It was an absolutely incredible experience. The driver, Brajesh, was incredibly professional and kind. He arrived right on time and brought us to Agra and back. Our tour guide, Salman, was super friendly and knowledgeable about both the Taj and Agra fort. He also took great photos of us at both places. The trip was incredibly smooth, fun, and memorable.

We had the best time and I highly recommend this tour! From start to finish, everything was outstanding. Our driver was extremely experienced, and the entire journey felt smooth and comfortable. Our guide was honestly the best we could have asked for, knowledgeable, friendly, and so passionate about the history. He showed us the Taj Mahal, the Fort, and the Mystery of India, where we learned all about their incredible marble artwork. We even chose a beautiful piece to take home as a special memory. The tour ended at the office, where Sagar welcomed us warmly and made sure everything went perfectly. We also purchased some stunning jewellery there, and the price was unbeatable. It was the best experience. The driver was on time to pick us up from the hotel, the tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and really knew what he was talking about, and the breakfast was delicious. At the end on the tour we got to meet the owner. He’s a really nice guy and had a great conversation with him.

So glad we booked Majestic Agra Tours for our short 24hr layover in India. We arrived at 7pm and they had a driver waiting for us at the airport to take us to Agra. We spent the night in Agra minutes away from Taj Mahal and got up at 5am to catch the sunrise there amd not only was the sunrise and lighting at that time amazing, the crowds were amazing in that there wasn't any crowds at that time. Our tour guides name was Nick and the driver's name was Sushil, both of which were amazing doing what they do. Super friendly, knowledgeable and attentive to all our needs. Sugar who owns Majestic Agra Tours was also super friendly and helpful from when we first booked our tour all the way to the end when we visited him at his office in Agra. He was super hospitable and we were able to connect and get to know him at the end of our trip. The highlight of our trip if course was our tour guide NICK since we spent the most time with him. All I can say is if you ever book a tour through Majestic Agra Tours, ask for NICK and you will be glad you did.

Our trip was to Taj Mahal and Agra Fort over two days. We went and viewed Taj Mahal from across the river at sunset time. It was a such a good idea to do so. The next morning we were booked to see Taj Mahal at sunrise. Two advantages in doing so at this time is that it's cool and there are fewer people than later in the day. Agra Fort is a must to see. It's a place full of atmosphere where you get a sense of the opulence, the exquisite craftsmanship and the people who lived privileged lives which could be snatched away from them unceremoniously. This was a fantastic way to see Agra and some of the key sites. I had limited time given my work in Bangalore and Sagar help ensure that my 1 day was full. Pawan my driver was very accommodating and ensured I got to and from the Delhi airport and all around Agra. Khalid was an amazing guide. He provided a wealth of knowledge and was very personable. Sagar ensured that the entire experience was kept to high standards and even checked my flights to make sure that there were no issues for me to get back to Bangalore in the evening. All in all I would highly recommend this tour.

I went with my girlfriend to Agra to visit Taj Mahal and Agra fort and our experience and it was amazing. Our tour guide was very kind and helpful, he explained everything for us and took a lot of pictures for us. The pictures where amazing by the way, just like a pro photographer. Also something very cool about the tour is that you dont have to wait in line to get in the Taj Mahal. After a great day of sightseeing Tey took us to a great place to eat, the food was delicious. Its perfect to try the great indian cuisine. Finally you will get to meet the one, Mr. Sagar, very kind man who will make sure your experience was everything you expected. My visit to the Taj Mahal, the Agra Fort, and several other sites was great! I flew in from Mumbai on a Saturday, was picked up by an excellent driver from the airport and taken to Agra. There I was welcomed by Sagar and checked into a 4 star hotel. Later in the afternoon I met up with the guide who was super knowledgeable about the area and the sites and spoke wonderful English. Sunday was spent touring the Taj Mahal and the fort which are remarkable. The guide made it much easier to focus on the beauty of the site itself instead of having to figure out logistics! The arrangements all worked out great with no issues at all. It was a great way to spend my birthday when I was far from family and friends! Thank you!

I don’t normally write reviews, but the whole experience with The Majestic Agra Tours definitely deserves the time and effort to rate and share my experience. I have been a regular visitor to Dehli for business over the last year. And when I originally learnt how close the Taj Mahal was to Dehli, it was my goal to try and carve out some time to visit on one of my business trips. It has taken far longer than I wanted, but I managed to do it last week, and thanks to The Majestic Agra Tour company and especially Khalid Ali Khan for being my guide. memories were made that I will remember for the rest of my life. As I was a little constrained by time, I started searching for sunrise tours, and while I am sure there others out there, it was very easy to find what The Majestic Agra tours had to offer. There website was very good detailing what the approx schedule would be, what was included, what was not. I submitted a booking and received a confirmation a short time after from Sagar Arora. A 10% deposit was requested, which seem very fair to me. Updates, answers to questions, instructions were all timely and clear. Couldn’t ask for anything else leading upto the day. I was picked up from my hotel in Gurgoan right on time, driven to Agra where we met my private tour guide Khalid Ali Khan (Ali) . He was awesome. So knowledgeable , very easy to talk too and get along with and made both the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort come alive with his knowledge in history and the his passion towards the places we were visiting. His little bits of advice on being a tourist in these locations was very much appreciated and also him taking the time to ask me and be flexible around what I was interested in and wanted to do or spent time, is a real unique thing to get from tour operators. I would also like to thoroughly recommend the sunrise tour. I know this will not be for everyone as it is a very early start from Delhi/Gurgoan (You will be picked up between 2.30am and 3am depending on where your pickup is in Delhi/Gurgoan). But, if you can get over that fact, it has many benefits. Traffic down to Agra is non existent, you get to see the Taj Mahal shine in the Sunrise light, the crowds are a lot less, and you avoid being out in the middle of the day when the heat is the highest. I was taken to the Marriott in Agra for really nice breakfast, and while the traffic was a lot more going back to my hotel, I was back before the afternoon peak traffic which I am sure save some considerable time. I have no hesitation recommending The Majestic Agra Tours for the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort tour and I will definitely be recommending them to my friends.

We went to Agra City from our hotel in Gurugram and we visited Taj Mahal, Agra Fort and Marble Home Industry. The driver pick us up on time and the trip from Gurugram to Agra takes around 3 hours by very comfortable car. In our time there, we were accompanied by very good tour guide named Mr. Salman, he is nice person. He explained us a lot, not only about History of Taj Mahal and Agra Fort but also what we should/shouldn't do in those places and it was very heplfull! Sure once we come back to Agra we'll choose this tour agency again. Thank you.

We had an excellent experience for this trip. The communication and planning was superb and the whole thing was extremely smooth. We were picked up from our hotel and driven to the Taj Mahal with a coffee stop along the way, We met the guide who ensured everything was perfect and took lots of photos for us. He managed perfectly the whole experience Rickshaw/Tuktuk transfers to the ticketing and entrance to the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort, followed by a lovely lunch. Everything was clear on what was happening and when, and the organiser (Sagar) was always available by phone or email to clarify any queries beforehand. One thing to note is that the journey is roughly 3-4hrs each way (depending on where you stay) and if you book the Sunrise tour, you will be picked up around 02.30am to be there in time for sunrise. We had not realised this but Sagar was understanding and changed the pick-up timing to our preference with no issues. We would recommend this trip to anyone wanting to visit Agra. Enjoy!

Excellent tour, extremely happy we got to see the Taj as the sun was rising. Our guide was very friendly & knowledgeable and got us through the busy security checks quickly to beat the crowds. Agra fort is very beautiful and I loved hearing the history of it all. Breakfast was 5 star delicious food in the Marriot hotel both traditional & western food. All round best day. Would highly recommend booking with the Magestic Agra tours

Two words - a perfect trip! Also, a good value for money. The guide and driver cost less than a driver form the hotel. The trip was very well organized. Organizers gave good instructions before the trip (what to wear etc.) and all our questions were answered in detail. Our guide was very knowledgeable and considered, he took very good care of us. And as soon as we got back, the organizers messaged to ask if everything was fine with us. It felt like everyone really cared about our wellbeing! Like oso_col mentioned in their review, sales people are pushy and it is good to remember that everyone (the flashlight holder in Taj Mahal, the squirrel guys in the garden etc.) want their share, so if you do not want to pay extra, remember to say NO. Our driver was nice and the car (equipped with A/C) was spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately, the journey back to hotel was very long due to the evening traffic. The organizers had warned us about that but still it felt too long. So if possible, try to leave Agra early to avoid the Delhi evening traffic. Especially if your hotel is at the other side of Delhi. All in all, we warmly recommend this trip/organizer.

Everything was arranged and we felt very safe and taken care of all day. Our driver picked us up form the hotel in Delhi and we had one break on the way to Agra. In Agra our guide Mr. Khalid Ali joined us and followed us through Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. He was very wise and knew everything there was to know about the places. In between we had a nice lunch at a Barbeque place. Only one small issue was the wifi in the car that was not stable as we needed to do some work online. However, we really recommend this tour agency!

My husband and I booked our 2-day Agra and Delhi tour through Majestic Agra Tours and Sightseeing recommended to us by one of our friends. It was a last minute booking as my husband had a spontaneous moment and decided to see the Taj Mahal and Delhi over the weekend. Arrangements for everything from airport pick up to the 2-day sightseeing tour was quickly confirmed with Sagar, the owner, who was extremely helpful. His communication was excellent keeping us well informed of all the necessary information about the driver, the car and the tour. Despite being a last minute arrangement everything turned out to be excellent and exceeded all of our expectations. The car was clean, comfortable and even had a free WiFi connection and a cool box full of cold bottled water. The driver spoke English as well as Hindi and was very patient and polite. The tour guide (Hirsch) who took us on the Taj Mahal tour spoke excellent English and was very knowledgable about the history of the Taj Mahal and other sights around Agra. When we arrived in Agra it was just before sunset so he took us to view the Taj Mahal sunset at Mehtab Bagh a great viewing point on the opposite river bank. It couldn’t have been a better place to view the stunning sunset over the Taj Mahal as the whole complex was visible from our vantage point. One of the interesting points about the Taj Mahal is the white marble appears to change colour depending on the position of the sun in the sky, we saw it with pink and golden hues. The following morning our guide took us to watch the sunrise over the Taj Mahal which was breathtaking! Our guide had clearly done this tour many times and advised us to be ready in the hotel lobby for 05:15 where we’d take a golf buggy ride to the ticket booth before entering the Taj Mahal complex. We were briefed on what could and could not be taken into the Taj Mahal site (no cosmetics, no drinks other than a bottle of water and no food - there are lots of monkeys around). He knew the best spots to take photographs and a route to take which avoided the crowds who walk a straight line towards the fabulous white marble Taj Mahal. He explained the history behind the Taj Mahal in detail which was fascinating. We couldn’t have asked for a better tour guide! The city tour in Delhi was outstanding. We only had an afternoon in Delhi so the driver took us round to see Humayun’s Tomb, the Indian gate as well as the Presidential Palace. Sagar, the owner, kept in touch all the way to ensure we were satisfied with the tour guide and driver and received the highest standard of service. We were very impressed with everything and will happily use the service again. We highly recommend Majestic Agra Tours and Sightseeing to anyone looking for a professional guided tour in India. For anyone who is interested Sagar’s father is a jeweller and is happy to offer a bargain to anyone who has booked a tour through his son - gemstones are high quality and cheap compared to most of the western world ;)

I used this company for a day trip to the sights of Agra from Delhi. They were top notch. The communication beforehand was excellent and I knew exactly what to expect. The driver turned up on time and was very professional. The car was cool and clean and the little WiFi modem worked well. The trip was smooth in both directions and the guide we collected in Agra was excellent. He spoke very good English, was very knowledgeable and helpful. Khalid Ali Khan guided me through the sights at a perfect pace and I enjoyed the visit so much more for his help. Afterwards we enjoyed a nice local lunch and visited a couple of workshops / showrooms where I was able to buy, without pressure, a nice momento. Thoroughly recommended.

This was a great trip. If you don't have more than one day to spare for Taj Mahal this is the perfect trip. Everything was on time. Leaving at 6:30 am put us at Agra at around 9:45. Ali the guide who joined us there was a native of Agra and we enjoyed his knowledge and guidance. The Taj Mahal is an experience you must have at least once in your lifetime. Lunch was excellent. Don't be tempted to see the Agra Fort from the outside because you are exhausted from the Taj Mahal visit. Go in and enjoy every minute. The SUV we took as an upgrade for $25 was new and clean with an excellent driver which is critical in the crazy driving in India Overall a great day! Enjoy!

From the moment I was interested in booking the tour, Sagar (owner of Majestic Agra) was quick to respond to my emails & make a custom made tour for me and my husband. Our flight arrived to Delhi at 1am and our driver was there to pick us up at the airport & ready to take us to Agra as we had planned. The drive was quiet, no traffic and absolutely comfortable. We were able to get some rest at the hotel and visit the back of the Taj Mahal later that evening which was a great surprise. The Majestic Agra team from the driver to the tour guide was professional & cared for us. They always had water on hand, which was so convenient because it was about 110 degrees in Agra. They recommended the early entry time to visit the Taj because it was too hot to go later in the day. Sagar went above and beyond to help us during a professional photoshoot we had planned. Sagar and his team truly made our experience one to remember forever. We will forever be grateful for the people we met on our tour. Our driver was such a gentlemen, he would offer us coffee and if we needed to make any stop he would gladly take us there. We've had multiple experiences on tours where the drivers would make faces at us or be very rude or not even take us to places we requested. This was not the case with Majestic Agra, everyone on the team was so friendly, kind & happy to help us in anyway they could. On our way back to Delhi airport, Sagar was so kind to give us a call and make sure our ride back was fine. It was around 3 or 4am, that he called the driver and wanted to speak to me, to make sure everything was ok. Sagar, that SPEAKS VOLUMES ABOUT YOUR CHARACTER, your kindness and overall the quality of service you give to your clients. Very well organised trip, arrived 15 mins early for pick up at hotel so waited until we were ready. Comfortable car and drive to Agra, offered us stops on route as needed, Tag Mahal visit was excellent, due to paying for the entry fees as part of the package we didn’t queue and went straight to the front of the line. Guide was knowledgable and didn’t rush us. The lunch which was included was a really good buffet at an Indian close to the Taj Mahal. Really good experience and would highly recommend!

Alright, first of all I want to mention that we are not tour people. Even private tours just aren't our cup of tea because of our experience of untrustworthy guides with ulterior motives in other travels. But after reading about how difficult navigating India can be without a guide can be, we reluctantly started looking for a private tour. We are very happy with our decision to use Majestic Agra. We did a private tour from Delhi with a couple days in Agra (Mehtab Bagh, Taj, Agra Fort, and Baby Taj). Full disclosure, because we are keeping it real in this review: there are some of the normal touristy things our guide did that we personally don't like. This includes stopping by shops with big markups (we eventually told our guide we weren't interested in shopping and he respected our request), and the regurgitation of "historical" facts about locations that aren't true (google is your friend, people). But, more importantly than those slightly annoying but totally harmless things, we ALWAYS felt safe and comfortable with our guide and driver (the wifi in the van is a great touch!). They made navigating the craziness of India very easy, and we really appreciate that. Typical tour things aside, the real reason you should book this tour company is because the owner, Sagar, is just absolutely fantastic. He was very clear and easy to communicate with before the trip, and eager and attentive during our stay. He even let us come join his neighborhood for their Holi celebration which ended up being the highlight of our tour. We wouldn't hesitate to use this tour company again because of Sagar! It's a great value for the money and Sagar really cares about making your experience special.

This was a very enjoyable trip. Easy to book, with no pre-payment needed. Excellent communication to confirm the tour. My driver Anurag arrived promptly and was excellent all day. My guide Anas was extremely friendly and helpful. The lunch was fantastic, both the quality and quantity. All in all I had a wonderful day of sightseeing and shopping.

Travelling to India for the first time on business and a solo woman traveler, I was a bit nervous of booking a trip by myself. I looked for a group tour to Agra from Delhi, but this didn't seem to exist. I looked at many different tour operators and read a lot of reviews! In the end, although it is a relatively recently established tour company, I was impressed with the reviews given for Majestic Tours and, after some questions asked and answers promptly given by email, I decided to book the Sunrise tour to Agra from Delhi. I was given the driver and car details the night before and, as promised, was picked up from my hotel in Gurgaon at the appointed time - in fact, I arrived to reception about 10 minutes early and was advised that my driver was already there waiting for me. A good start. Bottled water was available for me in the car and we made a comfort stop on the way to Agra. On arrival in Agra, we picked up my guide for the day, Salman, and proceeded to the Taj Mahal, arriving just before the gates opened. I was given a lot of interesting information throughout the tour, and Salman took some great photographs from some spots where he knew would make the best shots. I was then given some time to wander around myself which was nice. Very unhurried. It was the time for breakfast - a nice buffet at a nearby hotel. Then on to Agra Fort. Again, another informative tour and some more great photos. There was something I wanted to do at the Moon Garden and my driver and guide were very accommodating in taking me there - my mission accomplished and some more great photos! Then back for a brief stop at a shop for a demonstration of the inlaying of gems into marble. I browsed and bought a small gift, then went to the office of Sagar, who runs the company, to make the payment and give feedback. The return trip to Gurgaon was quite long, and my driver stopped at a restaurant on the way back so that I could have some lunch. This was not included in the tour cost, but it was reasonably priced and a nice place to eat. So, all in all, great communication and a fantastic day - I would recommend to solo or groups of travelers. The early start was definitely worthwhile! Thanks to Majestic for making my trip to India so memorable.

I booked a tour with themajesticagra and can certainly recommend this company. Sagar mentioned he started the business only 14 month ago, but he really has proven that he can organize a great trip. On forehand he contacted me by Whattsapp checking if I indeed did book the right trip (which I did not). He changed the trip without asking questions. The evening before the trip I received a mail with details. Sharply at 07.30h I was picked up by a convenient car. After a 3.5h drive we arrived in Agra where a tour guide joined. The next couple of hours where great whilst experiencing the Taj Mahal and the red fort. The guide was experience and listened to your wishes. The in between meal at Bon Barbecue was great. After spending 4h, I met Sagar briefly and the trip back to Delhi started which took 4h. Overall the trip took some 12h. I can certainly recommend this company for a day trip to Agra. You will not be disappointed.

Really well organized tour. Super knowledgeable tour guide, super friendly lots of jokes and gave us time to just enjoy the view by our self. Friendly bus driver and helpful helper, always ready with the stool, the bottled water and even got ice for the refreshments on the way back. We end up going with the full package including lunch. The food was amazing. Bon BBQ was delicious with plenty of variety. After a 15 hours day everyone is still smiling and trying to make this experience better even tho it is already way more than expected.

Myself and three other Australian girls aged 18-19 booked a tour of Agra with The Majestic Agra and had the most incredible experience! The car service was amazing, with a prompt and very safe driver AND car wifi! For our tours of Agra, including the Tajmahal and The Agra Fort, we went with a very knowledgable guide who was very patient and could answer all of our many, many questions in excellent english. The lunch was divine and the entire day ran very smoothly. Being a young, foreign girl in India can be uncomfortable at times, however every aspect of our experience was very safe and enjoyable. Contact and organisation with the 'headquarters' was of very high quality and sought to ensure everything was perfect. We were so impressed with trip that the next day we booked a tour to Jaipur through the same company. Highly recconmend! 5 stars!!

We were very happy with our choice to visit Agra and the Taj Mahal with The Majestic Agra. I booked the trip weeks in advance and had no idea what to expect. But the tour was very well organized and we had a great time. Sagar was very good and helpful in communication before the tour. Our driver was excellent as well as the tour guide. I highly recommend this this tour. Especially if you don't want to think about anything since everything is included!
