My husband and I had a fantastic 2 night stay at The Claridges in Delhi. Very warm hospitality, beautiful rooms and bathroom, impeccable housekeeping and room service. The lobby and the overall hotel decor is regal and charming, and harks back to an era of luxury that's long gone. Our special thanks to Mr Pardeep Singh, the duty manager, who very generously upgraded us to a palatial suite on both nights, and regularly checked-in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. The food was great and tailored as requested based on our preferences. The gym was top notch.
We haven't experienced such personal service even at Taj/ Oberoi. The Claridges will be our preferred choice for all future Delhi visits .
Our stay at The Claridges was truly wonderful. The service throughout was warm, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcomed from the moment we arrived.

From the moment I arrived the staff at The Claridges were so warm, friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Ambesh and the reception staff were very welcoming and helped me settle in - which was so reassuring as I was travelling on my own. My 18yo daughter (on her Gap year and coming from Nepal) arrived the next day and they kept me informed of when the car picked her up and that she was on her way. The food is amazing - especially the breakfast buffet!!! Amrit, Om, and Souinudeen really looked after us and explained all the Indian dishes (all delicious) and we had a tour of the whole hotel including the gym and restaurants. Ambesh also helped us arrange a driver for a trip to the spice market and have local advice on sites to see. And I must mention Prakesh from housekeeping who looked after our room and made the most amazing towel elephant! Breathtakingly beautiful hotel and superb staff - we can’t wait to come back.

I recently stayed at The Claridges, and I genuinely had an unforgettable experience. A big part of that was because of Dhruv, who coordinated my stay and completely redefined hospitality for me.
From the moment I arrived, everything was already perfectly arranged. The room was set up thoughtfully and matched the occasion without me even needing to ask. That level of attention to detail is rare.
During my stay, there was an issue with the air conditioning that initially the team tried to resolve. But Dhruv personally took ownership of the situation and ensured it was handled properly. He went above and beyond by upgrading me to a higher-tier room and made sure the AC was functioning perfectly before he ended his shift. He also passed on the full context to the next person in charge, who followed up with me as well, ensuring seamless service.
Overall, it was an outstanding experience and I’d highly recommend The Claridges to anyone looking for true luxury hospitality.

We stayed in The Claridges for two nights on our travels round Idea in Feb 2026. Its a beautifully decorated throughout, The rooms are very comfortable and have all the mod cons you need, The pool is a great size with plenty of loungers.
Our first meal was in the main restaurant on the first floor and they had a very extensive choice from Indian to Thai. The food was absolutely delicious and the cocktails were amazing.
They also have a small restaurant on the ground floor that specialise in Indian cuisine. the staff were very helpful in recommending speciality dishes that didn't disappoint. The whole experience at The Claridges was amazing and is thoroughly recommended.
