Very unprofessional. We booked free walking tour with them on Freetour.com. The idea of free walking tour is tourists tip the guide based on tour quality. No fixed amount charged. But they asked me for 2000 Rs before the tour itself. Also asked for nationality beforehand which seemed unnecessary. And refused the tour later.
My guide vikram and driver dimble were excellent guides and driver. Vikram showed me much more than I was expecting and very knowledgeable.

I was looking forward to a good tour visiting all places mentioned on the itinerary but we only covered 2 - Jama Masjid & Khari Baoli spice market. My guide also insisted I paid 1000 rps to the rickshaw driver! Maybe it was the guide I had, he was a student and doing this in spare time. He kept trying to take me to different places to buy things and ignored the itinerary. It was a bad experience, and I was glad when it was over.
Our guide was super helpful and really knowledgeable. Ashish was really adaptable and let us decide what we wanted to do, as driving around he took diversions to shows us different sights. We went for lunch and he helped us order food he recommended which was brilliant.
Because it was for my friend such a totally different experience to anything else and our guide, Vikas, was very helpful and knowledgeable in explaining key features of the tour and responsive to our questions

I just had a fantastic tour with expert tour guide Dave. I am a female travelling solo and I booked this tour to enable me to visit Old Delhi and the Spice Market in a way that I would not have felt confident to do alone. The tour exceeded all expectations. Dave was polite, courteous, spoke excellent English, and was unbelievably knowledgeable (he has a history degree!) and passionate about Delhi and its rich history. We visited multiple sites, all of which were fascinating, and enjoyed a rickshaw ride at the end. Instead of returning to the meeting point Dave also ensured I got back to my hotel safely since it was in the general area and by now, after sunset. I very much appreciated this. I cannot recommend this tour highly enough. It is a jam packed, roller coaster three hours of brilliant Old Delhi exploration. Thanks Dave!

Tour was a bit short; guide was not as knowledgeable as I expected; more time spent in places that took commission for sales than exploring; at least the haggling over rickshaws etc was avoided.
The rickshaw ride is really fun thru the chaotic streets of Old Delhi. We felt we were steered toward certain shops to buy things from specific vendors. It felt more like a sales tactic.
The tour covers Old Delhi which is important to do with a guide if you are unfamiliar with the city. Pick up was prompt and driver was very good.

Fantastic experience. Guide Sandeep was at the meet-up point as described along with driver. Went to the biggest Sikh temple in Delhi then by rickshaw through Chandni Chowk visiting Red Fort, Jama mosque, a walk through the chaotic spice markets with a stop for chai, and then onto Gandhi memorial garden. Could not have covered this many places alone. Don’t hesitate to book.

Manish took my 74 year old father to be scammed by local fake pashmina vendors and did not warn him. The tour was supposed to last 3-4 hours and included a visit to Jama Masjid, spice market and all… but it only lasted 2 hours plus the car ride, and Manish had said they couldn’t enter Jama Masjid which I know to be untrue. Only some areas are restricted there for Muslims. Ridiculous and untrustworthy. Cannot recommend and will not use this your provider again.

This was our first tour in India and in Delhi. I was pretty disappointed that we did not see everything that was listed on the itinerary. Our driver was good but the local tour guide seemed more intent on selling us a carpet than anything else. He planted the seeds early and instead of taking us to the sites we were supposed to see, we saw a few things in Old Delhi and then he detoured us to New Delhi, eventually taking us to a "demonstration" and sales pitch to try to get us to buy a very over-priced and not well made carpet. We did not buy - and neither should you. After experiencing more tours and learning to tell the guide early "we do not want to see any demonstrations or be taken to any stores" other tours went much easier. Generally, I would not recommend this tour. I gave it three stars because we did get to see a bit of Old Delhi.
Our tour was canceled at the last minute by an email. Given that you all had our phone number and sent a text the day before to remind us of the tour, a call should have been placed to cancel it. Sending an email that morning is not good. I checked email at 7am, 3 hours before the tour and nothing. Then we got ready and left home to travel to Rajiv Chowk. We waited around there for a while, before finally checking email and seeing that an email came with the cancelation notice that morning around 7:32a. Given that the tour is at 10a and we had to travel to get there on time, we left. home well before the 10a deadline.
This has been one of the highlights of our indian adventure so far. Nikhil was a great guide and provided us with great memories. The rickshaw ride was so much fun and the jalebi, samosa and chai along the way were great. We just got to the the jamma masjid in the evening before it started closing which was a great sight with the lights.
