Farid Big was a great. It was a wonderful experience and also educational.

I’ve used this tour company before and have had good experience each time. We were well taken care of and our group was driven in a very comfortable van. The AC started to malfunction towards the end of our journey to Agra, but they handled it really well. They made immediate adjustments and ensured we had comfortable transportation and got the big comfy van fixed before our Taj portion of the trip was finished. The tour guide Farid Baig was very knowledgeable, engaging, friendly, and the whole team took wonderful care of us. We had cold water constantly supplied, a delicious local lunch, and adjusted for our groups energy levels and wishes.

The Taj Mahal, Agra tour was amazing and everything you can imagine , truly breathe taking and my tour guide ( ( Ali ) is a must if you visit as his knowledge was incredible and he toured at my pace answering every question. Agra is a great visit and this tour won’t disappoint.

What a fantastic day we had in Agra. Was so seamless and stress free. The car was clean and had hand sanitiser and water available. The driver was so kind and courteous. Imran our guide was excellent, so knowledgeable and an expert photographer. The lunch was amazing. Nothing was rushed. Couldn’t recommend it more.

The guide assigned to us was awesome, Mak – passionate, super knowledgeable, a local, engaging, entertaining plus he was flexible on time as we faced heavy rains for the sunrise he managed to take us when the grey skies were put. He arrived in a TukTuk decorated with balloons. Showed and explained to us all the sights, plus helped us took many beautiful images (I think he can be a photographer). Mak got us through the long lines really quick. The trip ended with a trip to an art store. Great bang for the bucks. Overall, it was all what one could hope for in seeing one of the wonders of the world Taj Mahal as well as the opulent Agra Fort.

We traveled with Saniya Tour and Travels this last weekend. I've taken several friends on this tour with them and they have never let us down. Our guide Farid was incredible, so friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The car was very nice with everything a traveler might need, there in the back. Wifi in the car, drinks and snacks among other things.

Mr.Mak recived from Hotel and take our family to Tajmahal and explained all about Tajmahal and he is very polite behaviour and we enjoy the visit.....

This was my second sunrise tour of the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort with Farid, this time bringing my family along and it was just as wonderful as the first! Farid paid equal attention to everyone in our group, while pointing out key features and sharing lots of information about the Taj. Farid took so many great family photos, we joked he’d be the silent member of our family holiday card. Would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone looking to experience the Taj Mahal.

I went with this tour with Malik who is a excellent guide. He knew all the best photo spots for the Taj Mahal as well as made getting around it a breeze. He also saved me money when I was buying a scarf by bartering with locals. A truly exceptional guide.

Such a great experience! I had originally planned to tour the Taj Mahal on our own, but my friend insisted that we get a tour guide and I am forever grateful. Farid was such a great guide! He was incredibly knowledgeable and made our experience much more meaningful. He helped us navigate unexpected things like the photographer, and we toured other important parts of Agra. Having a guide explain all of the details and history really makes the experience so much more enjoyable. And Farid was also incredibly personable and kind. He even tried relentlessly to help us find a Gatorade for my daughter who was feeling a bit under the weather. If you want to truly appreciate the grandness of the Taj Maha and the history of Agra/India, I absolutely recommend this service, and specifically Farid!

We had a brilliant day with Asif. He was incredibly knowledgeable and taught us a lot, he was also very friendly and we really appreciated the cold drinks! Asif also took lots of great pictures of us at the Taj Mahal and outside ‘Baby Taj’. The whole day ran very smoothly with easy pickups and transfers the whole way. Thank you very much!

We had an amazing day with Sunny our tour guide and Gopal our driver. Sunny knew all the right locations to take the best photos and was able to give us an in-depth history lesson on Agra and the Taj Mahal. We even got to see the baby Taj ( Etamadaula). We felt safe the whole time and well informed of the next stops. I would recommend this tour. FYI you get to Agra from New Delhi via a train which was a little scary at first but once on board you were well taken care of and your tour guide is there promptly to meet you.

I had the most remarkable experience with Saniya Tours, since they picked me up from the Hotel in New Delhi and left me sitting on the train, same way on my back from Agra to New Delhi.They truly cared about me. My tour guide Farid in Agra was wonderfully knowledgeable. Also he took a nice pictures of me like a professional photographer. Lunch was included and we went to a nice restaurant buffet style, food was delicious.I’m very happy to recommend them.

Yesterday my mother and I went to Agra to visit Taj Mahal . Gopal was our driver he was very careful, felt safe and comfortable the whole time. When reached Agra we meet with Sunny who was our guide for the day, we had a fantastic time,excellent experience he was very knowledgeable, kind,funny and very charismatic .I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone.

We did a 1 day private tour with our 2 young kids and had a great time. The visit to the Taj was awesome and seamless and the lunch was divine. No hotel buffet here, it was a gourmet meal. The guide was flexible to allow our kids to nap before continuing the tour. Thank you! Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this team! Mr. Naushad, my driver, was right on time in a comfortable and very clean Toyota. Drove me safely to Agra with a pit stop mud way. In Agra we picked up Mr. Farid who was my guide. It was my honor to get such a knowledgeable and conscientious guide! So much information about the Taj Majal and The Fort. I saw other tourists who weren’t very engaged with their guide... Mr. Farid was very charismatic and interesting. He also took me to some local shopping and a marble inlay co-op. Wonderful day for a solo traveler to feel safe and taken care of.

I had a tour 14 Sep.19 from Delhi to Agra, beautifull day, in terms of the organization everything was perfect, even i booked 13 Sep. in the evening. Driver was on time, drives in a safe maner. All the desctipet items in the tojr were fulkfilled and even more. on the road driving back to Delhi, i was asking Mr. Salamat the organizator of the travel agency if they can provide a tour 15 Sep. for New Delhi from Hotel pick up, and back to airport, no problem at all, ge designed a bery nice trip! and did not ask for the money directly in the beginning of the trip, just at the emd to give the guid. I hab very nice and professional experiance. I highly recommad ghis agency! Keep going! And maintain this very high level of expertise. the price was very fair by the way.

We took the tour as a group of 18 on Thursday the 25th of October. One thing that stood out about our guide (Farid), was how knowledgeable and passionate he was of both the Taj and the Fort. He also challenged some of the stated facts in the sites and gave his well thought out reasons for why he was doing so. The story of the Taj was so well told that it got me thinking what I will do for my partner, so the pressure is on.

What an amazing trip with the best guide ever. This is the second time visiting the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort, but with Farid as our guide I learned a whole tot more and even got to see the things like it was the first time experiencing this wonder. Hotel pick-up was on time, I was taken directly to the train station and was personally guided to my seat on the train for the 90-minute trip from Delhi to Agra. Breakfast, which was surprisingly pretty good, is served on the train, delivered airline style to your seat. In Agra, I was met by another guide waiting outside my train coach who took me to the a car for the short (~10 minute) drive to meet Farid, my Taj Mahal (and other sites) guide. Farid was knowledgeable and attentive. The Taj, as they say, is often a bucket-list site, and because of this, Farid permitted the time to soak it all in before moving on. This is definitely a picture-taking moment/site and Farid helped take a lot of pictures for and of me. He also took me to a great BBQ restaurant, Bon BBQ, that had a great selection of grilled meats, fish, and shrimp, they deliver to your table, along with a full buffet. After the BBQ'd meats, there was no room for what looked like a great buffet. Go hungry to this place. You pay for any drinks you may order, e.g., wine, beer, soda. The Taj Mahal is certainly a 10-star site but I only gave this tour 4 stars because I felt a little hustled by my guide to buy things; everything from the professional photos at the Taj to a street vendor selling magnets/books, to marble, textile, and embroidery/jewelry shops. I like shopping as much as the next person but I was surprised to find that a good chunk of time on this tour had been allocated to driving me to the aforementioned selected shops. From the tour description, there was to be 30-40 minutes exploring the city of Agra; no mention of going to shops. I'm an experienced traveler so I don't easily succumb in these situations but another may be uncomfortable if feeling pressured. At the same time, you won't find lovelier and more hospitable people than the Indians so it's a mixed bag of feelings when the selling begins. My Indian colleagues believed this was a sales commission arrangement for my guide at these shops. I'd like to add that items shown to me at the marble and tapestry/jewelry shop were thousands of dollars, so not a small purchase consideration. As it was very hot the day I was there, I elected to view Agra Fort from the car as we drove around it. We also went to Baby Taj. That was a short but interesting visit. At the conclusion, I was returned to the train station and to my train, took the 90-minute return trip to Delhi (they served dinner on the train), and returned to my hotel - all on time. Regardless of the shopping aspect of this day, the Taj Mahal is a must-see and this tour delivered on that.

This is more than you can hope for. Have been traveling to India past 17years and finally got to see Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. Found this trip online and all my friends wanted to join so we where a large group. This Company really do put the costumer first. From pickup, to excellent guide in Agra to lunsh buffet to the train back to Delhi. Everything worked as it should. We suffered a slight delay because of power failure on the Train but the travel company is in no way responsable for that, and did go to extra lenghts to make us comfortable while we waited. Will i recomend this trip to others?? Absolutely. One of my greatest experiences in India.

Excellent must see trip - All of the logistics were timely with no concerns. Appreciated the walking to the exact train seat. Our guide was excellent and most enjoyable- balanced facts with ability to understand the history of the magnificent site. Our driver was extremely courteous and safe. Selected restaurant was very enjoyable- especially the grilled pineapple. Highly recommend!
