The entire process was very easy, from emailing to inquire about pricing, constant communication prior to me arriving an the entire trip. I was on a private tour with Mr. Parveen for almost 4 days. We planned it out that he would pick us up in the airport and the following days we would visit Delhi, Agra, Jaipur and come back and drop us off in the airport. I must say traffic in Delhi/Agra/Jaipur is absolutely INSANE so renting a vehicle should not be something you consider WHATSOEVER, this is not even remotely close to doable you MUST get someone to drive you everywhere. Throughout the 4 days and during our visits to the other cities, Parveen set us up with tour guides in every city. He went on our schedule, as we pleased and was truly amazing. We changed things on the fly and there were no issues with this whatsoever, he sure aimed to please every time. At NO time did we feel unsafe or in danger. Parveen's car was clean, had no odors and had no issues throughout the duration of our trip. If you want a custom tailored experience in visiting the Golden Triangle, make sure you book PARVEEN!!!

We had no initial intension to hire a driver and car. We had planned our trip by train. However when we got to Delhi the smog was so bad we soon realised that we could not have our planned three days in Delhi. So we went to Sarah's travel on Connaught place which had been recommended. We cancelled our overnight train and got a refund, then planned our trip with the agent. We left Delhi the following morning and went to Agra, taken to hotel. Then a lovely lunch at " prince of spice". Then of to the Taj Mahal. Had a guide, but do watch out for the photographer he will take more photos than at a wedding!!!! You don't need that at all, take them yourself safe the cash. After a good nights sleep set of for Jaipur, 4and half hours. Seeing lots of villages on the way, good journey. Three nights here. Our driver took us to all the sights and we enjoyed it alll. On the road again to Mandalwa for one night. A guide walked us around the very interesting town. following day set of for Bikener for one night. Saw lots on the way to much to mention. Very old walled market town. After another good night on the road again heading for Jodpur two nights, again our guide Ali took us all over. Than after two nights on the road to Udipur for three nights. We loved this place the best, could have been the Italian lakes, so clean felt like another country. We would have been here firs if we had kept to our plans, so having the best until the last was perfect. You must read up about all the places we went to see what each city has. Then after three good days we head to the railway station for the overnight train to Delhi. We had originally booked first class sleeper but due to a ou changes they were all booked up. So we were in 3 tier AC, again look at the carriages on the web. My husband was in a top bunk I was in the middle, three bunks Esther side, not very private but it was fine, we met some lovely leopard. Took 12 hours and I slept very well. The toilets were what I expected, very smelly. Hand sanitizer is a must. So arrived on Delhi, met and taken to hotel. Had day in Delhi, a little sleep then picked up for the airport. The price we paid was about £360 each there were four of us. I forgot to mention the hotel in Udipur we paid ourselves as it was paid for on our original plans. Our driver left us in Udipur . He was very safe and we enjoyed his company , he was always happy to take us anywhere. I think having a driver is the best option in India, so many chaotic places, you would spend half of your time trying to get somewhere in your own. Not for the faint hearted can be quite a culture shock, but would do it again. The only thing , four star hotels are more westernised, eg, clean bathrooms and better quality sheets and towels. Three star are basic, poor quality towels wtc but can be more homely and friendly. You get what you pay for on the end. Have fun

During the tour it also took me to some extra places compared to the program, making the experience even more interesting and authentic. The restaurants he recommended were always great and reliable. I had the pleasure of meeting him two years ago, on my first trip to India, when I was traveling alone — and since then it became clear to me that he was someone I could trust. On this second trip, he accompanied us again in Delhi and then took us to Agra, organizing everything with great care and professionalism. We spent the night in Agra, and the next day he picked us up at the hotel at 5:45 in the morning to visit the Taj Mahal early, which was a magical experience. Then we visited the Fortress of Agra and then he brought us back to Delhi, with all safety and comfort. Parveen is extremely trustworthy, caring and kind. He does everything to ensure that we have the best experience possible, always with a smile on the face and plenty of flexibility to adapt the script to our needs. Last day in Delhi. DP came as the driver instead of the previous driver. He spoke in plain English, drove us where we wanted to go, and we had a comfortable day on the last day without taking him to some weird commercial company (mate?). I don't pay anything except tips because they came from the tourist information center, but I think it's a good travel information.

We were with D.P. and the truth is it was great. Not only did he take us to beautiful places, but he told US a lot of interesting things and we all ate together in a local restaurant where everything went on wheels. Bottom line: we were delighted and very grateful for the air conditioning of the car. Super recommended! :))
