We would have been lost without Danish Nawaz - our expert guide - and Manoj, the best driver ever! How Manoj got us through such crowded streets was amazing. Danish loves the history of his beloved India and he presented everything as a friend rather than a guide. We learned so much! We were so comfortable throughout the trip. Manoj always had snacks and mineral water provided throughout our trip. We saw everything the tour description highlighted, we ate the most delicious food, our accommodations were beautiful, we bought spices and tea, we purchased a beautiful hand-tied rug, beautiful gifts for our grandkids, we bought traditional clothing like the beautiful women of India wear, the list goes on and on! We rode a camel in Agra. We rode Jasmine - the 28 year old female elephant - in Jaipur and - of course - we saw what we all come for, The One and Only Taj Mahal. Danish recommended we leave the hotel at 5am to be first in line, which we were. Unbelievable experience!! Danish took excellent pictures every step of the way and the night before he took us back to New Delhi he presented us with a beautifully framed picture collage - all pictures he had taken of us throughout our week-long journey. Thank you - Danish - for your beautiful, thoughtful gift to us. My husband and I highly recommend this trip and if we are able to return in the future, we will ask for Danish and Manoj. My husband and I are so thankful we found and purchased this Trip Advisor package, if you’ve never been to India before, this is the package to buy. We loved that we didn’t have to set anything up, driver, guide, hotels, food, Rickshaws, Tuk Tuks, all taken care of and we say “expertly taken care of!!” Also a huge thank you - Milhan - at Travelosei for your personal attention with WhatsApp calls and working out the beautiful upgrades to make the trip even better. He took the time to explain the history, architecture, and meaning behind everything we were seeing, which made the entire experience much more interesting and memorable. What impressed us most about Danish was his attitude and the way he looked after us throughout the entire tour. He was friendly, patient, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. From the moment we met him, we never felt anything but completely safe and comfortable. He handled every detail, answered all of our questions, and made sure we could simply relax and enjoy the experience. We booked an 8-day / 7-night private tour (Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Varanasi) with this company, marketed as a luxury bespoke travel provider. We paid USD 9,400 for two people, a price that far exceeds comparable tours offering the same itinerary. Unfortunately, this experience fell far short of what was promised. The itinerary followed standard tourist routes with no meaningful customisation. Despite paying a premium, our guide Ragib repeatedly brought us to commission-based shopping stops with heavily inflated prices, which we only realised after returning home (precisely the kind of experience we sought to avoid by booking a luxury operator). There were also basic service gaps. At attractions such as City Palace in Jaipur, we were not informed that our tickets excluded private areas. Communication before the trip was poor, with payment requested before a full itinerary was shared and flight details only provided after repeated follow-ups. During the trip, two internal flights were cancelled due to weather. While the first disruption was handled, the second was not: we were dropped at a hotel and told to book it ourselves. As a result, we missed several high-end hotels we had paid for. Post-trip support has been the most ridiculous part. We requested invoices for the missed hotel bookings to file an insurance claim, a basic and standard request. Despite multiple follow-ups over several weeks, the company: 1. did not provide the invoices 2. redirected responsibility between staff 3. referenced “legal review” 4. and ultimately stopped responding altogether The only message received post-trip was a request for payment for “additional expenses incurred.” India is a beautiful country and many of the hotels were stunning, but this company’s conduct was unprofessional and far from a luxury bespoke standard. At this price point, transparency, accountability, and post-trip support should be non-negotiable. We have travelled extensively and worked with many luxury travel companies globally; this experience stood out for the wrong reasons. The only saving grace of this trip was our driver, Pawan, who was professional and reliable throughout. We would not recommend this company.

Babar took us on an excellent and informative tour through the taj mahal, he made our trip spectacular and then took us to see some of the artisians working to create the fine art and stone inlays, unforgettable.

Babar Khan will teach you so much about Agra! We went to the Taj Mahal - he took great photos and we learned so much. There is a marble making factory at the end which was unique and offered the opportunity to see so many interesting pieces.
