Not worth to be a 5star hotel. The reception team was very rude. Too many guest they don't know how to handle.
The floor corridor carpets were smelling.
Room bathroom water drainage pathetic.
Dirt accumulation in corners. Only surviving because of high demand it seems.

Rooms are always luxurious. Food and other amenities are good, can be improved upon.
Restaurant setting can be improved upon.

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. I honestly cannot understand how this hotel is rated as a five-stars property.
The cleanliness was far below acceptable standards. The bed sheets, carpet, and towels were not clean, and I even found what appeared to be blood stains on some of the towels. The gym was also poorly maintained. Muscitos flying everywhere.
The gym had a very bad smell, and the unpleasant odor extended throughout the entire floor. It made using the facilities very uncomfortable.
Another major issue was that the air conditioning in the corridors was not working. When we mentioned this to an employee we met near the elevator, he showed no concern and did not seem to take the complaint seriously.
The customer service was equally disappointing. The morning receptionist had a very poor attitude. When I asked for the hotel's contact number so I could follow up on my refund, he simply replied, "I don't know, Google it." This is completely unacceptable behavior for a hotel that claims to provide five-star service.
30 mins from airport. Good spread of buffet. There is a supermarket in the basement which is good for quick grab.
Excellent guest service. Warmly received. Accomodated my date change request smoothly.
Nice hotel in South-West Delhi, far from from city centre though. Visited for a marriage party. The hall was spacious but the food court was not proportionate the meeting cum Marriage hall booked. It cannot handle more than 50 guests at a time, while capacity of hall is more than 150. At dinner time, the food court was totally cramped. Taste of Food was average. Malpua dessert was very bad.
