Vipin was a knowladgeble and kind guide at the Taj Mahal. He knows the history and presents it in an understandable way. I also need to point out that he is a really telanted photographer and knows how to take pictures without other people being in the shot. He knows how to take pictures of the taj Mahal from the right angles and without him we would not be able to have such great memories.

We had such an amazing time. Our tour guide (Imran) was very patient and answered all of my 10 year old niece's questions. We got the full tour of the Taj Mahal and even got to see local crafts (rugs and art) being made. Our driver (Subash) was very kind and a safe driver. We also went on a privet tour of Delhi with another tour guide (Vikas). We went on a rikshaw ride through Chandini Chowk, saw the beautiful Akshardam temple, and much more. We weren't able to visit all the places in Delhi we had on our list due to either construction work or traffic, so we will for sure come back! The manager (Sartaj) had recommended delicious local highly rated restaurants in both Agra and Delhi. Overall we definitely recommend them!!

This was the BEST tour of the Taj Mahal! I HIGHLY recommend booking the same tour guide Mr Noor. I'm a New Yorker and hate wasting time in long lines or with long explanations about things. He was a quick talker, quick walker, quick story teller, quick with my Iphone and taking the BEST pictures. I'm also a travel photographer (as my hobby) and his photography skills are so impressive. He knows the Taj Mahal like the back of his hand and has such a familiarity with every inch of the grounds. I feel very glad that we spent the time we did with him as our tour guide. We wanted to see the Taj and learn more about the history, and our hotel arranged us with Mr Noor. He was very articulate, polite and was able to get us through without the hassles of waiting in lines. We got to learn a lot about the architecture and the detail, and he even took great pictures of us!
We were on a road trip and took a last minute stop over in Agra and I must say that it was a very good decision although time was very less but our local guide Noor was amazing. I booked a day tour for the Taj Mahal ... confirmation of an email came ... the drive was 30 minutes late, the car was very dirty ... In Agra, we were pushed to go shopping those were tourist trap ... Poor service by 707 Tours, will never recommend anyone
We were blessed with such an amazing guide such as Deepak. Not only the tour was educational but we felt premium and VIP with Deepak, as he knows everything about this city and he handled everything for us. We didn’t bother with any details or arrangements, he did it all for us, for OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE. Also, he takes stunning and very creative photos! Our tour guide was excellent, Dheeraj (Deepak) took care of us from the hotel / to Taj / and back. Made sure we were not bothered with all the people trying to sell us things. Lots of great information and he took some fantastic pictures of the entire family. Very caring fellow, easy to communicate, goes at your pace and didn’t rush and didn’t talk about money at all, can trust easily, enjoy a memorable time!
First time visit from the USA for my kids and in-laws to the Taj Mahal. Deepak was recommended to me by a friend. He was exceptional to say the least. Great communication through WhatsApp. Deepak spoke fantastic English and was very cordial. He was on time which is rare in India and made us all feel comfortable. Since he is a regular, he sped us through the ticket counter and security lines. He also arranged carts to drive us around as the heat was overbearing in July. No need to hire a photographer as Deepak took tons of great pictures for us! He answered any questions we had and was extremely knowledgeable about all of the history regarding the Taj Mahal. We would highly recommend Deepak when you are in the area.

Shakir is such an amazing tour guide that we have personally booked tours with him twice in the same year and sent other tour groups to see the Taj Mahal with him. He is incredibly knowledgeable, remembers everyone in his tours by name, and takes amazing photographs that will serve as lifelong reminders of a trip of a lifetime. We cannot recommend him highly enough. Wonderful guide!
Firstly we hadn't booked but they were so accommodating as we were a large party of 2 adults and 6 children. Their customer service was fantastic and the food was amazing. We wat out quite a lot and are more often than not disappointed by the service or the standard of food but not here 100 per cent for everything including value for money. We had a half day trip to the Taj. We were very much impressed by the knowledge of our guide Mr Qurban Ahmed. He explained us in detail about the history of the Taj & Agra. He also told about many myths about the Taj. He was very curtious & friendly. I strongly recommend this tour organisation for all.
<p>I was really excited for this trip, and was outside of my hostel waiting at 6:30am as indicated on my voucher. However, was still waiting at 7am. So I contacted the driver and he said no problem 15 minutes. 7:45am no driver so I contacted the driver again and he tells me that I'm due to be picked up at 10:55am. I said this was unacceptable, so he contacted the tour manager who said that this was the time they had for collection. Whilst I knew this was not true they were still trying to tell me this was the case personally I feel they may have forgotten. So they rushed a different driver out to me. We started the tour at 9am. The driver sent out to me however, was excellent, a very polite man. The fog was pretty extreme between Delhi and Agra which slowed us down a lot. When we got to Agra we picked up the guide. He was very good and was a no nonsense kind of fellow. He ensured we never waited in lines as he would push his way to the front to get the tickets. He was very knowledgeable but speaks quickly so if unsure ask questions. The Taj Mahal and Agra fort were very good and the restaurant for lunch was very nice. However, despite it saying lunch was included it certainly was not and I had to pay for this. So whilst I was very bitter about the company, I don't wish to dissuade anyone reading this from not going to the Taj Mahal and don't want this review to negatively reflect the driver and the tour guide who made the day very enjoyable. The tour company however, I would never go with and advise you to spend the extra money on a tour that offers the same without the hassle. I have travelled all over the world for more than a decade and never had so many issues from one day.</p>
I went to Agra to see the Taj Mahal alone. I took a tour bus, and I was confused - first time in India, first time in Agra, dropped off a kilometre away at the Taj Mahal, not a single English-speaking person nearby... I went to look for the register, and on the way I was met by Ali, an uncle who looked like a history teacher at school, with very polite, no sub-height, tones in his voice, good English. His escort service on the Taj Mahal for 1.5 hours (the amount of time allowed in the bus tour schedule) cost me Rs. 300. Honestly, I didn't expect much, but I was pleasantly surprised. Ali competently led me to the European ticket office, where I was sold a ticket and given shoes and water (I wouldn't have guessed to take them myself), took a picture (although not so, apparently, that I bought photography services from local photographers) with my phone and camera, told the whole story, explained where to wear shoes, accompanied every step of my way - generally did everything I would expect from a guide with a European level of service. Thanks to him, I've wiped everything I wanted, taken all the photos I wanted (although of course I'd rather have hired a photographer) and even caught my bus in time - which is priceless! I strongly recommend this guide for longer and longer tours! Intelligent, attentive, not imposing unnecessary favors!
