Akbran tour owner sumit contacted me as soon as I booked my tour . He gave us every information regarding my taj mahal tour . Once we arrive at Agra our guide came to us and greeted us with smile .later on we explore the Taj Mahal with great knowledge about the history of taj Mahal .it was great with Sam . Lunch at Molecule was great and you can enjoy great bear there Best wishes to akbran tour and we will recommend him for sure .

The chauffeur was on time and we were previously informed by the owner for our departure time and things to do in Agra. Guide Sam is full of Information and he knows well enough to entertain us.limch was great and ambience was awesome. We will surely recommend him to the fellow traveller's.

Had a wonderful one day trip from Delhi to Agra. Got picked up at the hotel by friendly and safe driver Neeraj in a very comfortable car for our group of 7. Our very knowledgeable guide Sandeep (studied history!) showed us around the sights and took us on a great shopping tour during which we were able to buy amazing christmas presents both for ourselves and our loved ones. Thank you Sandeep and Neeraj for giving us a great time visiting one of the worlds most famous symbols of love.

Sandeep and Prem were a pleasure to spend the day with. Sandeep took his time to modify the day to make sure it was everything we wanted. He was friendly and accommodating and showed us the best of the area. We would have loved if we could have spent additional time taking his other tours. His insite was helpful every step of the way and we had a wonderful day overall. Would recommend this trip 100% from a group visiting from NYC!!

Sandeep and Prem were fantastic! We Couldn’t have asked for a better pair of tour guides to take us around the Taj Mahal and craft shops in Agra. We’re flying home with great pictures, a hand woven rug, beautiful paintings, and amazing memories, and we couldn’t be happier!!! Prem and Sandeep were nice as could be and were a wealth of history lessons and fantastic stories!

The tour with Sundeep was amazing! He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the Taj Mahal. Our group flew in from Ireland and had the best time with him as our guide!

Very knowledgeable guide. He knew the history & guided us safely through our tour. Tips: bring a small, lockable bag just in case. Be prepared for crowds. Not open on Friday!

Sandeep was a very helpful tour guide. He gave us history and lots of useful tips for us to see the Taj Mahal as easily as possible. Irfan, our driver, was also very friendly. Overall, a very beautiful and stress free experience.

The tour guide walked us through Taj Mahal and showed us the marble souvenir store. The overall experience is great and i will recommend my friends to take the trip.

Guide, Mr Sandeep and driver are Good and quick response to my request such as visiting souvenirs stores. I will recommended highly this tour because I do not need any hassles under the hot weather.

Let me start this off on a positive note, the Taj is beautiful! Upon walking up to it, I had like an internal moment of “wow.” I took so many pictures! On this particular day, it was also insanely hot! My mom accompanied my friend and I and she was not able to withstand the 115 degree weather, but the tour guide was kind enough to take her back to their office and wait until we we were all ready to meet back up. Ok, so here are my issues with this tour..... I feel our guide was somewhat disorganized. It started off with him being a bit weird about the type of credit card we wanted to use to pay for our tickets and then talking to randoms in line (not in English) whilst holding my card. It made me a bit uncomfortable considering other tours I had been on, the money situation had been handled and then I just paid the guide back either later or it was just built into the price of the tour. Any who, the guide then offered us professional pictures. Yeah.....no. Also sorta odd. I think if this had been mentioned prior to getting to the taj I wouldn’t have been so put off, but I don’t like being put on the spot. In all honesty, there was just no game plan. The guide wasn’t giving a ton of information about the taj and he had to prompted for a lot. I think he meant well, but it was just not executed well. After my friend and I walked about the taj area for a bit, our guide had us go to some “demonstration” but we were a bit hesitant/confused. The demonstrations were simply sales pitches. We also really wanted to see the garden, fort Agra and Baby taj but the guide sorta seemed dismissive of these requests. (These are listed in the details) After asking multiple times, we finally did see Fort Agra, but we didn’t see all of it. Our guide seemed worn out and honestly over all of it (as were we). Oh! I also forgot, he held onto our tickets! I’m not sure why? I like to keep things like this as a souvenir but he seemed insistent that he keep them. I don’t know, pros: the company took good care of my mom in need. Cons: disorganized and comes across as mildly shady (even if it’s not intentional) This is a pretty cheap tour and you’ll be safe, so I don’t not recommend it but I probably wouldn’t take another tour from them. Sorry!

Admittedly, I'm a bit surprised this excursion has 5 stars. I would not recommend it. While our driver was prompt and kind, our guide was not particularly informative. I will say that one person in our small group was overwhelmed with the heat, so our guide (Sunny) may have been initially distracted by that (and he was kind enough to take her back to the company's air conditioned office to relax); however, much of our tour that followed was spent focusing on the two "demonstrations" offered, which were basically trips into two shops. It was confusing, because it was almost brought up to seem as though we were going into a museum about the marble and construction of the Taj Mahal. Instead, we went into a jewelry shop. At no point were we taken to Baby Taj, and there were certainly no sunset views, as we were back to Delhi after a 4-hour van ride by 6 pm. This excursion is not properly branded and is a bit unorganized. We went to Agra Fort because we asked our guide to take us there. We would have done the same regarding Baby Taj, but at a certain point it became exhausting to even be a part of the poorly led excursion. A tip to other travelers--it would seem that there is a discount offered when purchasing tickets to Taj Mahal and Agra Fort within the same day, so purchase your own tickets and don't let the guide hang onto them. Our guide said he thought we might lose them, so he kept our tickets and then asked for them back when purchasing tickets at Agra Fort, forgetting that they were still in his possession. We paid him full price for our admission to Agra Fort, not really thinking about the discount (it didn't dawn on us until after the fact), so I'm pretty sure he kept the difference rather than that money going to the upkeep and preservation of the monument, which is a bit disappointing. I saw one of the wonders of the world, so I can't complain. You'll have reliable transportation, but be prepared to lead your guide and know what's included in the tour so you can make the most of it. It might be better to brand this tour as a day-trip to Agra with options for monument visits and shopping. That way, guests won't be misled. If you are looking for a well put together tour that is informative and maintains lines of open communication, look instead to A Star Tours or another local, highly rated company that is thoroughly reviewed.

We had a great day trip to Agra! Included was a driver and knowledgeable guide throughout the day. We were picked up from our hotel in Delhi and driven to Agra, where we saw the Taj Mahal, Red Fort, and Baby Taj. We were then taken back to Delhi. Sandeep, our guide, was very helpful and informative. Overall, it was an easy, fun day trip to Agra for a great price.

My trip to Agra was fantastic! My guide was knowledgeable and patient with my questions. Everyone I met along the way was friendly and helpful from tours to picture to lunch and beyond. I couldn’t recommend them more. I was nervous to go solo as a female but my guide was by my side the entire time. Wonderful experience!

The pickUp in the monring was on time directly from the hotel, which is not always self evident in india. The trip to Agra with the driver Atul Sharma was nice and I felt quite comfortable. The guide was knowledgeable and entertained me through the whole tour. As I already read, I was also pushed to visit some shops and this was the only thorn in my side. In total the tour was worth it especially for the well organised plan and for the price. I totally recommend it!

Our trip was terrific on all fronts. Our driver (super nice guy) was ready for us at the airport early in the morning, and took us straight to Agra, where we met our kindly tour guide. We loved the Taj Mahal, and our guide was friendly and full of useful info. Instead of doing the Red Fort (all the way back in New Dehli), we opted to tour the Agra fort instead, which we'd strongly recommend. Our only annoyance was being pushed to see a "local artisan," which translates to being taken to a jewelry / inlaying shop the tour company clearly has some kinda deal with, but truth be told this took not more than 10 minutes of our day, and is something you can probably expect with any tour you do. Terrific people, terrific deal, five thumbs fully up!

I would highly recommend this tour company to any solo traveler, the driver was on time, the vehicle was nice and clean, the driver always offered me cool towels and water, the tour guide Sunny was amazing, we did not rush, was very knowledgeable about every monument, was happy to take my photos at every location, the restaurant in which the tour company took me was clean and the food was excellent, I was a bit concerned about traveling alone but Sunny made me feel very comfortable, it almost felt like I was traveling with a friend. O by the way the cars have wifi! L tx USA

Absolutely best way to see the Taj Mahal and surrounding monuments. Completely hassle free and worth every penny. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable, funny, and made my friends and I (who are all women) feel completely safe every second of the day. Took us to the best restaurant and never had to wait in line ALL DAY, even in the two hour line that was at the Taj Mahal. Highly recommend our guide Sandeep!

<p>Recently, I traveled to Delhi for work with three colelagues who had never been to India. Well, you can't travel that far without seeing the Taj Mahal. I'm so glad that I was able to take them and this was perfect. The company that Viator contracted, Akbran Tours was awesome. They were so flexible with our itinerary and alllowed us to move at our own pace and really make it exactly what we wanted. The guide was excellent and he showed us some excellent shopping places as well. We enjoyed it so much that I assisted another colleague in booking a day trip to the Taj Mahal with them as well. Needless to say, he loved it! The owner/operator of Akbran Tours was very helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending this trip to anyone that is going to Delhi and wants to maximize their time and see the Taj Mahal.</p>
