I'd like to outrightly recommend this hotel to all visiting this area. Not only because of its phenomenal location, or its tasty food- but mostly because of its terrific service. On that note - Ms Lham at the front desk office deserves an honourable mention. The ease with which she handles guest queries, check-ins, and even requests for extended check-outs- all with a smile is truly delightful and amazing. Would definitely like to return, soon !
Unbeatable location. Have stayed here a few times.
Try and get a room facing away from Jantar Mantar if you like it quiet.
The rooms are modern, but rather small.
There is some construction on right now.
Rooms are good.
Maintenance is good.
Staff is helpful.
Corridor sound come in the room. If other guests make noise then you will get disturbed.
There is no access to restaurant from inside the hotel. First you get out of the hotel and then get into the restaurant.
Buffet breakfast was very good. Good spread, good quality and good taste.
Really an awesome experience would like to share my valuable feedback. Well maintained and well organised. Restaurant Tyde is really serving a nice authianticated food.
Nice spacious rooms with a beautiful view of Jantar Mantar with well professional staff.
Really appreciate the efforts done by Rajkumar for my mother in law to have a comfortable stay.
Preeti and Bhuvnesh from Hk team really go beyond the bar to make my stay most memorable.
Lovely team Keep it up.
Extremely disappointed with the service at The Park New Delhi after the management change. Ever since Mr. Rohit Arora left, the hospitality standards have completely collapsed. Ordered a very simple dinner — dal tadka, rice, and roti — and still had to wait for more than an hour with no proper response from the staff. Food arrived late, service was careless, and the overall experience was frustrating. A place that once valued guests now feels completely unmanaged. Definitely not worth the money or the wait anymore. Plz don't try to stay over here, 1k bugs more but you guys will receive much more authentic service from near by so called 5 star hotels. Thanks guys n make sure you n your family feels same like safe in these so called hotels. Morning breakfast was served in Tyde restaurant inaugurated today and seriously cook told me that if you want bhatura then you have to take these ( photos attached ) fully oily and cold n if wishes for fresh then wait for 20 mins. That's the standard of 5 star so called hotel. Good bye Park, will NVR visit again. Jab dukaan chalne lagti hai toh yeh log apne aap ko superior samajhte hain. Bas aap log samajh jao inka kya chal raha hai.
