I had a wonderful and comfortable stay at this hotel! My room on the highest floor offered a beautiful view of the sunset and even airplanes passing by, which made the experience extra special. All the staff members were very friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to ANITA at the front desk for the thoughtful little gift. It was a lovely surprise!
I had a wonderful experience at Taj Vivanta, Dwarka, Delhi. The hospitality, food, and service were truly impressive and made my stay memorable. When I noticed an unpleasant smell in my room, I requested a change, and the staff immediately arranged another room without any hassle. I sincerely appreciate the team’s prompt response, helpful attitude, and genuine concern for guest comfort. A special appreciation to the entire staff for their warm hospitality, professionalism, and willingness to help. Their excellent service made me feel welcome and well taken care of. The food was another highlight, with plenty of variety and every dish I tried being delicious. The comfortable room and bathtub were also great additions to the stay. Overall, it was a delightful experience, thanks to the wonderful team, delicious food, and attentive service. Keep up the excellent work! I would happily recommend Taj Vivanta, Dwarka, to anyone visiting Delhi.
It’s easy to understand why this property is managed by the Taj Hotels Group. The property is excellent, the hospitality is exceptional, and the room service is truly brilliant. We travelled from Japan with our 10-month-old baby, and our experience was made even more special by the wonderful gesture from our housekeeping associate, **Nikhil Kumar**. He beautifully decorated our room for our little one using his toys, an apron, and flowers. It was such a thoughtful and heartwarming surprise, and it made our stay even more memorable. A big thank you to Nikhil and the entire team for making us feel so welcomed and cared for. We absolutely loved our stay and would be delighted to come back here on our next visit. A wonderful stay at Vivanta Dwarka I stayed at Vivanta Dwarka during my recent trip to Delhi, and it was the perfect base. It's very close to the airport, which made arrival and departure stress-free, and it was easy to head out for sightseeing and shopping across the city. The swimming pool was my favourite part. After long days exploring Delhi, a relaxing swim in the evening was exactly what I needed. The gym is well-equipped and well-maintained, so I could keep up my routine while travelling. The food was excellent. Indus Express served flavourful, authentic Indian dishes, and Creo was a great spot for relaxed meals with good variety, including healthy options. What really stood out was the service. The staff were warm, courteous and quick to help with every request, which made the whole stay feel comfortable and personal. Everything, from the rooms to the dining to the amenities, was genuinely nice. I'd happily stay here again on my next Delhi visit and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and convenience near the airport. 🙏
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Wonderful Stay at Vivanta New Delhi, Dwarka We stayed at Vivanta New Delhi, Dwarka during our visit to Delhi for the Delhi Gem & Jewellery Show, and overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable experience. The property has a modern, stylish ambience, and the rooms are spacious, neat, clean, and well-maintained. The overall hospitality was warm and professional, and the service throughout our stay was very good. The location is also a major advantage, especially for business travellers attending events around Dwarka and the convention centres. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast experience. There was a good variety of food, the quality was enjoyable, and it was a great way to start the day. The only small area where there was some scope for improvement was the breakfast service during busy hours. At times, the staff seemed a little stretched and some orders took slightly longer than expected. However, this was a minor point and did not affect our overall experience. Overall, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at Vivanta New Delhi, Dwarka. The ambience, cleanliness, rooms, hospitality, and location make it a good choice for both business and leisure travellers. Would definitely consider staying here again. Highly recommended! ⭐️ 5/5
