We have spent 9 days with Pawan traveling all around Delhi, Jaipur, and Agra. Pawan has been the most excellent driver and guide. He is prompt, knowledgeable, and most of all, kind. In every aspect, Pawan has ensured we are completely taken care of — whether it’s snacks and beer and soda in the car or setting up a guide for us at the Taj Mahal. We spent 6 days touring the golden triangle with Dinesh, and he truly made the experience for us. Throughout our trip he was attentive and thoughtful, he consistently knew all the best places to go, and was willing to politely tell us when our ideas wouldn’t work out! This is on top of all the usual things you’d expect from a private driver tour, like punctuality, cleanliness and a great range of snacks. We’d wholeheartedly recommend Namaste and Dinesh to anyone looking for a driver in North India.

Online reviews matter everywhere, but I felt like it’s on a whole different level in India. They explicitly ask for them, and anything less than a perfect five stars is seen as a total disaster - four or four-and-a-half stars just won't do! That implies perfection, which doesn't exist, or it means you have to be the absolute best in class, but how can you even compare? What's wrong with a solid four or four-and-a-half stars anyway? But alright, what I can say is that out of all the taxi companies I reached out to while planning our trip, nobody was faster or clearer in their communication than Vinesh. We made a crystal-clear, straightforward agreement. Our driver, Lalit, did an excellent job. We didn't feel unsafe for even a second in that crazy traffic, the car was spotless every single day, and he kept us stocked with snacks and water. On top of that, he had great recommendations for restaurants, sights, and activities (the monkey temple! the elephants!). Bottom line: you absolutely cannot go wrong with Namaste Private Driver India. Just go for it!

We booked a 4-day golden triangle tour with Namaste Private Driver India and had the best time! We visited Agra, Jaipur and Delhi. We could completely customise our route, each day was up for us to decide what and when we want to do things (visit monuments, food, rest, shopping,…). Vinesh, our driver, was always super friendly, thoughtful and gave interesting facts about the culture and history along the way. He gave us various options what we could do on top of the suggested monuments as well as organised them for us. All tour guides (Zaiby, Irfan and Sachin) we chose to add along the way were professional, had an extensive expertise in their town and were friendly. We had a fantastic 4 days exploring Delhi, Agra and Jaipur with Namaste Private Driver India. Vinesh was an excellent driver. Always punctual, friendly and happy to help with anything we needed. Sundeep was an excellent driver throughout my 2 weeks in India, would highly recommend him! He speaks English and communication was easy and very fun. The car was cozy, comfortable and always stocked with water. We could also liaise with the company anytime and replies were always prompt. Very reliable company - our group felt safe throughout and some even are planning a trip back! Vinesh + Pawan makes for a winning combination! We had a fabulous experience touring with Pawan, he was always kind, courteous and respectful. He always kept the cooler filled with water, sodas, and beer 😉 and yummy snacks 😊 Selecting a great driver can be the difference between a fabulous holiday or okay experience. Our group of 4 friends in our mid 60s has just had the most amazing trip exploring the highlights of The Golden Triangle. We were able to enjoy the beauty and history of this part of India thanks to our wonderful driver Pawan. Pawan is warm and generous and patient. He thought of everything to make our trip enjoyable including details like advice on tipping and tickets, comfort stops and an esky of bottled water and soft drinks. Pawan is a safe and confident driver with an air conditioned and roomy car. I was a little nervous that I would be overwhelmed by India but thanks to Pawan it has been the trip of a lifetime!

This is our first time in India and we have had an amazing trip thanks to our incredible driver Pawan. We only had 7 days but with Pawan’s help have made the absolute most of our trip. He paced our trip very well, made great recommendations for sightseeing, activities and restaurants, organised excellent guides on our request and most importantly got us to wherever we were going safely and in comfort. I have been back at work for three days and I still wish I was back in India being driven through Rajasthan admiring all the beautiful colors! I was steered towards Namaste through Chat GPT, with the prompt of private driver recommendations , and I have to say, it was the best advice I have been given. I did my due diligence and compared Namaste with a couple of other options I found online and through a rec through a coworker and even though Namaste was priced in the middle it was worth every penny. From the first message via What's App, Namaste was responsive and informative and took my requirements and wants into consideration with no pushback or upselling. They connected me with our driver RAJESH about two days before who confirmed our itinerary and address. We wanted to be sure to see the Taj Mahal at sunrise so the day before I messaged RAJESH to ask about leaving 30 min earlier around 2:00am just to be safe. His response: "Okay sir, I will be there at 2:00am! This turned out to be his demeanor and attitude the entire trip: accommodating, hospitable, friendly, knowledgeable and reliable. Our Airbnb had a tricky address (multiple locations using the same address) but because he was early, we were able to realize our mistake, correct course and still leave on time. (Yes, we made sunrise at the Taj with time to spare. No rushing at all : )) The van was immaculate and the ice-cold water on hand made the trip comfortable and seamless. We hired RAJESH to go from New Delhi to Agra (sunrise), wait a couple of hours, then drive to Jaipur, the next full day of sightseeing in Jaipur, then leave the next day to go back to New Delhi. All three days were seamless. RAJESH seemed to immediately understand our "vibe" and make appropriate suggestions when it came to things we should see and pertinent info we should know. He somehow even knew the perfect times for pitstop, right when we needed them before we even asked LOL. Talk about exploring made easy, whenever we were ready to depart, he was only a short text away, ready to take us to our next adventure. Highly recommend Namaste but even more, highly recommend RAJESH! Best way to get around, see the sights without worry, so you can focus on memories that last a lifetime!

We had a wonderful 10 day tour, encompassing Delhi, Agra, Ranthanbore and Jaipur. Our driver, Pawan, was excellent throughout. He drove safely on the chaotic roads and seemed to have encyclopaedic knowledge of the back roads of every city to avoid the ever-present traffic. We were travelling with our two young kids and Pawan was excellent at keeping them entertained and earned him the title ‘best driver in India’ in their eyes. We had guides organised by Pawan in Agra and Jaipur, both of whom were excellent too. As well as their knowledge of the cities, they saved significant time with jumping queues - a must with young kids in 30+ degree heat. Pawan was always on time and respected when we just needed a day or afternoon at the pool to relax. He taught us numerous Hindi words and sayings and was an excellent guide himself when it came to temples and historic sights. Vinesh made booking very easy and was transparent throughout when it came to costs and helped with our itinerary. We would highly recommend Namaste and if you can, ask for the best driver in India, Pawan.

Wow what a trip! A delight to the cultural senses. We did a trip from Delhi to Agra to Delhi down to Punjab for a wedding with our INCREDIBLE driver Pawan. He is so accomodating, always accommodated our needs, showed us the best places to go and had the car sparkling clean every morning. He also used to be a tour guide so knows a lot about every region in India. Most importantly Pawan appreciated my music choices on the AUX. if you want to travel India, I HIGHLY recommend calling Pawan. Speaks perfect English if your Hindi/Punjabi is a bit rusty! Also took us the have chai multiple times a day so can’t ask for much more. Thanks Pawan!!

We did a 10 Day Trip with Jile starting in New Delhi then travelling through Agra, Jaipur, Udaipur, Ahmedabad and Vadodara. Jile was extremely knowledgeable and very welcoming from the beginning, making us laugh and smile especially throughout long journeys. He communicated plans well with us so that we could maximise tourism and rest at the right points. The best part about Jile, was that he got us to all of the sites on the tour early, before the big tour buses and locals arrived. This helped us to take our time. Jile also recommended places to eat which we hygienic and tasty. If you go to Agra, ask Jile to take you to his favourite Chai place. We liked it as much as he does. It’s these personal touches that made us feel as though we are in safe hands. The car was always clean, stocked with water and there was plenty of space for us. I've never seen anyone so calm, and such a gentle attitude about the chaos. Myself and two adult children have travelled for the past 12 days with Parwan from Namaste Private Driver. Starting with three days in Delhi, Varanasi then picking us up in Gujarat and traveling to Udaipur, Jodphur, Jaipur, Agra and back to Delhi. I can’t speak highly enough of the service we have received from Parwan over this time. First and foremost Parwan looked after us exceptionally, I and my children felt completely safe like our wellbeing was at the forefront of his mind while we were traveling with him. He also ensured at each location, we saw all the sights on offer and had plenty of snacks and drinks in the vehicle in case we needed it. Just finished an amazing tour of Delhi, Agra and Jaipur with Azad and I cannot recommend him enough.If you’re in need of a driver definitely request Azad. He has so much knowledge of India and an incredible skill to navigate these busy roads. He picked us up every day from our hotel on time and brought us on all of our adventures. Jile was an exceptional guide and driver.
