One of the historic monuments located in Delhi and gets its name from the red colour sandstone used for construction by the Mughals. This fort was used as a ceremonial spot for the royals and is used for political and national ceremonies even today. Constructed in 1639 by the fifth Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan as the palace of his fortified capital Shahjahanabad, the Red Fort is named for its massive enclosing walls of red sandstone and is adjacent to the older Salimgarh Fort, built by Islam Shah Suri in 1546 AD. The imperial apartments consist of a row of pavilions, connected by a water channel known as the Stream of Paradise.
The Chandni Chowk (Moonlight Square) is one of the oldest and busiest markets in Old Delhi, India. Chandni Chowk is located close to Old Delhi Railway Station. The Red Fort monument is located within the market. It was built in the 17th century by Mughal Emperor of India Shah Jahan and designed by his daughter Jahanara. The market was once divided by canals (now closed) to reflect moonlight and remains one of India's largest wholesale markets. The market's history dates to the founding of the capital city of Shahjahanabad when Emperor Shah Jahan established the Red Fort on the banks of the Yamuna River beside his new capital. Chandni Chowk also famous for foodies. if you want to taste local food of delhi, have to visit Chandani Chowk. Delicacy food is Babu Ram Paranthe wala, Old Famous Jalebi wala, Kuremal ki Kulfi, Natraj Dahi Bhalla and many more....
This magnificent garden tomb is the first substantial example of Mughal architecture in India. Humayun's Tomb It was built in 1565 A.D. nine years after the death of Humayun, by his senior widow Bega Begam. Inside the walled enclosure the most notable features are the garden squares (chaharbagh) with pathways water channels, centrally located well proportional mausoleum topped by double dome. There are several graves of Mughal rulers located inside the walled enclosure and from here in 1857 A.D; Lieutenant Hudson had captured the last Mughal emperor Bahadur Shah II.
Home to the President of the world’s largest democracy, epitomizing India’s strength, its democratic traditions and secular character. It was Sir Lutyens who conceptualized the H shaped building, covering an area of 5 acres on a 330 acre estate. This mansion has a total of 340 rooms spread over four floors, 2.5 kilometres of corridors and 190 acres of garden area. Painstaking efforts of thousands of labourers including masons, carpenters, artists, carvers, and cutters saw the completion of this masterwork in the year 1929.
Right opposite the Rashtrapati Bhavan, at the centre of New Delhi stands the 42 m high India Gate, an "Arc-de-Triomphe" like archway in the middle of a crossroad. Almost similar to its French counterpart, it commemorates the 70,000 Indian soldiers who lost their lives fighting for the British Army during the World War I. The memorial bears the names of more than 13,516 British and Indian soldiers killed in the North western Frontier in the Afghan war of 1919.
A soaring, 73 m-high tower of victory, built in 1193 by Qutab-ud-din Aibak immediately after the defeat of Delhi's last Hindu kingdom. The tower has five distinct storeys, each marked by a projecting balcony and tapers from a 15 m diameter at the base to just 2.5 m at the top. The first three storeys are made of red sandstone; the fourth and fifth storeys are of marble and sandstone. At the foot of the tower is the Quwwat-ul-Islam Mosque, the first mosque to be built in India. An inscription over its eastern gate provocatively informs that it was built with material obtained from demolishing '27 Hindu temples'. A 7 m-high iron pillar stands in the courtyard of the mosque. It is said that if you can encircle it with your hands while standing with your back to it your wish will be fulfilled.
Day 3

After breakfast checkout from hotel & drive towards Jaipur. Upon arrival in Jaipur check-in to pre booked hotel.
Day 4

A fascinating blend of Hindu and Muslim architecture, this fort was built by Raja Man singh on the hill side in the 16th century. The construction was started by Raja Mansingh I in 1592 and was completed by his descendant Jai singh I. While the exterior of the fort are rugged, equally bewitching are the interiors where the fusions of Hindu and Muslim architectural styles find ultimate refinement. Painted scenes of hunting and war adorn the wall with precious stones and mirrors set in to the plaster. In the foreground is the Maota Lake giving a magnificent reflection of the Fort.
Possibly the most serene sight amidst the chaos of Jaipur is the beautiful JalMahal Jaipur, the Water Palace. This low-rise symmetrical palace, that once was a shooting lodge for the Maharajah, appears to float in the centre of Sagar Lake. The light sand coloured stone walls of the JalMahal Jaipur are at a stark contrast to the deep blue of the waters of the lake, while from the innards of the palace lush foliage sprouts.
Located at a stone throw away from the commercial center of Pink City, HawaMahal is considered as the landmark of Jaipur. Known as the 'Palace of winds", this five story building was built in 1799 by Maharaja SawaiPratap Singh. This palace is decorated with 953 windows or 'Jharokhas' which are adorned with intricate designs. There's a small museum within the complex of HawaMahal, which houses famous items like miniature paintings and ceremonial armor.
A palace with beautiful architecture and cultural artwork was once the seat of the Kings during their reign. City Palace is a complex of courtyards, gardens, and buildings situated right at the centre of the Old city. One of the ideal places for the tourists and a must visit because of its impressive history, architecture, gardens, an array of courtyards, and houses several other buildings in it. Blessed with the beauty of urban layout, City Palace is more than just a tourist destination; it is an excellent example of design, art, and creativity that can be elaborated as an exquisite symbol.
Jantar Mantar is a collection of nineteen architectural astronomical instruments built by the Rajput king Sawai Jai Singh II, and completed in 1734. It features the world's largest stone sundial, and is a UNESCO World Heritage site. It is located near City Palace and HawaMahal. The instruments allow the observation of astronomical positions with the naked eye. The monument expresses architectural innovations, as well as the coming together of ideas from different religious and social beliefs in 18th-century India. The observatory is an example of the Ptolemaic positional astronomy which was shared by many civilizations.
Day 5
5
After breakfast checkout from hotel & drive towards Agra. Upon arrival in Agra, check-in to pre booked hotel. En-route visit Fatehpur Sikri (Visit – 120 minutes) Old deserted town of Mughal Dynasty –Fatehpur Sikri built in red sandstone in honor of Saint Salim Chisti who foretold the birth of 3 sons to Emperor Akbar, is an example of robust stability combined with originality. This magnificent fortified ancient city, was the short-lived capital of the Mughal empire between 1572 and 1585, during the reign of Emperor Akbar. Earlier, Akbar had visited the village of Sikri to consult the Sufi saint Shaikh Salim Chishti, who predicted the birth of an heir to the Mughal throne. Later proceed towards Agra. Upon arrival in Agra check-in to pre booked hotel.
Day 6
6
Morning after breakfast proceed for local sightseeing of Agra. Visit. Later proceed towards New Delhi. Upon arrival get transferred to New Delhi railway station to board the overnight train towards Varanasi. Overnight journey in train.
Taj Mahal is located in the historical city of Agra. Called as the "symbol of love", it was built by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan as a memorial for his third wife, Mumtaz Mahal. Every year visitors numbering more than the entire population of Agra passes through the magnificent gates to catch a glimpse of this breath taking monument. Described by Rabindranath Tagore as “a teardrop on the cheek of eternity”, the Taj Mahal is considered as the finest example of Mughal architecture and is now a UNESCO world heritage site. Covering a land over 60 bighas, the Taj Mahal was constructed using white marble obtained from Makrana in Rajasthan.
Built by Emperor Akbar on the west bank of the river Yamuna, the Agra Fort dominates the centre of the city. The crescent-shaped fort has a 20-metre high and 2.4-km long outer wall that contains a maze of buildings that form a small city within a city. The Diwan-i-Aam (hall of public audience), the Diwan-i-Khas (hall of private audience), the octagonal tower known as Musamman Burj, Khas Mahal, Sheesh Mahal (the mirror palace) and the Anguri Bagh (the Grape Garden) are the other places to see within the fort. From the sight of it the magnificent structure in Red Sand Stone looks strong and invincible. The common belief goes that it was built by the Mughal emperor Akbar and further developed by his heirs. But in reality, the fort was actually a small fortress which a Hindu war lord had built long back around the 5th century viewing the strategic importance of Agra on the banks of River Yamuna.
Day 7
7
Meet our representative at Varanasi railway station & get transferred to Hotel. After breakfast proceed for an excursion to Sarnath.

The main deity of Kashi Vishwanath Temple is Lord Shiva, also known as Vishwanatha or Vishweshwarar meaning 'the ruler of the universe'. The city of Varanasi, the cultural capital of India, is thus known as the city of Lord Shiva. The temple has 800 kg of gold plating on its tower.
The long chain of ghats in Varanasi are one of the most frequently sites, where pilgrims bathe for spiritual purification. There are about hundred ghats in the city and each of them is marked by a lingam. Early-morning bathers, Brahmin priests offering puja and people practising meditation and yoga are common sites. The most famous Ghats are Dasaswamedh ghat, Assi Ghat.
Bharat Mata Mandir is a unique shrine dedicated to our country, Mother India. The temple does not have any deity, but a relief map of the country carved in marble. The temple was the brainchild of Babu Shiv Prasad Gupta, a freedom fighter. It was built in 1936 and inaugurated by Mahatma Gandhi and has ever since been the only one dedicated to a country in the World.

Everything was well organised, and the staff were friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Special thanks to Rituraj Sir for his excellent support and guidance throughout the trip. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing experience on the 8 Days Private India Golden Triangle Tour covering Delhi, Jaipur, Agra, and Varanasi. Everything was perfectly organized by World Travel Experiences, Delhi. From the historical sights of Delhi and Jaipur to the breathtaking Taj Mahal in Agra and the spiritual Ganga Aarti in Varanasi, every moment was unforgettable. Special thanks to Ms. Chandra Chauhan, who was always available, responsive, and ensured that our trip ran smoothly. The private car, experienced driver, and knowledgeable local guides made the journey comfortable and insightful. Highly recommended for anyone visiting India for the first time.”
We had an incredible time in India thanks to WTX. They were extremely well organized and responsive, and we felt safe and well cared for throughout the trip. Our driver Ram was the best, getting us everywhere on time and flowing through the wild Indian roadways with a calmness that set our minds at ease. All the local guides we met were extremely knowledgeable and friendly, bringing the sites to life with their story telling. We were directed to restaurants that were safe for our western stomachs. India is a beautiful, complicated and overwhelming place and it would have been very challenging for us to navigate without their expert assistance. This trip was magical and we owe that to WTX.
We fully enjoyed everything WTE have so delicately arranged, A+++++。 Mr. Santos(driver) and all local guides were extremely profeasonal. Hotels were wonderful. People were friendly, hard working, but food is difficult, no pork, no beef with all due respect to local culture, but hardly any lettuce, cabbage…at 5-star hotel. Pollution, garbage, noise, chaos is beyond imagination, something the country has to work out. We all got sick on the 3rd day. WTE is the best, can't get any better, extremely reliable and dedicated team. Thank you, all!
Had such a great time on the Golden Triangle and Varanasi trip! Everything went so smoothly, the hotels were nice, and sightseeing was just perfect. Honestly, it all felt effortless, and we really enjoyed every moment. Big thanks to WTX for making it such a fun experience!
We booked the Golden Triangle Tour plus Varanasi. The travel was perfectly organized. The competent local tour guides provided good insights into the culture, monuments and spiritual life in an almost always good English. Sometimes, they added smaller monuments or local peculiarities in their guidance. The drivers were highly skilled and were managing superiorly the chaotic traffic on the streets. Nothing to complain, WTX is a highly recommendable travel agency.
Enjoyed the tour with comfortable. Driver friendly approach and taking us to the places safely is appriciatable Hotels arranged by WTX were as per our expectations. Overall, very happy with WTX for all the support provided by the teams.
The first thing I wondered was, is this a real company and the answer is yes. Worry no more! I travelled to India on my own - a 42 year old with Spina Bifida and I loved it. World Travel Experiences did everything they said they would do and the price they charged was EXTREMELY competitive compared to a similar tour with Intrepid or G Adventures. The hotels they selected were perfectly nice too. The main difference was that I had a private car and driver for my entire journey and I could customise the trip by adding and removing parts of their advertised itinerary to suit myself. I was even able to change aspects of my trip (including hotels and travel arrangements) with less than a day's notice... almost unheard of with western travel agents. If you are happy dining alone or with your own group, this is the way to do it. The staff and their contractors were extremely professional and sorted out any issues I had. The only major issue I had was a driver using YouTube whilst driving while the car coasted from lane to lane. I instructed the driver to stop, emailed the company from the car, the drivers phone rang almost instantly, an apology was made and the issue was immediately resolved. They have an endless supply of water and texted me throughout the trip reminding me to use it. They were also keen to make sure that I was happy with my trip as it progressed. The only things that concerned me was that they didn't always respond when they said they would, lots of stops on the tour involved stories about the same historical figures and they don't accept card payment. Cash or Paypal only. If they changed these things, I would give them 5 stars. If I am ever back in India again, I'll use them.
I liked the tour but the company made a huge mistake and didn't take responsibility. We had Really AWFUL experience with domestic FLIGHTS booked by the company. The company didn't pay enough attention to the travel details. In particular, our flights from jaipur to varanasi were cancelled one month before and they didn't realize, so when we arrived at the airport we found out the huge problem we had. The worst thing is that the company lied about being notified about the flight cancellation and the bank transfer refund. They told us to book new flights which they would have refunded us. We trusted them and we bought 3 flight tickets for 500€ ( thinking that the company was honest and professional). At the end, the company refused to refund us the new tickets. They refunded only the cancelation of the previous tickets which they actually had received by the airline company, despite lying about receiving any refund at the beginning. In conclusion, the company didn't take responsibility for their mistake and refused to refund us the total amount of the new tickets, lying to us... so that we lost around 300€ and one whole day in the airport. Apart from the stress and anger caused by the company.
We booked a private tour of the Golden triangle + varanasi. The tour was : - Good taxi driver organization - the travel company replied our calls - some guides were not fluent in English so communication was really difficult - 3 star Accomodation is low standard for a European tourist, upgrade is advisable even though this company charges too much - Really AWFUL experience with domestic FLIGHTS booked by the company. Amazing Private Tour, Incredible memories. We were lucky enough to have the most wonderful driver - Rajesh, who not only welcomed us into his life, but his village and family home as well where we were treated to Indian cuisine, customs and treated like royalty. World Travel Experts gave us the holiday if a lifetime, staying at the best luxurious hotels, dining at fantastic restaurants, tasting the greatest variety of local cuisine. Everything was organised to perfection. We have no complaints, everything was perfect. If you want to see and taste the very best of India, I highly recommend WTX to plan your holiday of a lifetime.
In tourradar there were more options of tour to choose from. I am glad that I choose the golden triangle with Varanasi because it covered most of the north India that I wanted to visit. It is a requirement to pay the travel insurance which cost around $60 per person. World Travel Experiences (WTX) is the tour company that took care us very well. They were very prompt to answer any questions and concerns. They took care of us since the beginning until the very end. The drivers were very polite and respectful, and they know how to navigate the heavily traffic roads. Satvir was our driver and he was very polite and on time every time. The tour guides were speaking very good English, knowledgeable and resourceful. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and at the same time covering the Itinerary. Maheap in Delhi, Virendra Singh in Jaipur, Muin Ali in Fetehpur Sikri, Zuheap in Agra and last, not the least Sathesh in Varanasi. Also Sujeet in Varanasi helped us until we board the plane. Most of the hotel rooms were above the standard. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet and overnight first class AC train to Varanasi. WTX even arranged an hotel room for 4 hours for us to rest free of charge until we board on the Varanasi train. It is advisable to keep 500, 100, 50,20,10 rupees for tipping and some change for wash room. I saved some money using my OCI card which I used for Indian entrance fees otherwise foreigner entrance fees were very high. Don't completely depend on your foreign credit card because it doesn't work in many places unless if it is an expensive hotels or other expensive places. The handicraft places are expensive but you can be comfortable that it is good quality and no bargain. Every day in the evening we explore ourselves the places nearby our hotel room which gave some idea about the local culture. Our tour guide in Varanasi named Sathesh made us sit close to Ganges Aarathi which we felt very special and enjoyed so much. Elephant ride and Ganges boat ride was awesome. Taj Mahal is the one place we stand in awe!! Overall it was a great memorable vacation. Thank you tourradar and WTX.
We had a fantastic experience and believe this is a fantastic way to see the Golden Triangle plus Varanasi. Our driver was fantastic throughout the whole trip and we were very pleased to be using local tour guides in each city. The showers weren’t always warm and the overnight train to Varanasi was certainly an experience. But hey, we didn’t travel to India to expect Western standards of living! We loved the food everywhere that we went and overall had a great cultural experience.
I was very good at seeing this place, I was very good at seeing this place.
The organization of the trip is impeccable. The cars used are very comfortable, the hotels very nice and the various transfers we made were pleasant, all with nice, clean and first class trains. From the first contacts Mr. Ankit proved extremely helpful. I wanted to make some changes to the proposed ride and my requests were granted without problems. Ankit has always responded promptly to the various requests during the trip. I highly recommend this agency.
