I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The staff was friendly,polite and always ready to help specially Shreen, Rupak ,Mohit and Kashish. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained and the overall ambiance was pleasant and relaxing. The service was excellent and the hospitality truly made my stay special. I really appreciate the team’s dedication to making guests feel welcome. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Keep up the great work.
I had a very disappointing check-in experience at this hotel. I understand that I arrived early, at 11 AM, because my flight was early. Initially, I was told that check-in would be possible at 12 PM. However, when I approached the reception, I was asked to wait another 15 minutes.
I then asked if they would call me once the room was ready, but they said no and told me to come back after 30 minutes. What disappointed me most was seeing other guests who arrived after me being checked in while I was still waiting.
The issue is not just about waiting, but about the lack of clear communication, flexibility, and professionalism from the reception team.
For business travellers visiting a city for just one or two days, time is extremely valuable. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel to business travellers. The reception team needs to be more professional, proactive, and guest-focused.
The reception behaviour was rude vs what I expected from this hotel… even though I stayed for just 6 hours. I paid the full 1-night amount while they charge break fast also separately since the breakfast includes in next-day check-out, not with early check-in… so confusing 🫤 It looks like the hotel manages vip peoples and white peoples …. Feel like a marriage hall.
It’s better to take other local hotels .. they respect your time and have common sense when u pay for service and what the customer deserves
Excellent experience! I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, and the services were very good.
The staff was extremely polite, friendly, and helpful. A special mention to Sheetal, who provided excellent service and was always welcoming and attentive. Her warm and professional attitude made my stay even better.
Overall, a very good experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again!
