fantastic journey Excellent communication with the agency. All that was mentioned and more. The welcoming vehicle and the cheery Driver were waiting for us in the morning. Even in the thick fog, we felt quite safe because to Vijay, the driver, who spoke excellent English. Mr. Shanu , our guide, was excellent! He delivered a lot of material in an engaging manner while sharing a lot. Also, he gave thorough explanations and addressed every query. Compassionate and adaptable, eager to assist and offer cultural perspectives. Only go with them if you are seeing the Taj Mahal and the Fort! A very memorable trip, in our opinion!

We were initially a little apprehensive about booking a tour company, but Kaimur Holidays handled everything and performed well while we were in the country. I truly have no words to express how wonderful our vacation was. I contacted several businesses first, and Shanu at Kaimur Holidays responded the quickest. He gave us several distinct alternatives and informed us that we could modify any of their goods to fit our particular needs. Although they didn't have the lowest quotation, their excellent responsiveness and crystal-clear communication made up for it. We originally intended to tour Delhi during the day, travel to Agra in the late afternoon or evening, stay in a hotel there, visit the Taj Mahal in the morning, and then return to Delhi by lunchtime so that we would have plenty of time to get to the airport. However, our plans changed as we realised we would have less than 36 hours in the Delhi region. We unfortunately experienced airline disruptions the evening before our original plans, as is the case for many people these days. Mr. Shanu was able to adjust our initial agreement swiftly and work with us to make modifications that would still allow us to make the most of our stay in the region. Our driver, Vijay, picked up our complete group at 4am when we were all finally in town and drove us to Agra and back in enough of time to board our next flight at 5pm. The first half of our party spent the first day seeing Delhi. He even gave us the opportunity to relax back at the hotel in Delhi before bringing us to the airport. I understand that he had a hard day, but he went above and above to ensure that all the scheduling suited us well during our little visit. Cleanliness, comfort, and safety of our transport during the entire trip definitely benefited us. We met Sameer, a fantastic tour guide, when we were in Agra. He lives in Agra and gives tours of the entire region. Sameer Vikram not only had extensive knowledge about the Taj Mahal, which was the centre of our visit to Agra, but he also gave us a lot of cultural background information about India's history, religions, current events, and even clarified some common myths and urban legends. Sameer made it very obvious that his major objective was to provide us the greatest experience possible based on OUR criteria, much like everyone else we interacted with through Kaimur Holidays. He would interpret all communications for us and let us choose which suppliers, if any, we wanted to work with. He would provide background, but he never had us talk to someone or make a transaction. We could be as solitary or social as our group felt comfortable being. He also spent time helping a pair of visitors who had been left behind by their original guide. While making sure the women could get where they needed to go, without making us feel unappreciated (which we all did), Overall, Mukul, Mahesh, and Shanu at Kaimur Holidays provided us with an amazing service. When we decided we would want to save more of our funds for the next part of our vacation, Mr. Shanu even changed the agreed-upon payment method. We felt like actual guests rather than faceless visitors because almost a single aspect of the experience was personalized to match our requests.

Both the journey and the experience were fantastic. Extremely nicely planned and coordinated. Excellent service, and we learnt a lot about the Taj Mahal's past. Our driver, Deepak, was excellent at driving and always arrived on time. He offered his expertise of the several places we travelled through and assisted in choosing a spotlessly clean rest stop along the road with eateries. We also had a tour guide named Sameer, who provided us with a thorough history of the Taj Mahal as well as fascinating tales about its inspiration and construction. He is quite knowledgeable about the building's architecture and design. He thoroughly addressed each of our inquiries. Around three in the morning, our driver Vijay arrived on schedule with cold water waiting for us. The vehicle was comfy. Vijay  drove well, and we had a great sense of security. We had excellent contact with the business before to the visit. We had the option to stop along the way for refreshments and toilet breaks. Mr Shanu, our tour guide, met us at Agra. The trip of the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort was fantastic. Along with stopping for breakfast and tea, we also visited a marble store. Vikram kept us interested the whole time and was quite educated. He also took lovely pictures for us and was well-versed in appropriate photo locations and positions. I heartily endorse doing this trip!

With Kaimur Holidays, we enjoyed a fantastic trip to the Taj Mahal and the Red Fort in Agra . Mr Shanu , our tour guide, was extremely knowledgable, educated, and a native of Agra. He was really approachable, flexible, and thoughtful. Deepak driver, was punctual, kind, and well-informed. The trip to Agra took longer than I anticipated—more like 3.5 to 4 hours—but everything went perfectly. We also made a trip at the two stores. Due to the fact that Kaimur Holidays was far better and more well-organized than our previous experience, I would suggest hiring them for other excursions in India.

My visit to the Taj Mahal was just incredible. Vijay , my driver, arrived on time for my 3 a.m. pickup and made a stop to grab me a chai tea. He was really kind and helpful. Sameer Agra, my tour guide, was outstanding. quite well-versed with the background of the Taj Mahal and the Agra fort. I consider this to be among my greatest trips ever and would heartily endorse it to anybody travelling to India. Also, they took me to view some real, exquisite Indian art. See Agra's collection of gems and stones and the excellent marble for sure.

I really suggest using this firm for your tours and private transportation. My driver, Vinod, was outstanding right away; he met me up from the airport and drove me immediately to Agar for the Taj Mahal tour, and I always felt protected. I gave him all of my bags and had a great time travelling with him. My tour of the Taj Mahal was excellent and educational, and it was a once-in-a-lifetime experience like no other. I received excellent customer service and had a truly 5-star experience. In fact, I was so impressed that I continued to use Vinod as my personal driver for the duration of my stay to show me about the city.

At the middle of February, three of my friends and I went to Delhi and explored the Golden Triangle. Mr Shanu was extremely attentive from the moment I initially contacted Kaimur Holidays to the moment we embarked on our journey. He also maintained in touch with us for the entire six days that we used this service. Vijay, our driver, was outstanding. He met us at the Delhi airport and was simple to identify. He was really kind and modest, and he stayed with us the entire time, so we felt protected while driving. Straight from the Delhi airport, we travelled to Agra to begin our journey, where we first met Sameer, our first tour guide. With extensive expertise, he guided us to visit the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. That was lovely. We also met Shanu, who was friendly and helpful to us for the first half of our tour. Deepak then drove us to the Taj at dawn so we could snap photos, and he was knowledgeable about all the best views. We traveled from Agra to Jaipur, where we spent a day sightseeing with our tour guide Shanu. We visited the City Palace, Amber Fort, and Jantra Mantra. Even while we weren't huge fans of Jantra Mantra, some of its elements were very fascinating. We returned to Delhi from Jaipur since we had wedding-related events and weddings to attend. Deepak was really helpful in getting us about Delhi and our destinations. He made sure that we arrived at all of our destinations safely, therefore we are extremely appreciative of his driving abilities. The next time I return to Delhi, I will most definitely employ Kaimur Holidays, which I heartily recommend. Shanu and Sameer are to be thanked for a lovely experience.

We booked a 2 days one night trip to Agra to visit the Taj Mahal and other beautiful sites in Agra, from The beginning of our trip, the driver Sunil picked us up from our place in Delhi, he was very respectful and the car was very clean. Sunil was very accommodating to our request. When we arrived to Agra, we were greeted by Faiz. Faiz was very professional, friendly and very flexible with us. We learned a lot about each site and Faiz even recommended food places to eat and where to go shopping. Bonus points : Faiz is an amazing photographer and knows the right spots. We never had to make long lines as Faiz took care of all the details and purchases of tickets. Our experience and visit to Agra was very special, personal and joyful, thanks to Faiz and Sunil!

Sunil and Faiz were great. Sunil picked us up in New Delhi early morning in Day 1 and drove us to Agra. Very prompt. Car was good. We met Faiz in Agra after we were dropped off at our hotel. Faiz was very informative about the monuments and efficient at getting us great photos. We saw everything we wanted (overnight tour). After we met Faiz at our hotel, we went for a great lunch (good recommendation) then to Agra fort, Baby Taj and and moonlight gardens on Day 1. They also took us to a local handicraft store. Day 2 was sunrise Taj Mahal visit, then Fatehpur Sikri on the way back to Delhi. Great tour!

Guide faiz Enjoyed my visit tremendously and our guide Faiz did a great job explaining to us about the works and the story behind the building of this magnificent building. Also dispel the misconceptions and setting right the correct version of history.

We had a wonderful visit to Agra. Our guide Jitu was very accommodating of our travel plans. He arranged for Sunil, our driver, to pick us up from our hotel in Delhi. The trip to Agra was quick and pleasant, with Sunil being an excellent driver and telling us about the countryside. We met Jitu in Agra and spent the first afternoon and next day visiting the Agra Fort and Taj Mahal. Jitu was kind and patient, and very informative. All in all, a great experience.
