Had a lively experience in Agra with Asif who was our tour guide. He was patient and explained in details all the queries we asked. He was with us in Taj Mahal and Agra fort. Best part was that he explained to us in both English and Hindi as we had members in the family who could understand only one language. Highly recommend him for tours in Agra.

The guide was really helpful and kind. We travelled with an eldery person and he was flexible with the timings. He explained the history of the places really well. He took pictures of us too.

Vicky met us at our hotel before dawn with a driver and arranged Taj Mahal tickets for us on our way to the East Gate. I’m sure we would have eventually figured out what to do and where to go if we were on our own but we sped through the entry process with our guide and were soon inside. It’s an amazing place visually of course, but Vicky’s commentary and knowledge at every step was interesting and informative. The experience would definitely not have been as fulfilling without him. Naturally moving at a pace that suited us but always fine about us asking extra questions or lingering for that extra photo, Vicky showed us some finer details and told us stories about the kings and the history of the buildings. Having agreed for Vicky to also accompany us on a tour of Agra Fort we returned to the hotel for breakfast then met Vicky and driver again. Again we were treated to an informative, efficient and entertaining tour of this vast place. As an aside Vicky took some amazing photos of us on our own and his phone camera (air dropping them after each tour). Quite how he managed to capture the angle and the moment to make it look like there was hardly anyone around we don’t know. We would recommend both tours and have not been coerced in any way to give a favourable review - the tours were fantastic and deserve our praise.

Javed Khan is the very worst guide. He did not explain a few points about the Taj Mahal. He was concentrating in putting the reviews from the guest's phone. He did not get permission from us, he himself asks for our mobile and he himself puts reviews about him. He and the photographer jointly fooled us. Javed Khan did not explain previously about photography cost and later he looted more money from us.

Javed Khan came as a guide for us. A total of 13 members came for taj mahal with our family. His service was very poor. He himself took all our mobiles except two mobiles, then he put the review for himself. He did not guide us till the last minute. He was busy putting the reviews. And he has taken all our family members to one shop and he forced us to purchase all items. Very disappointed with Javed khan

Our guide Mr Mubeen Shah was a gentlemen has provided excellent and timely service, he has good knowledge of the sites and helped us run through the chaotic queues without any waiting. Wish him good luck and success in future endeavors.

The sightseeing services provided by Farman were exceptional. He arrived at the hotel ahead of time and ensured we visited all the historical sites, offering detailed and insightful information at each location. Mobin Shah was our tourist guide for both the Taj Mahal and the Agra Fort. Mobin was efficient in picking us up at 5:30am and ensured that we have a smooth entry into the Taj Mahal. Mobin was extremely knowledgable of both the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort and throughout the visit new where the spots were for picture perfect pictures. After the Taj Mahal Mobin then dropped us back at our hotel for breakfast to then return for us at 10:00am for the Agra Fort visit. Mobin also advised us how to keep safe throughout the trip and when to be mindful of pick pockets etc… Overall we had a very informative day and was looked after by Mobin.

The good: > Taj Mahal is AMAZING. So glad we did the sunrise tour since it meant we could see the Taj without the crowds. > Our tour guide took lots photos and knew how to get us into the Taj at the front of the line. The downsides of this tour: > The car was not nice (which means a lot when you're driving 4 hours in India) > It's very overpriced. You have to pay for the entrance fees at each location (which was a huge hassle since we didn't have enough cash and spent 30 minutes driving to ATMs). I'm not sure why this tour is $100+ USD pp. Another tour company we used for a trip to Jaipur said they'd do the same tour w/ entrance fees for $50 USD. It was too late since we had already paid for this one. > We only went to 2/3 stops. This felt like such a scam! We didn't go to the Baby Taj. > They try and force you, then guilt you when you say no, into going to shops at the end. So annoying. > Unprofessional conversation topics: Trump, divorce rates in India vs. the US, and when I asked to use the restroom he looked at me and said "1 or 2, pee or poop" (HUH?!) Maybe these are cultural differences, but jet lag + waking up at 2am + constant stomach issues from the food meant we didn't have any interest in these topics. We were there to learn about the Taj Mahal.

Had an incredible tour with Lucky ! He was super knowledgeable and informative and also just a joy to be around. Definitely go for sunrise if you’re going to Taj Mahal!

Mobin shah was a terrific guide. He explained the entire story from the construction. Told me about the family history and of the king’s wives and children. He informed about materials used. And what times and which spots I should come back to take pictures of a glowing Taj Mahal. He also made sure I was safe. I can’t really think of anything he could have added. He covered everything. I would do this again.
