This tour was fabulous. Faizy was really engaging, informative and friendly. All the food was delicious and entirely authentic. We felt totally immersed in Delhi life and culture, it's a great introduction to the city and to get your bearings. Definitely an experience not to missed - I wholeheartedly recommend it 👌

Fairy was excellent, so knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the area. It was such fun and we were spoiled with all the fantastic and varied food. It was like a Michelin tasting menu without the pretence. Excellent value for money I would recommend to anyone.

A safe and authentic way to experience the energy of Chandni Chowk and its delicious street food! Faizy is incredibly passionate about his hometown and its culinary history. It was an absolute pleasure spending the evening with him, and we thoroughly enjoyed his company. The tasting stops were perfectly chosen - offering plentiful, varied, and authentic flavors we wouldn't have found on our own. But this tour was about so much more than just the food. Faizy shared fascinating insights into local customs, history, and daily life. Experiencing Old Delhi at night felt completely seamless and secure with him as our guide. He even ensured we made it safely back to our pickup point at the end. This tour left us with a true flavor of Delhi in every sense! I highly recommend it.

Our guide Faizy was superb, a great mix of food as well as leaning about the culture. All the food was tasty and safe. It was so good we took our friends back and did it a second time!

Great night of tastes and sounds led by Delhi’s own legend Faizy! He told all relevant facts blended in with stories of the streets and food descriptions to make the walk enjoyable and leaving us all with smiles and full stomachs. The instructions for meeting point were clear, and Faizy even waited till we all had jumped on our relevant transport home to make sure we were safe. Service 100%! Don’t worry about “dodgy street food” - each vendor chosen well. And I can attest. No Delhi Belly day after tour!

Faizy was so great. He clearly communicated the meeting spot with a pin, an address, and a picture. He asked about dietary restrictions, and had tons of knowledge. The food was wonderful. Everything was delicious but the aloo tikka was my favorite. My only problem with this tour is that I filled up too early and struggled to eat at the last two stops because I was so full. But I didnt want to let anything prior go to waste so that was a me problem. The food was all super fresh and generally cooked in ghee as opposed to oil. Everything was so good! Like just delicious. I also learned a lot about the history of delhi and it was an amazing way to experience thr moonlight market at night. Faizy also called me an Uber and stayed with me til it arrived as I am a woman who was traveling alone. Seriously, hes great, the tour is great, and I felt very safe and very well fed

An amazing experience. Our guide Faizy navigated us expertly through the crowded streets and laneways of this busy night market, stopping regularly to try a different dish. Faizy’s storytelling reveals the history of each of the dishes and makes for a delicious and fascinating night.

Faizy is a great guide with tonnes of knowledge about the area, its history and the food we tried - really friendly and easy to connect with - next time I am in Delhi I will definitely sign up for another of his tours, they all sound really interesting- and judging from the street food tour it will be a great experience! This food tour is not only a food tour, he explains a lot about India en de culture, you can ask him everything. But the important part is the food and that was amazing! He really knows whats good! I would definitely recommend him for this. (I only made 2 pictures but you get 5 dishes to taste and at the and we also got a chai at the end)

I definitely recommend the ‘Old Delhi Food Tour’ with Faizy. As a solo female traveller I hadn’t ventured out into Delhi during the evening & this tour provided the perfect opportunity to combine this with food. Our guide Faizy was knowledgeable, articulate and very aware of the varying requirements of his guests; ensuring his solo arrivals were safe/comfortable & considering any dietary/allergy requirements. We were taken deep into areas of Old Delhi you wouldn’t look at, never mind venture into alone, which made it seem like a real adventure. All the food was tasty and not necessarily something you’d order yourself - as with other reviewers, I too waited until the next day before posting, to make sure there have been no ‘adverse effects’ to eating street food and I’ve been completely fine. Book it and have a great evening 🙂

Our tour was delayed by one hour, and I had a difficult time figuring out the meeting location. I texted and called the guide quite a few times to understand. Once on the tour, it was good; we got to see Delhi at night, hear some cultural stories, learn about India firsthand, and stop at a few places to try food safely.. all was good .too a

We had a really great experience with Faizy, and we would definitely recommend him. He was great at sharing local history and information about the food. We felt safe while taking the tuk-tuk and walking through the crowds. We have definitely discovered the local delicacies. We chose Faizy because he ensures the food is prepared under hygienic conditions - as of this writing, we have not had any stomach problems :-)

This has been our best food tour in India. Our guide Faizy, was very knowledgeable and provided great information about why we were eating eat course. The food got better and better as the tour went on. We would definitely recommend any food tour with Faizy and were disappointed that we did not have time to do his street art tour. We will certainly be recommending our friends to undertake this tour when in India. We would never have found the street food without our guide. We also loved the cultural insights provided during the tour.

Such a fabulous tour! The Guide (Faizy) was so knowledgeable and took us to all the best places. He knew the best spots and took us places that we wouldn’t go ourselves. He has tried and tested everything so we know that the food will be ok! Me and my friend are two young girls travelling and he ensured we were safe the whole time and also waited with us for our uber back to the hotel. Faizy was also so knowledgeable about the culture and answered all our questions. We couldn’t recommend this tour more- THANK YOU!

I had a wonderful time on this tour! I wouldn't have felt comfortable navigating the streets of Old Delhi alone. We had a good small group and Faizy was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend for any foodie who wants to experience the tucked away treats of Delhi!

Faizy was a great host. He was very patient as we were 30 minutes late due to traffic issues. He provided a great commentary around Old Delhi in addition to the great food we sampled. A word of warning, turn up VERY hungry as we struggled to finish all the courses. I would certainly recommend his tour to others coming to In is who want to safely try out traditional street food and learn more about this crazy city.

An amazing evening with Faizy sampling an array of delicious foods, that have been prepared in the same ways, in the same locations, by the same families for generations. Travelling with my son, Faizy provided us a great introduction into Indian street food, and having ate a lot of street food in Malaysia and Thailand previously, this tour allowed us to do what we most like to do when travelling. We ventured into areas and alleys that we simple wouldn't have dared ourselves. The locations all felt safe from a hygiene perspective and we are actually planning on returning ourselves to some of the vendors before we leave Delhi. Faizy also provided cultural history through the evening. I cannot recommend Faizy and his tour enough, and will definitely tour again with Faizy on my next visit to Delhi.

Faizy was an amazing guide, who not only took us to some of the best street food spots, that my dad and I as tourist would have otherwise overlooked, but also gave us snippets of history about each spot and this area of Old Delhi. Faizy was also attentive, asking us whether we were okay with spice. He also asked if we'd prefer to share a meal or have individual portions, which was very helpful, especially towards the end when we were close to bursting from eating so much delicious food. On the positive, a nice route through Old Dehli and a well intentioned guide. We’ve done many food tours and many have been fantastic, even a highlight. The food on this one was disappointing - extremely carb forward and just not that interesting, pedestrian chai, etc. Guide tried, but didn’t add a lot. Many small details just wrong, I rarely leave bad reviews, but feel some responsibility to warn others.

Faizy was fantastic. He was interesting and articulate and a good human being - it was like a night with friends where it all works, and the food was great too. Highly recommended.

This was without doubt the highlight of my time in Delhi. If you want to experience the real Old Delhi, there is simply no other way to do it. Faizy was an exceptional guide—friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about sharing the history, culture, and hidden stories behind every street and every dish. We visited places I would never have found on my own and tasted incredible local food that felt both authentic and safe. What made the tour truly special was that it wasn’t just about food. It was about understanding the people, traditions, and daily life of Old Delhi. It completely changed my perspective and gave me memories I’ll never forget. Where to start! Faizy was attentive to our needs. Our group had pure veg and meat eaters and all tastes were accommodated especially as we booked late, the morning of the actual tour, Faizy immediately reached out and confirmed all information. Faizy showed us some of the incredible food spots, gave us the history behind them, talked to the owners, even gave us history behind the owners. The choices for food were incredibly clean and safe, stopping occasionally to allow us to get water and drinks as it was hot. I don’t want to speak too much about the specific food as to not give away surprises but the variety of food was exactly what we were after. We went to local spots, Faizy helped us navigate busy streets zig zagging and ensured the water was safe (as it always is from the bottle). I have no criticisms to share, what a night and the tuktuk ride to top it all off!

A great experience. Faizy was a sensational guide. It was a walk through good, culture, a bit of history and a strong sense of what life is like in Delhi and India beyond the view from the outside. The food was excellent - curated deliberately and things I could not have found by myself. It was diverse, intriguing, and some unexpected. Great fun, with someone who cares deeply about where he lives and wants to share that story. (I won’t add photos of the food - don’t want give the surprises away!) Highly recommended.

This was an amazing tour - not your average street food tour. Having been here for a few months, I thought I was familiar with a good variety of street foods - but I was surprised by the many unique items I had never come across before, sometimes specific to local owners and shops here in Delhi. Although you eat lots of good food on this tour and it is advertised as a street food tour, Faizy clearly designed the experience to incorporate information and discussions about wider Indian culture, customs, and history. The tour felt like hanging out with a friend, wandering around local neighbourhoods and having conversations with good food, more than just jumping from spot to spot. I'd definitely recommend this tour to anyone interested in trying more unique street food items, and/or who wants to learn about Old Delhi more deeply.

I had a great time on this tour with Faizy. Even though it ended up being just me since it is the off season, Faizy made this a great one-on-one tour. He made me feel safe as a female solo traveler at night in Delhi. It felt like exploring a city with an old friend, and he made sure to avoid tourist traps and didn't bring me to do unwanted shopping like many tours do. All in all I had a wonderful experience and tried lots of delicious food in local spots. I'll be sure to contact him again the next time I'm in Delhi.

Faizy took us on an amazing experience of Delhi food and culture in the Bazaar. We tried many different kinds of street food and the environment was also a major part of the tour, being right in the middle of a very crowded and busy area of Delhi. We did the night food tour with Faizy and got a taste of the chaos of Old Delhi and some super food. Faizy was friendly and accommodating of our group’s needs as it was a 40 degree day and was sweltering even in the evening. We were a group of 6 and Faizy took us through the streets of Old Delhi with some delicious food stops along the way and some interesting facts. Would recommend and book the later evening slots on the hotter days!

What an incredible experience we had with Faizy. He took us to some truly local places that we would never have found on our own and we ate the most amazing dishes. Faizy was professional and insightful and he made us feel completely safe amidst the crazy atmosphere that is Chandni chowk!

If your looking for a real experience in the chaotic Old Delhi night scene centered around food with a nice knowledgeable local bloke who speaks great English then this is for you. Not for the faint hearted. It's a bit gritty and pulls no punches. That's adventure I'm afraid. Don't let this put you off though. The food is not hot if your used to eating with heat but will be for those that aren't but duh, India.

Wow wow wow! What amazing food, what an amazing experience and what an amazing guide. As foreigners, we could never have experienced Delhi in the way that we did with Faizy. We went off the beaten track and experienced old delhi as locals would. I cannot recommend this tour enough.

i’m staying in Delhi with my dad and we have really wanted to try all the food in Old town Delhi but were very hesitant about going to the markets and trying it ourself because of all the chaos we weren’t used to. After easily meeting up with Faizy and a group of 6 others, we learnt so much about all the different foods. Faizy took us to 8 different amazing places which he had all tried and individually recommended for taste, hygiene and experience. the whole trip was amazing and such a good way to experience busy Old town Delhi while feeling safe, more relaxed and just being able to enjoy and take in everything. we couldn’t have had a better experience. 100% recommend going for the food, experience and local indian knowledge ☺️🙌

I have tos at the foot tour in Delhi was an eye opener, with busy crowds and great good! Faizy was our guide and he was excellent, taking us through the bustling streets of Delhi, to places I'd never have found. He asked at the beginning about allergies and customised the tour around anything that was said. We tried a variety of meat, veggie, puddings, it was great and would definitely recommend this tour again

Great night out with Faizy lots to eat and a great way to night time Delhi, but be warned it get very busy with crowds in some parts.

Moreover, Faizy shared a lot of interesting facts about the culture and the specifics of India and has ensured that we get information which one can’t find browsing. Faizy is an excellent guide. Great English and a charming sense of humor. He took the group to places in the old town that none of us would have discovered. All were clean and the food was delicious. I especially liked the fried chicken. .

Our guide is very pleasant and knowledgeable. This tour is well worth the time and money, especially the selected foods are delicious and new to us even we have Indian food in the US quite often. The Tuk-tuk ride would be fun for all ages.
