TajMahal- Described as the most extravagant monument ever built for love, it was constructed by Mughal emperor Shah Jahan as a memorial to his queen MumtazMahal, made out of white marble took 22 years to complete (1630-1652 AD). UstadAhamadLahori, a Persian Architect, is said to be the main designer and planner for this magnificent memorial. On full moon nights, the glory of the Taj is at its best. Over the centuries, the Taj has attracted more visitors than perhaps any other Monuments in the country, and it is all too easy resort to conventional superlatives when describing it. What makes the Taj Unique is its perfect proportions, distinct femininity, medium of construction and ornamentation. Its marble exterior reflects rose and golden tints at sunrise and sunset, while it is dazzling white during the day and glowes pearl-like in the moonlight and during the monsoon.
Agra Fort- Construction of the massive red sandstone Agra Fort on the bank of the Yamuna River was begun by Emperor Akbar in 1565, though additions were made up until the rule of his grandson, Shah Jahan. In Akbar's time the fort was principally a military structure, but during Shah Jaharegin it had partially become Palace. It is an imposing strcture with walls of red sandstone almost three kilometers long. Entered through the Amar Singh Gate, the eastern part of the fort contain palace, audience hall and mosques built by three emperors. The fort presents a good sampling of their favored architectural styles.

My group of 10 had the best time! Our guide was kind and very knowledgeable. He took many photos for us while also giving us time to learn about the histories of the fort and taj. Also he switched speaking english then to french so fast. It was amazing to learn from him

It was an interesting and fun experience prepared by Ghum India Ghum. Despite being behind schedule, we were toured by Joshi, our tour guide, in Agra fort to explore and explain the history behind the building. The next day we went at Taj Mahal and my friends and i had fun! We took many pictures for memories!

I went with a close group of colleagues for this sightseeing and Joshi was our tour guide from GhumIndiaGhum. He was very knowledgeable about the Agra Fort history, Mogul history and the Taj Mahal history! He was very understanding and accommodating to our wishes every step of the way. He was a very friendly guide and kept the liveliness of the group. He also always offered to take a lot of nice pictures for us on our phones. I had taken the Agra day trip on Dec 6 wit the tour guide Tarun Joshi . It was and awesome trip as this was our 1st visit to Taj Mahal.had a fabulous experience at the Taj and we enjoyed a lot .Thanks Tarun for the wonderful knowledge and guiding us through the Taj and taking us through some valuable shopping experiences for sweets and Leather items . I would recommend Tarun for all the Agra related activities and this company for the same.

First of all thank you very much to #ghoomindiaghoom. We travelled to Simla manali and Agra and we got lovely accomodation and service from hotels and driver of our car. Deepak Singh was our driver and he drives just awesome and safe. Last but not the least of the tour it is Tarun Joshi who is really fun to be around with and an excellent guide to have with immense knowledge on the history and explains until we understand. This was my 3rd time visit but due to Tarun understood what is what. Thank you again for the plan given by ghoom india ghoom and your people.

Ghum India ghum is a great travel agency, they charge you nominal amount and have a good travel facility, so it’s highly recommended to everyone. Also Shri Tarun Joshi a native from agra is a good young and dynamic person and a very helpful and cheerful guide , he also have a experience of guiding lots of foreign tourists @ the young age. Spent two days in Agra seeing the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort along with Baby Taj and Taj Garden. Our guide, Joshi, was fantastic. He was full of enthusiasm, information, and a great picture taker! Loved seeing the Baby Taj the first day and getting a beautiful view of the Taj across the river from the Taj Garden. Made it to the Taj before sunrise on the second day. Fog and pollution cut down on the impact but the Taj is indescribably beautiful and Joshi was the perfect companion to bring it to life. We had a wonderful visit!

We were picked up early in the morning at the hotel and as we walked to the entrance, he was telling us what it was going to be like to enter (while we were queuing he took care of buying the entrance) thanks to this we lost less time (he knew where everything was). Then inside we were stopping to give us some information about the temple, not much more detailed but clear and concise information (very interesting... ). We were guided by the place, also to the most photographed places. We were very comfortable and happy with the guide. The company had a very nice detail at the end that we did not expect! I recommend it 100%!
