What a fantastic experience. We only had a short time in India, however Jitendra organized our brief stay brilliantly to cram in as much as possible. All the local guides were very knowledgeable and couldn't do enough for us. We were so lucky to have Giri our driver for the duration of our stay. Driving in India is only for the brave hearted, Giri comes from a warrior caste and conquered every challenge. The hotels booked for us were all excellent, especially the Grand Mercure in Agra Why would you try and organize this trip yourself when Jitendra does it so perfectly. Highly recommended.

Jitendra was at the end of the phone throughout our trip. He checked in with us regularly, gave us very useful tips, and we could tell he genuinely wanted us to enjoy India. The organisation from Jitendra in advance was excellent and he adjusted the agenda to suit our plans. From the start, the driver and guide were on time, friendly and reliable, and this was consistent throughout the whole tour. There was plenty of time for adjustments to the agenda, stops along the way, recommendations for food etc which was really helpful. All of the guides were super knowledgeable and friendly, taking photos for us etc, and always looked after us ensuring safety. I would highly recommend Maharaja Trails to anyone planning a Golden Triangle trip.

Our trip to India was simply wonderful! The travel agency was extremely attentive from start to finish, always keeping in touch and making sure we had the best possible experience. The driver who accompanied us throughout the journey was excellent — very polite, helpful, and drove safely the entire time, which made a huge difference. The local guides were also fantastic, showing deep knowledge about the history and culture of each place we visited. Overall a great experience! Most of the tour guides were excellent providing indepth local knowledge. Our driver, Dubey, was always on time and extremely polite and friendly. The tour operator, Jitendra, kept in touch with us throughout the duration of our holiday, checking in regularly. We would definitely use Maharaja Trails again if travelling to that region of India again.

This is my 2nd trip doing the Golden Triangle Tour with Maharaja Trails, this time with friends. It was such a great time, the tour guides in each location was very accommodating. I was even able to meet up with the same driver Raj from 4 years ago. It was great to have Raj with us throughout the trip. Each hotel was beautiful and the breakfast was great. The hotel in Jaipur was especially beautiful as it was away from the main city of Jaipur and a Haveli type hotel. Beautiful architecture!

I was referred to Maharaja Trails by a friend who previously went on a tour organized by them. Since it was our first time in India, we had no idea what to expect, and I knew I would need some help planning our trip. From the beginning, Jitendra was extremely organized, communicative, and easy to work with. When we arrived in India, our driver Ram was at the airport waiting for us and spent the next few days driving us around the Golden Triangle. Jitendra at Maharaja Trails was incredible to work with! We requested a week long trip of the golden triangle for a family of three and he was with us every step of the way. He was very receptive to all of our requests from hotels to the sites we wanted to see. Jitendra and his team were also flexible and quick to respond even at difficult times when our flights to India were delayed. He adapted our trip so that we could make the most of our time in Delhi! Jitendra planned a wonderful trip at every location and checked in daily. We had friendly drivers and tour guides for every city who added greatly to the experience. In particular our driver Rajendra was a thoughtful companion who kept our long drives through Rajasthan an enjoyable experience. And our tour guide in Udaipur Shurveer was a standout! As an NRI family we have been to India many times but Maharaja Trails made our first visit to North India an absolute breeze! Could not ask for a better experience and highly recommend to anyone looking for some help with planning their Golden Triangle trip especially for those from the States! Worth every penny!

My partner and I had a truly wonderful experience with Maharaja Trails. Our 3-day tour featured many of the sites on our bucket list for Jaipur, Agra, and Delhi including Hawa Mahal, Jantar Mantar, the Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, India Gate, and Chandni Chowk, plus several other sites and stops personalized to our interests. Throughout our tour, we had the same driver, Ram Kumar, who I can not recommend enough. Ram was professional, punctual, and kind, frequently going out of his way to make us feel comfortable. Our local tour guides were also extremely knowledgeable and friendly and took very good care of us. A very big shout-out goes to Jitendra for organizing the whole experience and making us feel extra special by meeting us over a few drinks at the beginning of our tour. Overall, impeccable service and a truly memorable experience from Maharaja Trails.

He even went out of his way to host us for a happy hour drink at the end of our first day to make us feel welcome and respond to our requests. We already miss his wisdom and humor; Ram really took care of us in our few days together. Last but not least, the city guides were experienced, personable, and knowledgeable. They not only walked us through historical aspects of the places we visited, but also provided social, religious, and political context that enhanced our experience. Our group of five did a 10 day tour organised by Jitendra. It was great VALUE and a great EXPERIENCE with outstanding SERVICE. Could not ask for more. We requested an extra itinerary (The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel) and this was orgaised in a few hours. Difficult to access/find but was one of many highlights. Great tour guides and a seamless trip even with all the crowds and noise that make India, INDIA. Highly recommended.

We used Maharaja Trails 5 years ago and again just recently. The owner of Maharaja Trails Jitendra goes above and beyond for giving superb customer service. I contacted Jitendra at 9pm one evening in Udaipur and said I understood the hotel where Best Exotic Marigold Hotel was filmed was an hour out of Udaipur. 1 hour later he had organised for the following day pick up to take us there and lunch with the owner of the hotel. Our guides in each location were 5*, we have even been invited to the wedding of one of our guides. Maharaja Trails are a small boutique tour company, less expensive than the big tour companies but great value for money and with Jitendra's attention to detail your tour will run like clockwork.

We recently went on a 5 day tour with Maharaja trails and we had a pleasant experience. We had an amazing driver Suresh, who became like a family by the end of the tour. We had a great tour guide in Agra, who gave a great understanding of the architecture and details of Taj Mahal. The owner, Jitendar Ji is simply superb and so understanding and tried his best to satisfy our needs and requirements. We were a group of 8 with senior citizens and everyone enjoyed every bit of the tour. Overall we had a memorable and great tour experience with Maharaja trails and I would highly recommend.

Jitendra of Maharaja Trails did an incredible job to organize our 14-day trip to India in December 2021 and January 2022. He arranged transportation and tour guides for each city we visited, including Delhi, Hyderabad, Agra, Jaipur, and Udaipur. He was very kind and always available to answer any questions we had, both before and during the trip. We even met him during our stay in Jaipur and had chai with him. The tour was 5/5 from start to finish.I could not fault anything.Prior to leaving the UAE Jitendra was always available to answer questions.The food transport accommodation were of a very high standard.Anything my party of 12 requested was seen to efficiently without fuss! We were most fortunate that we chose Maharaja Trails to organise our private Delhi-Agra-Jaipur tour. As it was our first visit to india, we were rather apprehensive about the execution of the trip but Mr. Jitendra laid all these fears to rest as he was most helpful and prompt in replying to our concerns and queries; making the organising of this trip rather effortless and stress free. We visited the Delhi-Agra (Taj Mahal)-Jaipur over 8 days with a private driver and private tours with guide in each city. Mr. Ashok, our driver was always punctual, patient, polite and most importantly a safe driver who expertly traversed the often chaotic Indian traffic. We are keen photography hobbyist and we were pleased that our guides were aware of this and made the additional effort of bringing us to vantage points and to the less tourist orientated sites. It was an amazing tour; a cultural journey and a delightful visual experience. We will certainly return for another visit to India and with Mr. Jitendra’s assistance, I am certain it will be amazing again.

Excellent experience with Maharaja Trails from start to end. Jitendra was upfront and honest with his travel advice, including which hotels to go for and what type of room to book. The trip itinerary was just right and well executed with good coordination between the Driver and tour guides. We thoroughly enjoyed the trip, especially the ranthambhore safari where we got to see a tiger. Jitendra constantly checked on us to make sure everything was smooth. We were dropped off at the airport safely and securely.
