105°F+ weather. Throughout the two-day tour, he kept us well stocked with cold water bottles. After a 3-hour drive to Agra (with a short stop at a rest station along the way), we arrived at our hotel where Sunny greeted us in person and went through the program for the day and introduced us to our tour guide, Shyiambir. Due to the hot weather, we switched the order of our schedule to go to Agra Fort first, as it had more covered areas than the Taj Mahal. Shyiambir was an excellent and very knowledgeable tour guide. Throughout our day in Agra, he provided us with context, stories, and details about everything we were seeing. We even had some in-depth conversations about minute details like the mechanics of the water fountains, paint composition of historical wall murals, the type and source of materials used in decorative inlays, comparative religious philosophy, cleaning procedures for the monuments, etc. Shyiambir also turned out to be an excellent smartphone photographer, suggesting poses and spots, all while managing the crowd around us so we could look like we're the only ones there. During our day in Agra, we also made optional visits to a couple of artisan shops (marble inlays and tapestry embroidery/jewelry) where very motivated salesmen gave us short rundowns of the craft and long sales pitches for the wares. These artisan galleries are more suitable for serious purchases than souvenir trinkets, but were very beautiful and showed the range and depth of the crafts. The next day, Sunny met us at our hotel in Agra again for the last time to go over the plan before Sanjeev drove us back to Delhi. We ended up heavily changing our initial plan in Delhi due to the hot weather, skipping outdoor locations like the Jama Masjid and Qutub Minar for more indoor ones, like the National Museum. Sanjeev was very accommodating of our last-minute changes and also provided us with good lunch recommendations in the area (the one we decided on, Pindi, had amazing Paneer Tikka, definitely check out this gem of a restaurant!). As part of our tour, we also added an early morning airport run from our Delhi hotel, where Sanjeev dropped us off for the last time. Overall, the tour was excellent, and we heartily recommend Sunny and his team. Maybe just don't visit at the hottest time of the year lol. We were sad to miss the Jama Masjid and Qutub Minar due to the heat.

We had a wonderful time visiting Agra and Punjab with family, thanks to Sunny for his professionalism in arranging the tour end to end. First time traveling without family in India and I felt like we were in good hands with SAM tours. Rang up Sunny to book a last minute tour and he was ready ASAP - sent a car to our hotel and off we went! Bobby our Taj Mahal guide was so nice - he greeted us with bottled waters and gave us lots of great inside info. We then headed to Jaipur where we saw more beautiful forts and learned about ancient astrology. We had some really great drivers as well. Sunny was really attentive the whole time. Great experience!

It was an awsome experience with this agency.i completed this tour with my mom dad n my wife.initially I missed my flight and reached Delhi by 8pm where as my mom and dad reached airport by 2.30pm.the cab driver Mr Subhash received my parents and took them to the visit of Mathura and then dropped them at the hotel in agra.he treated my parents very well that they couldn't forget the hospitality of him even after a week.later I met my parents and trip continued with the visit of fort at Agra then Taj Mahal and then Delhi...it was an amazing experience that even a private tour agency take care of their customers very well..the cab drivers was really friendly.

we went to india for the weekend and it was a really great 2 days exploring jaipur and agra - it was a beautiful experience visiting different forts and of course the magnificent Taj Mahal. we had a very easy time arranging tours via Udit of SAM tours. he was very helpful and very flexible given our tight schedule. our tour guide in agra, Adeesh, was also very good we learned a lot from him. our driver, Prakash, was very kind and friendly and so easy to deal with. overall, it was a very memorable trip.

We had booked a tour with the tour agent Bharat that included a one-day Delhi visit and then a one-day visit in Agra from Delhi. Thanks to Bharat the communication beforehand (we had a lot of questions and last minute changes) was always smooth, prompt and friendly and the tour was perfectly organized. Our driver was always on time and brought us safely to all spots in Delhi and Agra. The program was dense and was flexibly adjusted to our interests and so we got an interesting insight into Delhi's spirit (including an adventurous cycle rickshaw ride through old Delhi) and architectural gems, even though we just had one day there. Of course we were also brought to (overpriced) shops (like most tour operators do), but we were not pushed to buy anything and it was ok for us to gather some souvenirs this way. Second day we were picked-up in the morning and brought to Agra, where we visited the Taj Mahal, which was an impressive experience by itself that was made even more enjoyable by our knowledgeable and nice tour guide Sunny, who also brought us to an excellent little local restaurant for lunch. Overall, our tour was very worthwhile and we enjoyed it a lot! I would definitely recommend this to first-time India travelers and may even come myself again some day. Thanks and best of luck!

I started checking online regarding tour plan from Chennai to Agra since haven't visited the Taj ever but had limited time since I am visiting Chennai for vacation from USA. I come cross SAM travels and approached them to get some quotes, then later contacted Mr. Sunny on the WhatzApp - great person, very quick response we can relay from him and he manages very well about the trips and provide any suggestions. He provided the plan and cost which is way less than any other professional travels and I paid some amount via PayPal which looks genius to me. Then he shared all the details and hotels booking etc. I was so excited to visit Taj and also don’t want to miss anything while on travel with my limited time as well as taking my family. Mr. Sunny was continuously in touch even after I arrived Chennai and I was so confident I can make out of this trip well. All set then on one Tuesday my family took the morning flight from Chennai and reached Delhi and immediately driver was available with name board and I was easily identified him with car nbr. Then enroute to Agra and took nice food on the way. After reaching Agra, we visited Baby Taj, Red fort with excellent view to Taj. We got Mr. Shyam (Guide) - so knowledgeable and very polite to explain our questions about the places and history. He was with us on the whole trip in Agra to explain things and took the lead on managing timing, places, clearly no delay on our trips. We also visited the craftsman ship work and understood how there worked on the stones and assembled everything during the build. Then we took rest on the Hotel which had great amenities and excited about the next day. Next day morning - quickly we completed the breakfast and started ready. Shyam and drivers where on time and ready before us. We started going to the dream place Taj to visit. I was completely amazed with structure and place and we spent lot of time in visiting the Taj and took lot of picture to pass the time. With all the great memories, we started the trip back to Delhi and came back to Chennai on the same day night. Special thanks to Mr. Sunny who arranged everything and took a lead on managing our trip and I will surely touch with him for any future vacation plans. Great work SAM Travels and keep doing!! SAM arranged the whole trip for us including pickup at the Airport showing of the Taj, Agra Fort and back. We were little short on time but SAM Tours accomodated our travel plans and tweaked the showing and guiding for the whole trip.
