Incredible, real India indeed. This trip was very special and full of rich experiences. The route was designed for us with a lot of input from my wife and did not feel overly curated. We relied on Devender’s advice on most of the accommodations and stops and would not have changed anything. He matched us up with Bhanwar Singh, our driver for the month, and he couldn’t have been better.. very experienced with lots of local knowledge and not over bearing. We even had to adjust our trip due to a family emergency and they were all perfectly accommodating and gracious. Couldn’t recommend this trip (mainly Rajastan and Uttar Pradesh) or this outfit more. Experiencing Holi Festival in India was high on my bucket list along with many other India locales. 58 year old female and I was traveling alone from the United States so I wanted to make sure I was in excellent hands. There are so many companies to choose from and you really don't know who is as reputable as they claim to be. My search began. I was extremely impressed with Incredible Real India from the first exchange. They were responsive, patient, communicative and very informative with information about what I was looking to experience and extremely pleasant. I did not experience this with any of the other companies I had reached out to. All of them had the same cookie cutter Tours available. After a month of exploration with multiple companies, it was crystal clear to me which company stood head and shoulders above all the others. Devender helped me put together an almost 3 week journey, touring 12 different cities, with an incredible list of experiences. They gave me options for the level of stay I was looking for in hotels and things to do in each location. There was a lot of back-and-forth to finalize my final itinerary. The pricing was extremely reasonable as well. I could write a book about my three weeks in India, so I'll try and just sum it up. I visited Delhi, Mandawa, Bikener, Jaisalmer, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Agra, Orchha, Khajurhao, Varanasi & a night in the dessert. I had a knowledgeable guide in each city. The architexture was magnificent, the temples abundant, Forts, Castles, history & the food was delicious, and my experience was priceless. 11 of the 12 hotels were top notch and beautiful. Service was impressive. Incredible real India continued to surprise me with experiences to enhance my stay. From a sunrise boat ride on the Gangi river with two musicians on the boat. An Experience I will never forget. A camel ride in the desert to watch the sunset. While in Khajurhai I went on a few hour jeep safari and got to see a tigress. She was magnificent and we watched her for quite a while. Watching the sunrise of the Taj Mahal and Holi festival was incredible. everybody should experience that once in their life! I did holy festival in Mandawa and it was there that I was able to meet Raju, the owner of incredible real India and Devender, who took such good care of me putting the trip together. I was thrilled to meet them in person & get to spend part of my trip with them! Wonderful people. I had an incredible experience with them. Their company is aptly named. One of the highlights of the entire trip was my driver, Modaram. He was my driver for the entire trip. An incredibly pleasant man, knowledgeable, and always took care of me. I always felt safe and informed thanks to him. I think of him often now that I'm home. I think of India often and I'm so grateful to this wonderful company me for giving me such an amazing experience exclamation point.

I have started and stopped this review a dozen times. Words seem insufficient to express the incredible experiences we had and my gratitude to the team at Incredible Real India for their seamless planning, care, and attention to detail in crafting this trip of a lifetime for me and my dear college friends as we turn 50. Incredible Real India handled every detail, created magic and possibilities around every corner, and were incredibly responsive and solution-oriented when things popped up. They first listened to our hopes and desires for the trip and proactively advised us on things to prioritize and considerations/constraints that were invaluable for making the trip run so smoothly. The ONE thing that I did not listen to their advice was regarding the elephant ride in Jaipur (they respectfully advised against this), but I was headstrong and asked for them to book it anyway - and I really wish I hadn’t - I felt so bad for how the elephants were treated and how were inundated by people trying to sell us stuff the entire ride up to the red fort. But literally EVERYTHING that Incredible Real India recommended and booked for us was nothing short of MAGICAL: the colors, the tastes, the off-the-beaten track tours, the people, the history, the spirituality. We traveled to: Delhi, Mandawa, Nagaur, Jaisalmer, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Jaipur, Agra, and Varanasi from Dec. 27-Jan. 14th. Each town was truly incredible, with amazing accommodations, sites to explore, food to taste, and things to learn. It’s hard to choose a favorite town, but if I had to: Mandawa, Udaipur, and Varanasi would be my top 3. So many photos, memories, and life-changing experiences we had, observing ceremonies that celebrated life, death, Ganges, and joy. I have encouraged all my friends to book a trip - don’t wait and don’t try and plan it yourself. I highly recommend Incredible Real India. I had an amazing three-week trip to the Registan province and Varanasi. We stayed in beautiful heritage hotels, had friendly, knowledgeable guides, and ate delicious food. I was traveling with my family, including my two kids and friends. Incredible Real India was there to help if I had any questions, from figuring out an alternate route to Dheli after our flight was canceled to asking how to make our favorite Chili Honey Potato dish. I felt completely taken care of every step of the way. Incredible Real India made it an even better trip than I dreamed of.

We had a great time on our tour of India! In addition to seeing all of the cool historical sites and Temples, the part that I enjoyed most, was the fact that through this tour experience, we were immersed in the Indian culture. We learned all of the inns and outs of the Hindu religion, their practices, and were able to have many one on one interactions with people from India. Unbelievable attention-to-detail from this reputable company and a magical, unforgettable adventure for our family! Raju is very detail-oriented and paid attention to our special requests and desires to make a very comfortable, memorable, educational, interesting, and FUN trip for our family. We took our 4 children on this special trip, and we were a bit worried it would be too difficult or perhaps unsafe for them. The opposite was true. We stayed in beautiful hotels, we departed for our morning adventures at times that we selected (not too early-- we were able to arrange this with our fantastic driver, KK). When I started planning my summer 2020 family vacation to India and Nepal by November 2019, one of my closest friends recommended Incredible Real India Tours and Travels to me. This happened to be an extraordinary piece of advice. I contacted the manager, Raju, and he designed a trip that completely fitted my expectations: Delhi, Mandawa, Jaipur, Agra, Vanarasi, and then crossing the Nepali border to Lumbini, Pokhara and Kathmandu Valley. Raju is an outstanding professional. He made a number of advices to us about the actual route, places to visit, hotels, and was always open to our preferences. Incredible Real India Tours and Travels did a perfect job and, in just a few weeks, we had planned an amazing vacation. The communication was fluent and all emails were answered in about 24 hours at most! But Raju showed to be not only an outstanding professional, but also a very nice person: as the pandemia came, he asked me about our situation in Barcelona. When everything started to go wrong, he was fully open to give us back at zero cost the deposit that we had made to hold the reservation. He wrote to me: ‘Regarding your cancelation, your full amount is refundable from my side, I don’t do business in my clients loss.’ At this time, May 2020, there is too much uncertainty, yet. However, Raju is always making our life easier: whether we prefer to visit India or cancel the trip, he just needs 24 hours to arrange the details. We are absolutely thankful to him! Again, two thumbs up!

We had a fantastic trip in every way. I lived with great emotion the Holi festival, recognize the fervor of the Indians for their rites and traditions, sleep in the best hotel in the desert with the stars watching over my dream and wake up love happily. I felt very cared for and protected, all the details have been fantastic. I laugh and moved. The guide tour speaks spanish, he has been fantastic, educated and very professional human being. Now I really understand as John Galbraith in his book said: “Whatever is true about India, opposite is also true...” my journey is not over yet and i am so really grateful.. We booked our trip with Viceregal Travels and Resorts from Kerala. We dealt online with Kalpana, who organized our tour with an excellent driver, Rawat, and a different guide for each city. They were very protective of us throughout the tour. The original trip included Delhi, Varanasi, Udaipur, Jaipur and Agra with the last 3 days again in Delhi. Mid tour we heard about the dangerous levels of air pollution in Delhi. We asked Kalpana to arrange for us to go to another city with better air quality instead. At the time, she was away at a wedding, but she helped us anyway and arranged for us to go to Khajuraho to a hotel of the same chain we had reserved in Delhi, at no extra cost for accommodation. We are extremely pleased with the service, organization and support of Viceregal Travels and Resorts.

When we made the decision to go to India we considered doing it on our own, using public transport, but finally we realized that seeing everything we wanted depending on buses and trains was crazy and also very uncomfortable. Encouraged by the opinions of other users I decided to contact Incredible Real India and it was the best decision we could make. The comunication with Raju was super professional from the first email. They responded quickly and solved all our doubts, in addition, they helped us to make a perfect planning to see everything we wanted in the time we had. Once in India the feeling still improved even more. For two weeks we have had the professionalism of our driver, Modaram, who has made us feel super safe in all transfers (driving through India is really complicated). In addition to the driver's work, he has also given us great advice on how to handle ourselves in the places and how to act before the guides (or false guides) that we were in the temples. Always attentive to our needs, those that we moved or those he detected (temperature in the vehicle, if we wanted to stop somewhere, etc.). New needs arose during the trip (transfers not contemplated after the contracted period) and the company solved them effectively and very generously. The vehicle was new, a Toyota brand with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, always clean ... A wonder, especially because during the trip we were meeting other travelers who told us their experience with their drivers, and were far from the Great experience we were having. In summary: 1000% recommended.

Just returned from the most amazing 8 day tour of India with Incredible Real India tours. From the moment we stepped into the car with Bhanwar Singh as our driver, to the moment we were dropped off to the airport, we were treated like ‘queens’. Mandawa Khoti was our highlight of our trip. It was a beautiful homestay with beautiful and picturesque rooms and delicious authentic food. Bhanwar Singh (our driver) would give us options of our itinerary each day, which was really fantastic. He even organised a massage for us and a private cooking class!. The whole tour experience exceeded our expectations and I would recommend this tour to anyone who wants to visit this amazing country, steeped with incredible history and with warm, welcoming people. Raju and his team are fantastic. Our driver was very professional and always on time. The car was great as it had wonderful AC and wifi throughout the trip. Our tour guides in Agra and Jaipur were great. The guides helped with tickets and made sure we felt comfortable in all situations. The guides were also very knowledgeable about the history of each place. Raju was wonderful at selecting the hotels and working within our tight schedule. At the last minute, he was able to book everything and really helped remove the stress of planning things ourselves. I highly recommend.

Me and my partner just came back from our beautiful and memorable honeymoon trip in India. It was my dream to come to India for long time. Positives: Recently returned from a 3 week incredible real India trip through Rajasthan and Varanasi. Everything was exceptionally organized. Raju was in close contact with us until we finalized our desired itinerary. After which he arranged all our hotel accommodations and flight arrangements. All of our hotels were lovely. Incredible Real India tours made visiting India easy and effortless. WE had personal and professional drivers throughout the entire trip that got us from point A to point B on time and safely. In every major city we also were provided a personal guide that gave us that extra inside personalized attention and information so we could gain the most of our visit. Our Drivers Nepal Singh, Bhanwar Singh and Marhinder provided wonderful service. We were greeted at the airports and immediately felt a sense of professionalism and safety with them. We drove in a comfortable air conditioned mini van, had daily bottled water, and access to wifi while on the road which made staying connected to friends and family at home quite easy. While at our short stay in Varanasi, our driver did not speak English. However, the tour company provided an ambassador to greet us at the airport, help us check in at the hotel and explain our itinerary while in Varanasi. During every step of the trip we felt we were in good hands with this tour company. I can highly recommend their services. Negatives: Only negative I can mention from our time in India is the pressure you receive from tour guides who bring you to local shops to buy merchandise. While this is not a direct result of Incredible Real India Tours, but rather a common practice among the tourist industry; it was nonetheless a negative experience on this trip. Some people may appreciate and benefit from this as you do have an opportunity to visit and purchase locally made merchandise. However, I was neither interested in shopping nor did I have the financial means to shop and in my experience it was difficult to say NO and we would have to be quite firm at times. Just as an added suggestion, this may be an area which perhaps drivers can assist clients with the local guides in supporting their expressed wishes not to visit these shops. Conclusion: I was somewhat worried at first booking with a tour company that I found online. However, I have no regrets. We are a couple of Spanish guys that decided to travel to India but that were not sure about what things to visit and that wanted to plan the firsts days of our trip in advance and didn't really know how to do it. Then we contacted Raju. He was very helpful and polite. He helped us planing the whole trip, making us a first planing and then changing everything we wanted to change, like the hotel category or the cities we wanted to visit. We can only say thanks to him, as everything went as planned. When we arrived at the the airport the driver was waiting for us. The same when we had to take a train or arrived to a new city, and all of them were absolutely kind and polite. We did a beautiful twenty-one day tour of North India starting from Delhi to Varanasi. We stayed in 2, new car and always accompanied by our driver Bhanwar Singh who 'was always very professional, drove with dexterity and safety and we are given great advice on restaurants and places to see. In particular we really enjoyed the visit of Jaipur on foot, with a taste of many street food. Great hotels in all Indian locations and perfect organization made this trip unforgettable. The trip was organized to perfection. Excellent guides, very kind driver, no mishaps. The sights we saw fascinated us, from the royal palaces of Jaipur, to the splendor of Agra, from jungle safaris in search of the tiger, to sunrise boating on the Ganges in Varanasi. I traveled from 13 to 26 May/2023. I travelled alone, being a woman and aged 70+. I never felt unprotected, always well cared for, watched and cared for by the best of drivers Mr Bhanwar Sing Mandawa. My routes were: Delhi-Mandawa-Jaipur-Ranthambore N.P. where I achieved the goal for which I had been sent (tigers) -Agra-Orchcha-Khajuraho (spectacular) Varanasi- Delhi. A dream trip and with all my yearnings fulfilled (except the heat, do not travel in this time). The trip from Khajuraho to Veranesi was made by car, thanks to the very good coordination of the Agency, whose owner, Mr. Raju echoed all my requests. On the way back from Veranes, my driver friend made the whole journey back to Delhi with my suitcase, as I had weight problems on the Venares-Delhi plane. We stayed 14 days in INDIA!! We toured classical India, Hindu, Buddhist, Jain temples, mosques... Ottoman heritage, English (if they inherit anything!!), imagine how they developed life, etc., etc. The impeccable organization, the perfect logistics, the dedication and care of drivers, guides, helpers to stand out, the excellent hotelier!! In our case we would have liked to know also modern India, Bollywood, Bangalore (Indian Silicon Valey), India booming, with technological development... of that we saw nothing and lacked. Another important topic, in our case we hire with the assistance of a permanent guide.. it is very important that your Spanish is fluent and that this person knows the world (but only will give you the partial and little open view of your reality), we do not hire local guides and we are sorry.. would have provided the color of their own!! We are not remorseful but certainly, now with more experience we would do it differently.
