The communication on this trip was excellent. We received a text from Deepak that he would pick us up at the hotel at 6:45. Arrived at train station where he helped us board the train to Agra. Arrived Agra to be met by Harish, our guide, and Amit our driver. Spent the day at Taj Mahal and Agra fort where Harish explained the history. Had a stop at the marble factory and an excellent lunch. Harish helped exchange money at a very good rate. Amit’s driving was excellent as the rules of the road here seem to be free flowing. Harish got us back on the train at 5:30 and Deepak met us to return to hotel. All along the way the communication was superb. Highly recommend the day out.

Amit picked me up at Agra airport and took me to my hotel. The next day, after my tours, he took me shopping to different bazaars and stores. The following day, he drove me to Fatehpur Sikri and, after the excursion, dropped me off at the airport. He not only looked after me like an brother, but also connected me with excellent guides who accompanied me on all my tours and shopping trips. I would 100% recommend Amit if you're visiting Agra.

The guide was very knowledgeable of Taj Mahal and the fort. However he took us to a high end marble top store a rug store and tried to take us to a jewelry store where we were given a demonstration and a high pressure sales job. When I told him I didn’t want anymore sales pitches he became very withdrawn. He took us to eat a buffet and told us he would pay for it but we had to pay for our water(I thought we’d paid for that ourselves when we booked) he spent more time getting us to try to buy merchandise than on the tour. I honestly expected better from Viator

The arrangement done were fantastic. We had Innova Crysta HYCROS booked for us to drive from Delhi to Agra and back. Driver was very nice and helpful. Car was clean and well maintained. For the Guide, he was at par with any international guides with all the information on hand with good photography skills too.

The gatiman express was late by 2 hours and while returning was late by 3 hrs. In between the 9 hrs pathetic train experience the 64k (2 adults 2 kids) foreigner rip-off trip that I mistakenly signed up for cut short the itinerary to baby Taj Mahal and Agra fort , instead of a so called five star restaurant promised in the brochure took us to a pretty basic buffet and taking advantage of late arrival of train instead the guides filled last 3 hrs of the trip to carpet and marble handcraft stores to get their commission. It was a rip off. The guide did not even take us through a priority lane , I am not sure if one exists , his method was to push and cut thru the line by force and hope he gets lucky if one of his buddy security officer is at post. Shame on tripadvisor and Viator for promoting this. Although I am an Indian, this is my first time to Agra and as an NRI I thought I would give it a try. Mainly because the promoter timeline with fast train - reaching Agra by 10 am was lucrative option, Gatiman ticket was not available from booki site so I thought going thru this tour will be one way to travel via the fast train to meet all the timelines. Turns out, it was overpromised and underdelivered. For folks who is reading this review if you feel the money seems to high for a Day trip in India, you are right, find another option for Agra.

We hired a private driver to travel from Agra to Jaipur as we wanted to visit the Chand Baori stepwell along the way, which would have been challenging to do by train. Amit is an experienced driver who went out of his way to make our journey both enjoyable and informative. Since we were very satisfied with his service, we also booked a full-day private tour of Jaipur with him. I would recommend Amit, as he is very friendly and nice person who will do your trip unforgettable.

We really enjoyed our trip! We were well taken care of and the tour guide was great at expediting our entry process (especially in places with otherwise long lines) and showing us the highlights. As it was a private tour, everything was very flexible depending on where we wanted to spend time, and the team was able to accommodate transport for a few people in our group going back to the airport early while the rest of us continued. We had a small hiccup where we booked 1st class train tickets when none were available; however, they were able to sort out a refund for us very quickly and we were happy with resolution. The morning train we were on was unfortunately delayed an hour due to fog so would keep in mind the scheduling may change. Overall would suggest going with this company. They were easy to coordinate with and available over WhatsApp. Thanks for a great day! 🙂
