I request a full refund. My booking was confirmed for one person. After confirmation, the operator demanded an extra 6,000 INR on WhatsApp, claiming a two-person minimum. This was never disclosed before booking. The operator failed to honor the booking and unilaterally changed the agreed terms.

Ajay Singh picked me up on time per schedule, was knowledgeable about Agra and gave a pleasant ride between Gurugoan and Agra.

Absolutely loved this tour! Our driver, Vijay, was on time and navigated seamlessly from Gurgaon to Agra. He stopped and made sure we had breakfast and coffee. We saw the Taj Mahal, a local art workshop, a gem stone store and Agra Fort. We also had lunch at a nice restaurant that had many different food options. Our guide Rahul was so knowledgeable and made sure to point out all of the details for us. He was an excellent photographer. I have so many wonderful photos because he made sure to take them at the perfect locations! He answered all of my questions and made this experience truly memorable.

I had this last minute decision to visit Taj Mahal. Sanny was very attentive for my last minute request. The driver Rahul was very professional and helpful. The guide Bobby was very polite and knowledgeable. He had taken lots of pictures in different angles which was appreciated. The trip as excellent and enjoyed it very much.

**If you take this tour, tell them ahead of time NO UNWANTED SALES in Street vendors** Paid about $180 USD to walk around Taj Mahal for little over an hour. Immediately upon entering the guide had a photographer waiting and he coaxed me into spending money with him for photos I DIDN'T WANT. The price went up because he printed the photos off despite not wanting them. The tour itself was nice but was not extraordinary, I felt rushed and it seemed like he was more interested in getting me outside the attraction. I relied on the driver that came with the package would just be transportation there and back, but the guide kept taking me to local shops in Agra when I had NO INTEREST in that. He took me to a Marble craftsman that sold grossly overpriced items. I eventually relented and bought a bowl that was $200. Next he took me to a jewelry store where I spent $180 unwillingly. Each of these shops contained very expensive items and they use heavy sales tactics. Afterwards, he wanted to take me to a restaurant when I finally had enough. I demanded to be taken back to my hotel.. As with many things in India, this is yet another business that is also trying to scam tourists by pressuring sales by vendors, this was never discussed in the charter for the tour. And clearly the guide gets a % cut of the sales he sets up. I had to repay shuttle to the Taj, cost of a ticket and some water. But it felt like he overcharged me and the photos were like $70 USD which was a rip-off. It's a rotten system where they take advantage of you, and force you through unwanted sales before they take you back. Be aware of this aspect.

Amit jha spent the day with me in Agra and at the Taj Mahal and he was absolutely fantastic. He was knowledgeable, friendly and spoke great English. He was also well connected in the area and was able to bring me places others don’t know about. Next time I am back in India, wherever I go I will ask Amit to join me.

Having gone to India for business I wanted to see as much as I could on a weekend. I booked the trip a night before and confirmed my pick up at the hotel in Gurgaon 3.5hrs away. The driver took me to agra and there I met the guide. Being in foreign country I didn't want to carry cash due to potential pickpocketing. Unfortunately the credit card machine at the taj mahal was offline. My guide ran around and found me some cash to be able to see the taj mahal. This is going way beyond so that I wouldn't have to just wait around. Inside we met the camera guy. Beware they will rush you around and not allow you to take any pictures so that they can sell you a picture package for about $100 usd the cheapest, which unfortunately I fell for as I had no pictures of my own. Later the tour guide took me to see where the stones are made using same methods as used on the taj. Another high pressure location to get you to buy things. After this he wanted to take me to the carpet guy, but I had enough of being tried to sell to. He took me to an ATM and paid him back and called the driver to take me back. The driver then took me to see other temple in Delhi, the presidential house and some local monuments which was a nice addition, for no extra cost. In the end I was happy I got to see two temples even if I had to spend extra money for pictures.
