Payal was a terrific guide with very deep knowledge of the site and Hindu/Indian culture. This is an amazing site. The intricate carvings are truly amazing and not something you see in modern buildings. A true credit to Indian craftsmanship. Be aware you can’t take a camera or phone on site. I would highly recommend this trip and company. You should request Payal if possible.

Felt blessed after being there. Truly a magnificent structure in terms of scale and artistry. Wished to spend more time there.

The tour was brilliantly arranged. The driver Pankaj and the guide Pankaj took us to the Swaminarayan Akshardham on a AC vehicle. They showed us many interesting spots along the way. The visit to the temple was awesome and very interesting. The guide gave us plenty of details and allowed us to dedicate time at our own pace. Unfortunately we could not take pictures because visitors are not allowed to bring cameras, phones and other electronics inside the temple. They finally took us also to a local handicrafts shop. Absolutely recommended!!

Pankaj is an excellent tour guide. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. He explained everything clearly and made the whole experience enjoyable and memorable.

It begins with knowledgeable driver, Pankaj and guide, Prakash - both fantastic, very good English, highly professional and really good company. I rate this highly for the experience even though there are 2 downsides 1) strict guidelines prohibit any phones or cameras which is ok in itself as there was an A4, 35 page book with photos to capture this - a must buy for a very modest amount. 2) the light and water show was stunning telling a story which I couldn’t understand. Prakash did explain the story well but this story could be captured in the booklet along with water show photos. Still sticking to my 5* review.

Prakash guide was super good. It was a hot day in Delhi and he made sure I got lot of water. He had a great deal of knowledge and shared it really well. He accompanied me to all the sites, but gave me some time alone to enjoy the sites at my own pace. Nice guy great guide.

Gurvinder was an excellent guide. The temple is incredible and amazing. I also had dinner at the food court. There is another temple in New Jersey that I go to regularly, but this one was more intricate and beautiful. I must see in Delhi. Laxman was also in communication the whole time and made me feel comfortable and cared for.

The trip to Swaminarayan Akshardham was excellent. The architecture was absolutely stunning and the sacred/spiritual ambience was pervasive everywhere. Words can’t describe how beautiful this temple is. Our guide Pankaj was very knowledgeable about the temple and Hindu spirituality and was so accommodating to our every need. He met us promptly at the designated pickup time and helped us in our departure at the train station. I should mention the tour car driver Pankaj was also very helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend. This was a great experience with a great tour guide.

This temple was so beautiful. One of the most beautiful in the world. It is absolutely stunning. It is highly secured and you may not bring in cameras, phones or smart watches. It is not to be missed!

One of the key attractions for the tourists in New Delhi. This is a sacred and divine temple full of peace and calm. It is spread over a vast area. I side the temple there is an exhibition and water show in the evening. These are on the Paid basis. There is ample paid parking area and the provision drinking water and toilet are there inside the temple premises. The temple is accessible to wheelchair .

Guide Name - Manoj Ahirwar Driver - Pankaj Kumar The Akshardham is impressive and a must visit experience and I would honestly use this company to arrange any tours I wanted as they can create bespoke trips that suit your needs and they are brilliant communicators in English and Spanish and use WhatsApp to stay in regular contact. Definitely deserving of their impressive reviews and 5 star ratings.

We used this company four times during our stay in India, highly recommend it. We booked this tour to pick us up straight after we'd been dropped at the hotel from the airport. Our flight was delayed but the company was excellent and waited for us to get showered and changed before setting off. The temple is amazing to see, and we were also lucky enough to view the light and water show,s which I would say is a must. You cannot take anything in with you to the venue, but the driver looked after our belongings, so we didn't have to use the lockers etc.

It was a fab way to spend a few hours between trips on our tour. We booked quickly and easily with this company, they were very patient as we had a two hour delay on our flight but the company were excellent and flexible so we could complete the trip and see the fountain and water show. Highly recommend this company for anything you want to do on a short timeframe in north India. Read contact info on this tour as you cannot take camera or really bag into the venue, however can get pic taken for a few pounds on cite, so no problems.

The place is amazing. Incredible stone carvings, beautiful place. Well worth a visit. Good explanations about the Hindu religion.

The workmanship, marble and decoration of this newly built temple and the quality of the light show is worth visiting with a good guide to explain what’s happening, thank’s to Prakash for his insights and thanks for our pickup and drop off great driver for navigating Delhi’s crazy traffic!

very nice experience overall. the guide was very informative and helpful. he took us all over the temple and showed us all its wonderful architecture. he kept us company till the end and we also got to witness the incredible light show that akshardham has to offer. the driver arun was also very professional and took care of our stuff when we dropped it off in the car.

The temple area was large, and everything was covered with beautifully crafted sculptures and details. The guide Sunil was not only knowledgeable, but also accommodating to our young family, and went above and beyond to help us on our first day in India!

For our visit to the Swaminarayan Akshardham temple, we were fortunate to have Manoj Ahirwar as our tour guide and Arun Pandey as our driver. Their punctuality and professional demeanor were clear from the outset, and both brought wonderful energy to our trip. Manjo, in particular, stood out with his extensive knowledge and incredibly friendly approach, making the tour enjoyable and informative for my daughter and me. We had a wonderful experience one that will last a lifetime, I would highly recommend John as your guide!

That was amazing experience! The temple is beautiful, worth seeing 100%. We visited at 5 pm, didn’t wait for a water show which starts after 7-7.30… but even without the show, the temple itself is fantastic.

Suhani genuinely worked hard to ensure we had an enjoyable experience at this magnificent temple. She was warm and friendly and guided us through the security check point, the beautiful grounds and impressive interior of the temple. She explained in details the features of the religious arts and statues. She helped us get the food orders at the cafeteria so we wouldn't have to stand in queue. She interpreted the story of the sound and light show the entire time so we could understand what was happening. We felt that we were well taken care with charm and professionalism.

A truly magnificent Hindu temple and the largest in India. We had a wonderful tour with Akash and our driver. They were prompt and professional and took very good care of us. I recommend going on the late afternoon tour (4 pm) in order to see the light and water show.

A really great trip. Well organised and really helpful and friendly driver and guide. They made sure the trip fit around my timings and I was able to book last minute.

The Temple is beautiful and worth visiting. But the rules are ridiculous in regards to bringing bags and phones. But viator has nothing to do with that. They weren't joking when they said. O cell phones. I was forced lto leave phones and bag in my taxi I had hired

The Temple, tour guide (shalini) and driver were great. But I felt the rules regarding the purses or bags are ridiculous. This has created huge lines just for that. That itself can make or ruin the trip. But over all Temple was beautiful. As outsiders who is comimg from different country we don't feel comfortable leaving cell phones in the hotel and taking a taxi to visit Temple. It's all regarding safety.

This was an amazing experience, I am really glad I did this with tour company 'India saying Namaste Trips'. Laxman kept me well informed of trip and details of pickup at my hotel. Tour guide Gurvinder Singh was very kind and happy to share his wonderful knowledge of the Swaminatayan Akshardham temple and complex, a must see experience despite not being able to take photos inside the temple. The architecture and intricate detailed craftsmanship of the structure has to be seen to be believed. Surrounded by beautiful grounds and gardens. The driver was excellent. Great trip. I did Alshardham night tour. The driver picked up at hotel and there was a tour guide along with driver. We can leave belongings in car and driver will watch your stuff. Tour guide will take you inside and show everything including all tickets. It was great experience to know history and spectacular laser show.

Extraordinary temple that is worth a trip to see. Intricate carvings and statues. There is heavy security- cannot bring in your cellphone. Guide was knowledgeable and helpful.

Mohd Azhar was a really good guide,we enjoy the visit. The temple is worth the visit. He was really punctual and took care of us. Worth it!

While the temple and the evening water show were amazing, unfortunately there was no guide available for the tour so I could not appreciate the temple to its fullness.

It was a really beautiful display of coloured lights , music, fountains and story. The story was in Hindi BUT still worth viewing I learned so much from tour guide his informative commentary about the temple complex. Despite the busy environment, Aran tried his best to guide me through the crowds and lines, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. I can't recommend Aran highly enough as a guide at Akshardham. Her expertise, warmth, and dedication to providing an exceptional visit made all the difference.
