The hotel is good, especially its location, which is very convenient. However, considering the room tariff, the amenities provided in the room were not sufficient. The breakfast, although included in the room rate, offered very limited options. Overall, while the stay was comfortable due to the excellent location, the facilities and breakfast could be improved to provide better value for the price.
I recently stayed for 7 days at Orion Hotel Delhi, and overall it was a very satisfying experience. The hotel itself is decent, clean, and comfortable—perfect for a peaceful stay. What truly stood out was the food and service. The quality of food was excellent throughout my stay—fresh, tasty, and well-prepared every single day. A special mention to Biraj and Rampal for providing outstanding service. Both were very polite, professional, and always ready to help, which made my stay even more comfortable. The staff overall was cooperative and attentive, ensuring everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. I would definitely recommend Orion Hotel Delhi to anyone looking for good food, great service, and a comfortable stay. Had a really great experience!
I stayed at Stay Hotel and overall my experience was very good. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Housekeeping was done on time and hygiene was properly maintained. The staff was polite, supportive, and quick to help whenever needed. Check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. The hotel atmosphere was calm and suitable for both family and solo stay. Location is convenient, with easy access to nearby markets and transport. Food quality was decent; breakfast options were limited but fresh.

I stayed at Orion Plaza in New Delhi and had a very disappointing experience. The front office reception was extremely rude when we checked in around 10 PM. There was clearly missing communication between Agoda and the hotel management, which caused unnecessary hassle at arrival. The room condition was far from what was advertised. Although they claim the rooms are clean, they did not look clean at all. There was visible mold around the bathroom tap and inside the shower cubicle. The shower area also felt poorly maintained and unhygienic. No room service was provided during our stay, and the flooring in the room looked damaged and worn out. For the price and the way the hotel is marketed, the experience was below standard. Overall, I would not recommend Orion Plaza. Poor customer service, lack of cleanliness, and weak management communication made the stay unpleasant. Definitely not worth it.
