We had a great service at breakfast. We are grateful to Simon for all his help provided while my daughter was sick. He helped to arrange for special food for my child as she was struggling to eat.
The duty manager at the front desk was very kind and helped us find doctors.
We are really happy with our stay.
Simon and the whole restaurant team were great. The on site tea cart hit the mark. My breakfast was expertly prepared.

A special mention to the breakfast team Simon and Varda who are an absolute pleasure to see every morning. Within just a few days, they have remembered my family’s breakfast orders and always made us feel so welcome. No request was ever too much trouble for them.
Overall, an excellent experience and we would happily stay here again.
