Extremely Disappointing Experience : Not Worth the Price We stayed at the Sheraton Delhi from 15th to 17th August, and unfortunately, the experience was nowhere close to what we expected from a hotel of this price range. We had lunch at Delhi Pavilion and it was extremely disappointing. We paid around ₹6,000 for lunch, and the food was so bad that we couldn’t even finish our meal. We immediately brought this to the attention of the staff as well as the hotel management, but the experience left a very bad impression. The next day, we decided to give the hotel another chance and ordered room service for lunch. Unfortunately, that was equally pathetic. At that point, we completely lost confidence in the hotel’s food and ended up having dinner outside on both days because we simply didn’t want to risk another meal at the hotel. The hotel itself is quite average, and considering the prices they charge, there are far better hotels in Delhi offering a much better experience and value for money. We chose Sheraton specifically because we had read so many positive reviews, but after experiencing it ourselves, we genuinely found those reviews fake. The actual experience was completely different from what we expected. Very disappointing, especially for a hotel charging a premium. Definitely not worth the price.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations. The rooms were modern, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable after a long day of meetings. The internet connection was reliable throughout my stay, and the business facilities were excellent. I especially appreciated the courteous staff, who were always ready to assist with a smile. The convenient location made getting around the city effortless. I would gladly stay here again.

Had a great stay at Sheraton New Delhi Hotel as a solo traveler. The staff were warm and professional, the room was clean and comfortable, and I felt safe throughout my stay. Great food, excellent service, and a convenient location. Would definitely stay here again!
