Departure Meet & Assist Service At Delhi Airport With Optional Private Transfer

Highly recommended! This is my third time booking with them, and they never disappoint. Their team is incredibly punctual, supportive, friendly and offers highly competitive prices. Overall, another fantastic experience! I booked it for my parents.

I booked this as a concierge journey, but the experience was far from it. Communication was poor, and when I eventually found the driver, I was escorted in the afternoon heat to a car park and told to wait in the sun while he fetched the vehicle. The car itself (number 9041, driven by Surjit Dogra) was dirty inside, with flies buzzing around. The air conditioning did not work in 37°C heat – most likely why the windows had been left open, which only let in more flies. To make matters worse, the driver asked me to find the destination myself using my phone’s sat nav. This was far from the “concierge” experience advertised. The company proudly claims on its website that all cars are air-conditioned, well-maintained, and GPS-equipped, yet none of this was true in my case. The fee was also around three times the cost of Uber, for a journey that was significantly worse. I raised the issue with the company but only received a lukewarm apology. Sadly, I cannot recommend this service – poor value and misleading promises.

I'm so glad that I chose the meet & Assist service from DELAPT. Mu mom was traveling alone to London, and was nervous about doing everything by herself. The entire process from pre-booking (assistance on phone) to availing the service. This is much more professional than the other service providers who didn't provide any clarifications/ details the way this team did. The entire process from receiving at the airport, check-in, immigration and security was done with utmost care. Extremely grateful to the entire team!!

Need follow-up and cost is on the higher side, but the service is good, used it for my elderly parents twice and was happy with the service

I had hired this service for my arrival from New York City going to Lucknow on Feb 3rd 2025. After the amazing seamless and smooth transition I decided to hire them for my departure on the 13th! I am so glad that I did!!! I would never have been able to navigate the process without their help! I was met at the gate from my domestic Indigo flight from Lucknow and taken through the whole process of transfer to terminal 3 , boarding pass , security and taken to my gate by the team!! I had a very short window to get there but they made sure of it!!! Thank you Gloria Fernandez and her colleagues for making my transition so smooth! I would highly recommend this service for everyone going to India!!!

Very good service. My parents who required wheelchair were picked up from the house, met at the curbside with a wheelchair and escorted to the gate. The porter also helped my father use the washroom before boarding. I coordinated with the manager remotely and they were excellent

We were traveling from Delhi to Dubai and I was having luggage bags and two kids but they only help me in depositing the luggage and no help was there related to kids and most of the time I was carrying the cabin bags and hand bags...bugghi was also given in the end for a very short distance....these airport services are not of much help to me and not at all satisfied with the services...thanks

The service is just amazing. They were so helpful with me and my 2 kids traveling alone. You should Def choose them. One of them completely denied taking any tips. I was willingly giving them tips as the service was really appreciative..

I called to cancel this service (hotel pickup with airport assistance and transfer) one week in advance of my departure date, as I had discovered that I did not need it. I was told to send an email to them to cancel, which I did twice over the next 5 days. I was never responded to and so the service was not cancelled or refunded as by their policy. Very very poor customer service.

I have been using them for assisting my mother when she travels solo. They provide satisfactory service. Recommend for senior citizens.

It was excellent and the assitant was were helpful in transfering me from the domestic to international terminal. Even refused to take a tip. I was very touched by his very high ethics and professionality.

I booked departure service for my parents. They found it very helpful. They came from Chandigarh via taxi, so they reached 6 hrs before departure. They greeted them at the taxi drop off, but after that they recommended waiting in a restaurant for 2 hours. My parents were told that checkin is not open and that lounge is full. None of this was true. After some pushing back, my parents were able to do check in and get to the lounge post security.

I had a great experience with Divya, she was there with me till the boarding gate. I was travelling internationally solo with a baby and she took care of all the check in immigration nd security processes. This is the best service provided by you guyz specifically for mother’s who are travelling alone. I had a hassle free experience.

Recently My Sister travelled from Delhi airport with her 4 year daughter and team did a fantastic job to assist them at the airport. Starting from receiving them at Terminal 1 till departure at Terminal 3 , Team helped them through out the process specially Md Aatif Fazal and Mr Surya .

My wife was travelling abroad alone, and we were little bit nervous and came to know abt them. Booked through online and they have a call on the morning of our flight 4 hrs early and assigned Awanthika Thapa for our service. It was very smooth and completed all the procedures including immigration and she left my wife in the boarding gate, also made a call 30 mins before the flight departure and asked if any assistance needed. We are very much overwhelmed by the service of them especially their person Awanthika Thapa.

I would like to place my sincere thanks on record for the exceptional services and assistance provided to my parents at Delhi International Airport. They were travelling for the first time internationally, and they did not have any issues during their travels. My Parents had a great experience with Ryan. Ryan was really good at what he was handling. The check in formalities , immigration and security check were breeze with Ryan. He accompanied my parents and settled them in the lounge. He was constantly in touch with me and sent me some pictures of my parents , which gave me immense pleasure and satisfaction. Mahjabee from "Transit Meet & Assist" service was very helpful and outstanding during our transit in Delhi. My 5 star rating is because of her. We had a very short layover of 2 hours in which we had to go through immigration, checkout bags, re-checkin bags for connection flight, complete security check and board the flight. Mahjabee was quite helpful and could speed up the process at every step - which made it possible for us to catch the connection flight.

I took Delapt services at IGI airport Delhi for my father as he have to go from Delhi to US (2march 2022 -4AM - Air India.) for the first time. It was such a nice experience from their customer support to their staff member(Mahjabi) who had assisted my father in everything from immigration to drop till end gate. Highly recommend to everyone who seeks assistance services at Delhi airport for their nearones.

My mother was very delighted with the service, especially the first representative who help her out till the lobby. . The second representative was the opposite and left her near a wrong dock location and my mother had to figure out herself which way to go and find the right queue for her flight. Apart from that , i would still recommend this service

Iam very disappointed. They charge almost the price of a domestic airtickect.and It was very shameful that the guest for whom the service was booked was a forgiener and it was his first time to India. I had booked for a meet and greet for a transit service. The reception from the arrival was good but the staff left him halfway telling someone else would come and never returned even till 30 minutes..the guest was in panic and thankfully the reception desk at the airport helped him..If he had lost his flight, we might have sued. Please improve your service and treat people with honour. Give customers value for their money.

My wife and one year old son was traveling from EWR to VGA via DEL and I booked the transit service at DELHI airport. The service/treatment we got from Meet and Assist service is un commendable. They will literally take care of everything right from meeting the passenger at the aero bridge, security check, baggage collection, re checkin of the baggage, lounge access and until the departure gate. I am so glad to have booked this service and making the travel/transit (6 hours between international and domestic flights) so pleasant with the help of Neha (meet and assist executive). I will give a five star rating and recommend this to friends without a second thought.

I recently used this service for my aunt who was travelling alone to the UK. Monika assisted my aunt and I have to say that the service was impeccable, she was taken care very well, assisted at every step of the process and made her feel at ease. I definitely recommend them if you are looking for some assistance while travelling alone.

I took their service to assist my mother who is a senior citizen. While she flies 2 - 3 times a year, however with age and continuous changes in airport rules / airline procedures, she needs help. Whenever I go to see her off, she would not allow me leave the airport till she reaches the security hold area and / or till she boards the plane. This time I thought to try assistance offered by DELAPT. It was excellent. They turned out to be very very helpful and effective. Will be taking their services again.

Departure assistance, This the second time i choose this service from delapt. It was fantastic and i highly recommend those people qho are not traveling with qife and kids. They can totally leave all departure hessle to delapt they will take care. Starting from pickup from the gate of airport and drop till baording gate. My family fortgot the lady assistance name this time but she was very humble and helpful. Really appreciate her support.

I have given 2 stars as the only positive from the whole experience was the lounge service. The person appointed for meet and greet was of no use to us. He was not seen accompanying the guest many a times. He was mostly occupied on his phone even during the times with the guest. No prior knowledge of priority check in or other services. While the wheelchair service was already arranged and pre booked with the airline.. the meet and greet service though assuring they would co.ordinate for it.. never really took any efforts towards it. The guest was left wanting at many times. They couldn't even arrange for a print out of document on request. They assure u the sun and the moon .. the practical aspect is zilch. Please be aware before booking their services in future.

My 18 yr old son was traveling to the US alone for the first time. This service made sure that he reaches the boarding gate without any issues. They took him in right from the departure gate all the way through check-in, security, immigration and to the gate for departure. Highly recommended.

The entire process from check in till immigration was done smoothly within just 1 hour. Monika was really helpful to assist my mom and gave her the comfort she needed.

This is the 4th time we are using this Service and we are always satisfied and service is very good. The representative from the company comes on time and takes care of the passenger very well. My mom/Mother-in-Law can't speak English/Hindi. Still they felt comfortable how they got the hospitality from the staff (they did a whatsApp video call to us in Abroad and informed us on next step they are going to do etc). We strongly recommend this service.

I used their meet, greet and transfer to another flight at Delhi airport on a 6 hour layway. It was very helpful to have their service. Pros: I was met right at the plane Staff was very courteous, accommodating and nice Lounge was clean, quiet and uncrowded -- I felt safe Cons 1. When boarding my flight, staff were taking me to the wrong terminal. When they realized we had to wait for 10-15 minutes for new staff to arrive as the existing staff didn't have permission for terminal 2. 2. When we got to terminal 2 their staff were stopped at the entrance and there was back and forth that took atleast 10 minutes on their permissions to enter that terminal. 3. it seemed to me when I was walked to immigration, their staff did not know which line to take me to and I helped her with that. I am giving them a low rating because of the cons listed above -- I expect at this price point and the implied level of service that details like this should be buttoned up.

The staff is very good and they take care of my mother in good manner since she is flying first time.

The greeter were very warm and took great care of my in-laws. They were very patient and caring. Will definitely use service again and recommend to family and friends

I liked the overall service and the kind behavior. They supported my family with all process and luggage until the departure gate.
