This was an incredible day, which mixed great shopping with an unforgettable experience in the streets and lanes of Old Delhi. Our driver, Bablu, got us perfectly everywhere, in a very comfortable and clean car. Our guide, Gaurav, was possibly the best walking guide we've ever had. He gave us constant information and analysis, everything from culture to religion to cuisine. He took us walking through the amazing chaos of Delhi, and we also had a wonderful rickshaw ride. We recommend this tour with our highest accolades.

I had a fantastic day touring with Gyendra! He took me to several great markets for shopping and made the entire experience fun, smooth, and stress-free. His knowledge of the area was impressive, and he helped me negotiate a few items so I got great deals I wouldn’t have landed on my own. It was our last afternoon in India. Mohit met us at our hotel and effortlessly started a good rappor with our family. He took us to Chandra chowk and helped us with food options. He then took us to Japaner market which was an excellent market and I did lots of shopping 🤣 Mohit also took us to visit the Mosque in old Delhi which was excellent . He gave us lots of information about Delhi. My only regret is that I didn’t book Mohit for a whole day. I would totally recommend him for not only a shopping day but also a guiding day.

Very well organized, since the night before our tour we received the information of the driver and the shop consultant. The shop consultant Dharmendra Rajak was very attentive and took us places to buy what we were looking for and also took us to a restaurant for lunch where the food was delicious. The driver Bablu was excellent, and he always made sure we got out of the car safely. I will definitely recommend them both.

Our experience was really great on this tour. We spent a long time in New Delhi shopping in a big store with rugs, art, jewellery, pashminas and traditional Indian clothing. The staff were all very good taking the time to explain each item its significance and how each item is supporting small craftsmen. We then went onto Old Delhi where Gautam explained the history and the reasons behind old and New Delhi. We went on a rickshaw and explored the walking markets seeing traditional wedding wear, jewellery and spices. It was very chaotic with lots of people but Gautam made us feel safe and well looked after sharing information for us. Our driver was Gulbir who looked after us well also explaining about the traffic and driving and the areas we were driving through. I highly recommend this tour for anyone looking to experience shopping in Delhi! It would not have been the same without Gautam and Uncle G

It was very helpful to have a local with us to navigate the shops and help us haggle! He was very knowledgeable of India’s history, and share this with us during the drives in between shops. The spice market was very busy but again the guide helped us navigate through the people so we could see what we wanted to buy. If you’re not used to crowds, I would highly suggest this experience to help make it all seem a lot less overwhelming.

A whirlwind day! My first time travelling to India and I was solo. As a woman it was important for me to feel safe and with someone I trust. GG and BABLU took great care to provide me with a wonderful tour of the Red Fort and various markets. GG has so much fascinating history to share. He was knowledgeable, kinda, and made me feel at home in India. I highly recommend this service. The car was clean and cool in the heat and BABLU was a very safe driver Amongst all the chaos of typical Delhi traffic. It was truly an experience I will treasure. .

Excellent tour with Vikram as our guide. He had lots of great shopping suggestions in old and New Delhi and was very flexible with the itinerary. He also helped us get the best prices. Very good safe driving by Kartar, in a nice air conditioned car. A great way to end our trip to India

The shopping tour was great, Vikram took us to multiple shops that we wouldn’t have found by ourselves. We were asked what specifics we were shopping for and catered around this. We also had the opportunity to see sites on the rickshaw ride. Kartar was an excellent driver, and made us feel very safe on the roads. We would 100% recommend this tour!

I'm not much of a shopper, but my wife and I enjoy going to markets and looking. And our guide Gaurav Soni provided us ample opportunity to do that. A rickshaw ride to and through old Dehli was amazing and chaotic. The spice market, carpet emporium, and buying a handmade suit were also highlights. Gaurav was thoroughly knowledgeable and very friendly. We had a great tour.

You will be brought to high pressure sales tourist traps. Look up "Art India" reviews on TripAdvisor for an idea of what to expect. The whole point of hiring a guide is to not be subject to tourist traps such as these. Additionally, the guide will pressure you for a 5 star review prior to bringing you back to your pickup point. So that you're aware, you're able to post, then immediately delete the review. Did give 2 stars because the tour guide was informative as we drove past different landmarks in Delhi and the driver was kind.

Our guide vikram was super impressive and knowledgeable about where to go to get the best service and quality products. He was so friendly and we felt safe trusting the places he took us to visit and purchase from. Mr. Carter and Mr. GG were great to work with. They showed us several markets and shopping areas, making sure we were able to find the items we were looking for. Mr. GG even helped us negotiate with the merchants. They were very flexible and friendly. We would highly recommend them.

Had a nice shopping experience with Gautum. We started the day with a small list of items we were looking for and he made sure we found all of those items. The day included seeing some cottage industry shops, some modern stores, and a large portion of the markets and bazaars in Old Delhi. Our driver, Gulbir, was wonderful, getting us around town safely.

Our trip started right on time with a clean car driven by Gulbir Singh, and we were also greeted at our hotel by guide Gautam Grover. Our guide asked about the few things we were looking for. He started by taking us to a government crafts shop to see handmade rugs and other textiles (not on the list), but then we spent the rest of the time at local shops getting just what we needed. We were even able to schedule our tour to take us to the train station at the end which was a big help. My only negative comment was that Gautam may have walked a bit fast and it was hard to take in the sights in Old Delhi, but he slowed down whenever we needed.

The guide was very knowledgeable and attentive and he customized the tour to suit me. He also translated and helped me negotiate good prices for everything I bought. It was a fantastic outing and I am so glad I chose to book a guide rather than do it on my own. Totally patient and didn't mind me taking forever to decide. The driver was also so patient and kind.

Amazing experience. I went by myself as a solo female traveller and I felt so safe. I was very open about my budget as a backpacker and after taking me to a few shops out of my budget my guide (Rajveer) took me to a market which was incredible. The driver Kartar was so nice and kept the car nice and cold which was necessary in summer! Thank you both so much for making this the perfect end to my trip.

Gautam was a great guide! Not pushy and careful when store owners did get too pushy. When we tired of shopping instead of calling it quits Gautam improvised and took us on a food/walking tour of Old Delhi where we tried delicious samosas and got a chance to shop for spices to bring back home. What a wonderful day I spent with I sep t with my guide, Jaiswan, and my driver, Gulbii. They were both super pleasant and informative. Gave me the tour and took me to some wonderful shops. I would definitely recommend!

We started the tour with a shopping list and our guide GG made it happen. He brought us to India Loom where there are several local merchants selling pashminas, fabrics, ready made clothing, jewelry and handicrafts. Don’t feel pressured to buy anything! Bring your walking shoes & some money for the rickshaw ride when you go to Chandani Chawk!

A comprehensive experience of both the new and old Delhi shopping. From tourist oriented shops to teaming streets by pedal cab experiencing where and how the locals shop, Jyotsna and driver Suresh took us where we wanted to go and we purchased many items at great prices. Thanks for a great time!

I had a very great experience with this tour. I am in India for a wedding and had to buy some clothes for the wedding as well as souvenirs. Our tour guide, Gaurav, was very friendly and helpful. He provided great recommendations for the weddings clothes. He was also very patient with my friend and me (we shopped a lot!) Our driver, Suresh, was also hospitable. He picked us up from our homestay, opened our doors, and ensured that our purchases were secured. Thank you Gaurav and Suresh for providing a wonderful experience!

First off Gaurav was AWESOME. He was super patient with us and I enjoyed eating biscuits and chai while shopping with him. He was very considerate a out our well being and taking us to eat when we were hungry. Went above and beyond and I was able to cross off most of my gift buying in this tour. Also Suresh has got to have the best smelling car in Dehli. Great driver and very respectful. I will definitely tour with these two anytime I am in Dehli.
