Today is my birthday, and on the way to the restaurant, our guide told me that they had prepared a surprise for me. When I arrived at the restaurant, they suddenly brought out a birthday cake. I was genuinely surprised and really touched by how thoughtful and caring they were! From the moment I left New Delhi, everything was arranged so well. Even before I got off the train, someone was already waiting for me at the station. When I boarded the train, someone was there to guide me to my seat. We had a wonderful day trip from Delhi to Agra. Everything was very well organized from start to finish. Our driver picked us up on time and the car was clean and comfortable. Visiting the Taj Mahal was an unforgettable experience. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained the history in an interesting way. He also helped us find the best spots for photos and made sure we had enough time to enjoy the monument without feeling rushed. We also visited Agra Fort, which was equally impressive. The driver arrived before time to pickup us from hotel in New Delhi, stopped on the way in Shiva Dhaba (large , spacious, fresh & tasty food) for breakfast & during return as well, the tour guide was also waiting for us in Agra. The tour guide, Mr Sashank explained before & during the visit in Taj Mahal nicely.

The driver picked us up early at our hotel in Delhi and we had a smooth drive to Taj Mahal. We met our guide Farhan who was absolut brilliant. He was very friendly and explained everything in details and gave us also an inside into Indian culture. A really good experience from start to finish!

Great package overall. The driver Mr. Vimal Ji in particular provided exceptional service with extra save driving even in foggy conditions. Our tour guide Farhan was great as well, only reason not for 5 stars is that he took us to some pricey shops to try and upsell us on expensive touristy goods afterwards (we weren’t interested but maybe other tourists usually are?). Still would recommend this package to other travellers, it was definitely worth it!

Arush tours organized a fantastic trip on the same day we called them. Leaving at 8.15am from NCR region in Delhi, we did a 12 hour round trip to Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. It was 9000 rupees for two people + entry fees. Gopal the driver had a clean, air conditoned car and supplied us with fresh water bottles at regular intervals. He was really friendly and safe driver. He did a door to door service including shuttling us from Taj Mahal to Agra Fort.... those 10 mins of air conditioned journey were a life saver and allowed us to 'dry out' again after spending a few hours in the heat. We met Farhan the guide in Agra, who spoke very good English. He is very knowledgeable about the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort having grown up in the area. He is also a good photographer and will happily use your phone to take pictures for you. Having a guide definitely brings the experience to life....it makes you appreciate all the details that the 20,000 workers achieved. Having a guide made the experience run smoothly and avoided any awkward approaches from people wanting photos or other hassle. But Taj Mahal was quieter than I expected which was refreshing. Maybe because we went on a weekday and India were playing in the cricket world cup that day! Agra Fort was also really spectacular, and in my opinion better than Red Fort in Delhi. The views of the Taj Mahal from Agra Fort are also great. I would recommend you are more organized than we were and book in advance so you get leave earlier (at 5 or 6am from Delhi) and miss the Delhi morning traffic. Thanks again to the team at Arush tours. Top tips: bring sunglasses so that after you go inside Taj Mahal and return outdoors, your eyes are protected and you can enjoy the views out over the river without squinting. And bring toilet roll for the toilets (but they are very nice toilets) Cost of entrance tickets: Taj Mahal is 1300 rupees pp, Agra fort is 600 rupees pp, plus 100 rupees for tut tuts. Plus a tip of your choice for the team if you wish. Would recommend this trip to anyone who wants to visit Taj Mahal and Agra Fort.

Farhan showed us Taj Mahal and share its story well. After Taj Mahal, we went to local marble factory and art gallery. He has been very mindful of the means to easen our ways getting in. The lunch was also great. Maybe he could take more time waiting for the tourists to do enough pictures, or find the best site for photos. Also, he can also discuss first the plan for the day so the tourist could share if they want to pursue or not a certain site, especially he could share if there will be stops that shops will really make you buy. Sort of an advance notice or precaution.

It was nice trip with arush tours. Driver pick me up from my hotel in Delhi and it was a decent 3:30 hrs drive to reach Taj Mahal. Then we met our guide farhan who is a charming personality and very knowledgeable about Taj Mahal. He explained us each and everything about Taj Mahal and after that he take us to a nice restaurant for the lunch. Then driver drop us at our hotel in Delhi.

We did several tours, including: from Delhi to Agra to see the Taj Mahal; from Agra to Jaipur to see the most important points; from Jaipur back to Delhi, where we saw the capital during the day. We had several guides, all good, especially those who spoke Spanish very well, with a willingness to answer all our questions. The highlight was our driver, Mr. Yasheen Khan, who was very kind to us, responsible and punctual, as well as traveling in a well maintained car and in very good condition, safe and comfortable, totally recommended!
